(一) 技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机缸体清洗系统,对缸体进行360°喷淋清洗及 人工喷射清洗,属于清洗系统技术领域。
(二) 背景技术
内燃机行业是我国机械工业中的一个十分重要的行业。内燃机是汽 车、农业机械、工程机械、船舶、内燃机车、地质和石油钻机、军用、通 用机械、移动和备用电站等装备的主要配套动力。随着科学技术的发展和 人类环境保护意识的增强以及能源的的日趋紧张,内燃机行业将面临更激 烈的市场竞争,也将迎来新的发展机遇。
大功率内燃机缸体是内燃机的基础骨架,是一种外形及内部型腔均比 较复杂的箱体类零件。缸体在安装其它零部件和附件前需保证主要安装表 面、摩擦副表面、润滑油道等关键部位要具备很高的清洁度,以保证内燃 机的装配与运转质量。大功率内燃机缸体一般采用多品种、小批量的生产 模式,其形状有较大差别,有V型与直列之分,气缸数从4缸到16缸不等。 大功率内燃机缸体的传统清洗主要采用两种方式:一是采用通过式清洗机, 二是采用单室清洗房。
上述两种方式都存在一定问题:
1. 通过式清洗机只能针对一种系列产品进行定点或扫描清洗,其结构 复杂,并且很难对缸体内腔进行清洗,清洗后缸体内腔仍残留一定量的污 物、油渍及污水;对于结构形式差别较大的缸体清洗必须采用其它结构的 清洗机,该方案设备数量多、投资大、占地面积广、维修困难。
2. 采用单室清洗房:如果是自动清洗,由于空间限制,很难对缸体内
腔进行清洗,清洗后缸体内腔也残留一定量的污物、油渍及污水,在清洗
房外面再进行人工补洗对环境的污染较大,而且需要配备转架;如果完全采用人工清洗,对于结构复杂、体积较大的缸体来说,工作量无疑是巨大
的,经生产验证,清洗一台普通缸体需60min,而且长时间的高温环境进 行工作,对于操作者的健康安全影响很大。 (三)发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题提供了一种内燃机缸体清洗系统,能用于多 种规格内燃机缸体清洗,操作方便,安全可靠,清洗充分。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下措施来实现的: 一种内燃机缸体清洗系统,其特征是包括:
房体,用于提供对缸体进行清洗的操作空间; 固定装置,用于固定缸体;
输送装置,用于将固定好的缸体输送到指定位置处;
清洗装置,用于对输送来的缸体进行360。喷淋清洗及人工喷射清洗;
以及
气路装置,用于清洗结束后利用压縮空气对缸体吹干;清洗系统还包
括:
加热装置,用于保证在清洗过程中清洗液始终保持稳定的温度; 过滤装置,用于保证清洗液在循环使用过程中保持一定精度; 排雾装置,用于将清洗、吹干过程中产生的水雾直排天井,确保车间 良好环境;
控制装置,用于控制喷淋清洗过程中缸体翻转速度、清洗液的温度以 及保护装置正常运行。
本发明实施例中,所述房体包括自动清洗室和与其间隔一定距离的手 动清洗室,二者均为框架式结构,墙体包含由内向外依次设置不锈钢板、 硅酸铝材料的保温层和双面彩钢板。
本发明实施例中,所述输送装置包括两个平行设置间隔一定距离的地 轨、位于地轨上方的由输送驱动电机带动的传动链和由传动链牵引能沿地 轨滑动的小车。
本发明实施例中,所述固定装置包括设置在小车上的转架和位于自动清洗室外、手动清洗室外侧的电机,缸体清洗时所述转架一端为自由端, 另一端能与上述电机相连并由电机控制做360°旋转。
本发明实施例中,所述过滤装置包括两组分别设置在自动清洗室及手
动清洗室外的过滤结构;该过滤结构包括排渣机、污水槽和清水槽;所述 污水槽包括集油区及污水区,其中集油区内设有滚筒提升式油水分离器并 安装有与集油罐相连的排水泵,污水区与清水槽之间设有插板过滤器。
本发明实施例中,所述清洗装置包括:多个环形分布在自动清洗室顶 部的球形可调喷嘴、通过管件与球形可调喷嘴相连的离心泵及水箱;设置 在人工清洗室内的依次通过管件相连的清洗机、清洗喷枪和水箱。
本发明实施例中,所述气路装置包括吹干风枪,其通过空气气管与储 气罐相连。
本发明实施例中,所述加热装置包括设置在水箱内的电加热器。 本发明实施例中,所述排雾装置包括吸风罩或除雾器和离心风机。 本发明实施例中,所述控制装置包括:可编程控制器PLC,该可编程 控制器PLC连接有液位控制模块、电机过载保护模块和温度控制模块。 本发明的有益效果-
1. 不同结构与规格的缸体通过缸体底面的螺栓孔或借助附板紧固在 转架上后,缸体进行360°喷淋清洗及人工喷射清洗,通过两次清洗与吹 干,工件内外表面无污物、油渍和积水,能充分保证清洗效果、达到规定 的清洁度要求。
2. 配备了过滤系统、排雾装置、控制装置,大大减少了操作过程中设 备对环境及操作者人身安全的影响,还降低了操作者的劳动强度。

定位置;清洗装置m,用于对输送来的缸体进行360°喷淋清洗及人工喷 射清洗;以及气路装置VI,用于清洗结束后利用压縮空气对缸体吹干;清 洗系统还包括:加热装置IV,用于保证在清洗过程中清洗液始终保持稳定 的温度;过滤装置V,用于保证清洗液在循环使用过程中保持一定精度;
排雾装置vn,用于将清洗、吹干过程中产生的水雾直排天井,确保车间良
好环境;以及控制装置Vffl,用于控制喷淋清洗过程中缸体翻转速度、清洗 液的温度,保护装置正常运行。
下面具体介绍一下各个部分: 房体I
如图1所示房体I分自动清洗室1和与其间隔一定距离的手动清洗室 2, 二者均为框架式结构,如图4所示墙体均采用复壁保温结构,外壁为 0. 8mm的双面彩钢板E、内壁为3腿厚不锈钢板C、中间为50腿厚的硅酸 铝材料的保温层D。
如图2所示自动清洗室1与手动清洗室2进料端均为平移式移动门22,手动清洗室2后侧设有小门方便操作者进出;缸体经小车3进入自动清洗
室1或手动清洗室2到位后,移动门22自动关闭形成封闭空间,有效防止
清洗和吹干工作时水雾逸出室外。
室体内顶部两侧各设置防爆照明灯,侧面设置观察窗以便观察室内清 洗时工况。
地面设置地沟、格栅23和防滑垫,便于液体的循环及操作安全。 输送装置II
如图1所示输送装置II包括两个地轨21、小车3、传动链4及输送驱 动电机5,其中地轨21平行设置、间隔一定距离且位于地面上;传动链4 位于地轨21上方并由输送驱动电机5带动;小车3由传动链4牵引能沿地 轨21滑动。
固定装置K
固定装置IX包括转架6和位于自动清洗室1外的自动清洗室电机8、 手动清洗室2外侧的手动清洗室电机7,缸体清洗时所述转架6 —端为自 由端,另一端能与上述电机相连并由电机控制做360。旋转。
如图1所示转架6焊接紧固在小车3上,转架6上有经过核算后确定 的不同中心距的螺栓孔及操作孔,不同结构形式与规格的缸体通过缸体底 面的螺栓孔或借助附板紧固在转架6上。转架6定位夹紧可靠、缸体在翻 转喷淋清洗、人工喷射清洗或吹干过程中,小车3和转架6通过传动轴25、 隔套26、轴承27、限位套28、轴承盖31、传动板29、轴套30与手动清 洗室电机7、自动清洗室电机8紧固联接,充分保证缸体在旋转过程中的
安全。 ,
清洗装置m
如图1. 2所示清洗装置III包括:多个环形分布在自动清洗室1顶部的
球形可调喷嘴24、通过管件与球形可调喷嘴24相连的离心泵9及水箱11; 设置在手动清洗室2内的依次通过管件相连的清洗机10、清洗喷枪16和 水箱ll;
自动清洗室1的球形可调喷嘴24能够对缸体进行360°自动回转清洗。
手动清洗室2的清洗机10、清洗喷枪16和水箱11,能够对缸体采取 人工高压喷射清洗,清洗喷枪16的喷嘴设计为长度可调的以满足不同缸体 的清洗要求。
水箱11内清洗液浓度一般控制在2%〜5%,并添加适量防锈剂,或 采用含有防锈成分的液态高效低泡防锈金属清洗剂进行配比,工件清洗吹 干后其有效防锈周期夏季可达30天。
加热装置IV
自动清洗室清洗液采用水箱电加热方式;手动清洗室清洗液采用管路 与水箱间即时电加热,即时电加热器34能够使清洗液温度2分钟内从常温 达到90'C,所需温度人工设定、自动显示,并通过温控仪自动控制;当温 度达到设定值时要求电加热器自动关闭,当温度低于设定值时自动打开电 加热器,防止清洗液温度过高或过低而影响正常工作,节约能源。
过滤装置V
过滤装置v包括两组分别设置在自动清洗室及手动清洗室外的过滤
结构;该过滤结构包括排渣机12、污水槽33和清水槽32;所述污水槽包 括集油区A及污水区B,其中集油区A内设有滚筒提升式油水分离器14并 安装有与集油罐相连的排水泵15,污水区A与清水槽32之间设有插板过 滤器13。
清洗污液通过排渣机12、插板过滤器13进行集渣处理后进入集油区 A,经滚筒提升式油水分离器14将水液表面的大量浮油自动提取并通过排 水泵15排至集油罐中,可定期清理,另外粗过滤的水液再经插板过滤器 13后流入清水槽34内循环使用。
气路装置VI
气路装置VI包括吹干风枪17,其通过空气气管与储气罐相连。用于缸 体在人工清洗室内清洗结束后人工用压縮空气吹干,确保零件内外表面干 燥,无残留积液。所需压縮空气压力为0.4〜0.6MPa,平均耗气量约为 3.6m7min。吹干风枪17长约1500mm,有效吹除清洗件表面残留积液,达到吹干效果。
排雾系统vn
自动清洗室1与手动清洗室2均设置排雾系统Vn,包括离心风机20、 内通道吸风罩或除雾器18和外通管道等组成。清洗、吹水干燥过程中产生 的水雾通过内通吸风罩或除雾器18经离心风机20通过外通管道直排天井,
确保车间良好环境。 控制装置VBI
如图3所示所述控制装置包括:可编程控制器PLC,该可编程控制器 PLC连接有液位控制模块、电机过载保护模块和温度控制模块。
液位控制模块用于控制水箱液位;电机过载保护模块用于缸体在输送 及翻转清洗与吹干过程中,输送驱动电机5、手动清洗室电机7和自动清 洗室电机8有足够的负荷来保证工作可安全性;温度控制模块用于防止清 洗液温度过高或过低而影响正常工作,当液温达到设定值时,电加热器自 动关闭,当液温低于设定值时,电加热器自动开启,从而节约能源。
本发明工作过程为:首先人工将缸体置于小车3的转架6上定位并夹 紧,开启移动门22后,小车3通过输送驱动电机5带动传动链4自动将小 车3运至自动清洗室1内并定位,关闭移动门22;转架6在自动清洗室电 机8的控制下进行360°回转通过球形可调喷嘴24扫描喷淋清洗,到设定 自动清洗时间,开启移动门22,小车3通过输送驱动电机5带动传动链4 将小车3自动运至手动清洗室2内并定位,关闭移动门32;转架6在手动 清洗室电机7的控制下进行360°回转,人工采用清洗喷枪16进行高压补 洗缸体表面和型腔,充分补洗后人工采用吹干风枪17进行缸体表面和型腔 残液的吹干,充分干燥后开启移动门32,小车3通过输送驱动电机5带动 传动链4将小车3自动运至自动清洗室1与手动清洗室2之间的规定位置, 人工下料并运至转交区域。
