Abstract

本发明是一种无机轻集料保温砂浆,(是以增水型膨胀珍珠岩或闭孔珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、陶砂、玻化微珠等)为保温材料,以水泥为胶结材料并掺加可再分散性乳胶粉及其它功能性添加剂而制成的建筑保温干粉砂浆适用于建筑节能工程.该产品具有强度高、防火等级高、使用寿命长、施工范围广、环保、节省能源、保温效果好、生产成本低、便于施工等优点,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益,是一种理想的环保节能产品。

无机轻集料保温砂浆
技术领域:
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种新型建筑工程用寿命长、强度高型建筑保温砂浆。具体为无机轻集料保温砂浆(建筑用节能环保保温砂浆)。
背景技术:
目前,墙体保温砂浆有很多种类,其中,通常以水泥砂浆、白石灰砂浆或水泥白灰混合砂浆作为内墙抹面材料。这些传统的材料都存在着保温性能差,且须现场配料影响环境等。特别是不利于提高建筑物功能,改善居住环境。且大部分原材料均含有放射性物质,对环境造成污染。虽然保温制品种类繁多,有的保温材料如聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料尽管保温效果好,但防火性不好,存在较大的安全隐患。加上人口增加、资源短缺和环境不断的恶化是当前人类面临的首要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制作工艺简便,防火等级高、使用寿命长、抗压强度和拉伸强度、无污染、节能、在任何建筑工程上均可使用的无机轻集料保温砂浆。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:无机轻集保温砂浆的材料包括42.5普硅水泥、玻化微珠、填充料(粉煤灰、废炉渣、混泥土废料、废玻璃粉)、其他一些小料组成,各组成部分重量比例为:
42.5普硅水泥  500--800
玻化微珠       300--500
填充料         50--300
其他一些小料   1--10
按上述比原材料选择特性及工艺流程如下概括。
发明的优点是:
1.本发明的填充料是由粉煤灰、废炉渣、混泥土废料、废玻璃粉组成,不但增强了保温砂浆的耐候性能,节能等特点,实现了废品重新再利用,从而实现节能环保等效果。
2.原材料均为无机物复合材料,不含放射行材料物质,对环境没有造成任何污染。
3.本产品是无机物体系,抗老化期限长与建筑物相当,同时避免热胀冷缩而引起产品的不同应变力,避免产生空鼓、分层、脱落等现象。
4.防火等级达到A1级,性能卓越。
5.可在新建、改建和既有建筑物节能改造工程上使用
6.抗压强度和拉伸强度高于墙体保温材料。

  1   耐候性试验(高温(70±5)℃——淋水循环(15±5)℃80次、每次6h:加热(50±5)℃——冷冻循环(-20±5)℃5次、每次24h)  系统经耐候性试验后,不得出现饰面层起跑或剥落、保护层空鼓或脱落等破坏,不得产生渗水裂缝。薄抹面层的外保温系统,抹面层与保温层的拉伸粘结强度不得小于0.1MPa,并且破坏部位应位于保温层内。   试验后饰面层未出现起泡\剥落,保护层未出现空鼓、脱落,未产生渗水裂缝拉伸粘强度:0.1MPa,破坏在保温层3J冲击合格10J冲击合格

1、无机轻集料保温砂浆,其特征在于由42.5普硅水泥、玻化微珠、填充料(粉煤灰、废炉渣、混泥土废料、废玻璃粉)、其他一些小料组成,各组成部分重量比例为:
42.5普硅水泥        40--70
玻化微珠            40--20
填充料              15-8.99
其他一些小料        5-0.01。
2、如权利要求1所述的无机轻集料保温砂浆,其特征在于所述各组成部分重量比例为:
42.5普硅水泥        52
玻化微珠            38
填充料              9-9.5
其他一些小料        0.5-1。
