[0002] 由于热涂镀工艺生产效率高,所以在冶金和镀层钢板行业得到了较为广泛的应 用。热镀工艺包括热镀铝锌(GL)、热镀纯锌(GI)、热镀锌铝、热镀纯铝等几种。以热镀锌工 艺为例,带钢在连续热镀锌生产时,钢带通过浸在锌液中的沉没辊而改变运动方向。由于沉 没辊和稳定辊处于熔融的锌液中,通常会发生严重的熔融锌腐蚀。另外,由于沉没辊和稳定 辊总是沉浸在锌液、铝液、锌铝液等镀液中工作,辊的表面受热镀液的腐蚀严重,辊的表面 也有一定的磨损,一定条件下会比较严重,因此沉没辊和稳定辊的表面因磨损或腐蚀而工 作寿命较短,造成更换频繁。
[0003] 目前,热镀用的沉没辊和稳定辊所用的材质大都采用OOCr 17Nil4Mo2(相当于 SUS316L材质)、lCrl3不锈钢等材质、或者在辊面喷涂耐腐蚀耐磨损层。具体地讲,一般在 辊面喷涂Co-WC或MoB/CoCr-WC等作为耐腐蚀耐磨损层,由于材质和喷涂工艺等原因造成 耐腐蚀耐磨损层存在某些如裂纹、不致密等缺陷,加之镀液的渗透能力较强,很容易渗透过 喷涂层而腐蚀辊面造成喷涂层失效,同时喷涂层的缺陷也容易粘渣。在使用过程中,由于粘 渣等原因容易造成生产出的产品存在质量缺陷,如表面沟槽印、锌花不均等。因此,沉没辊 和稳定辊在每次修复后使用寿命不稳定、更换频繁,并使得产品质量不稳定,所以亟需改进 沉没辊和稳定辊,以延长其使用寿命,提高产品质量。发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种离心复合制造的沉没辊或稳定辊,所述沉 没辊或稳定辊在热镀铝锌液、热镀锌液、热镀锌铝、热镀纯铝液等的工作条件下,具有良好 的耐腐蚀、耐磨损、磨损面光滑、导热性能、足够的强度、延伸率,较小的热膨胀系数、低的弹 性模数等良好的耐热疲劳参数,与现有铁基材质和陶瓷材质沉没辊或稳定辊相比,寿命和 稳定可靠程度大大提高。

OOwt % ;其工作面层为钴基合金,钴基合金的组成为:Cr 25wt%, Ni 5wt%,ff 3wt%,Mo 3wt%,V 0. lwt%,Ti 0. lwt%,C 0. 6wt%,Fe 6wt%,Si 0. 5wt%, Mn 0. 3wt%,Al 0. 5wt%,Nb 1. 5wt%、P < 0. 07wt%、S < 0. 07wt%,其余为 Co。
[0035] 制造步骤如下:①用电弧炉冶炼00Crl7Nil4Mo2原料铁水,然后,先用AOD精炼 炉,后用VOD精炼炉冶炼出合格的00Crl7M14MO2金属液;用感应炉冶炼化学成分为Cr 25wt%,Ni 5wt%,ff 3wt%,Mo 3wt%, V 0. lwt%,Ti 0. lwt%, C 0. 6wt%,Fe 6wt%, Si 0. 5wt%, Mn 0. 3wt%, Al 0. 5wt%, Nb 1. 5wt%、P < 0. 07wt%、S < 0. 07wt%,其余为 Co 的合格钴基合金金属液。②先将外层钴基合金金属液采用离心铸造机进行离心浇铸,待外 层金属液浇铸到重量百分比为所要浇铸的外层金属液总重的20%时随外层金属液加入玻 璃渣保护剂,玻璃渣保护剂的加入量是所要浇铸的全部钴基合金金属液体积的30%,外层 金属液的浇铸量为总厚度的10%后停止浇铸。③待浇铸完外层金属液3分钟〜5分钟外层6钴基合金金属液凝固之后浇铸内层材质00Crl7Nil4Mo2金属液,直到结束,内外两层金属 液在离心力作用下冷却凝固为离心复合沉没辊辊体坯料。④在成型为离心复合沉没辊辊体 坯料后,对其内外表面、端面及端面倒角进行粗车。⑤在离心复合沉没辊辊体粗车后,焊接 安装沉没辊的轴头,并进行精加工、加工辊面沟槽,之后进行打磨抛光和在动、静平衡机上 进行动平衡检测等质量检测。

OOwt%;其工作面层为钴基合金,钴基合金的组成为:Cr 20wt%,Ni 3wt%,ff 5wt%,Mo 2wt%, V 0. 2wt%, Ti 0. 2wt%, C 0. 6wt%, Fe 12wt%, Al 0. 5wt%, Mn 0. 7wt%,Nb 1. 0wt%,Si 0. 4wt%、P < 0. 07wt%、S < 0. 07wt%,其余为 Co。

OwtSi 0. 4wt%,P < 0. 07wt%,S < 0.07wt%,其余为Co的合格钴基合金金属液。②先将外层钴 基合金金属液采用离心铸造机进行离心浇铸,待外层金属液浇铸到重量百分比为所要浇铸 的外层金属液总重的25%时随外层金属液加入玻璃渣保护剂,玻璃渣保护剂的加入量是所 要浇铸的全部钴基合金金属液体积的25%,外层金属液的浇铸量为总厚度的40%后停止 浇铸。③待浇铸完外层金属液3分钟〜5分钟外层钴基合金金属液凝固之后浇铸内层材 质SUS316金属液,直到结束,内外两层金属液在离心力作用下冷却凝固为离心复合沉没辊 辊体坯料。④在成型为离心复合沉没辊辊体坯料后,对其内外表面、端面及端面倒角进行粗 车。⑤在离心复合沉没辊辊体粗车后,焊接安装沉没辊的轴头,并进行精加工,之后进行打 磨抛光和在动、静平衡机上进行动平衡检测等质量检测。

Owt %、Mn 1. 5wt%, Sil. 5wt%, P彡0.040wt%、S彡0.030衬%;其工作面层为钴基合金,钴基合金的组成为:Cr 26wt%,Ni 3wt%,ff 5wt%,Mo 2wt%, V 0. 2wt%, Ti 0. 2wt%, C 1. 5wt%, Fe 12wt%, Al 0. 8wt%, Mn 0. 7wt%,Nb 1. 0wt%,Si 1. 0wt%、P < 0. 07wt%、S < 0. 07wt%,其余为 Co。

OwtSi 1. 0wt%, P < 0. 07wt%, S < 0. 07wt%,其余为Co的合格钴基合金金属液。 ②先将外层钴基合金金属液采用离心铸造机进行离心浇铸,待外层金属液浇铸到重量百分 比为所要浇铸的外层金属液总重的30%时随外层金属液加入玻璃渣保护剂,玻璃渣保护剂 的加入量是所要浇铸的全部钴基合金金属液体积的20%,外层金属液的浇铸量为总厚度的 50%后停止浇铸。③待浇铸完外层金属液3分钟〜5分钟外层钴基合金金属液凝固之后浇 铸内层材质ZG07Crl9M9金属液,直到结束,内外两层金属液在离心力作用下冷却凝固为 离心复合稳定辊辊体坯料。④在成型为离心复合稳定辊辊体坯料后,对其内外表面、端面及 端面倒角进行粗车。⑤在离心复合稳定辊辊体粗车后,焊接安装稳定辊的轴头,并进行精加 工、加工辊面沟槽,之后进行打磨抛光和在动、静平衡机上进行动平衡检测等质量检测。

[0045] 图2示出了由本发明的方法制造的沉没辊或稳定辊所用钴基合金在GL铝锌锅内 浸泡58天后的界面形貌,其中,图2的左部为钴基合金的形貌,右部为铝锌液。由图2可以 看出,加工刀痕依然存在,沉没辊与铝锌液的界面清晰。图3示出了现有技术的沉没辊或稳 定辊所用铁基合金在GL铝锌锅内使用2天后的界面形貌,其中,图3的左部为铁基合金,右 部为铝锌液。由图3可以看出,沉没辊或稳定辊的界面因严重腐蚀而难以区分。
[0046] 将图2和图3进行对比可以发现,与现有技术的沉没辊或稳定辊用铁基合金相比, 根据本发明的沉没辊或稳定辊用钴基合金的耐腐蚀好、强度好、使用寿命长。因此,根据本 发明的沉没辊或稳定辊的工作面层采用钴基合金,在液态金属的腐蚀和磨损条件下,具有 耐腐蚀性、高强度、较好的延伸率、热膨胀系数较低、耐热疲劳性能好、耐磨损、使用寿命长 等优点,比现有沉没辊或稳定辊的使用寿命有明显改进。
Claims (9)
1. 一种沉没辊或稳定辊的离心复合制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将铁基材料金属液与钴基合金金属液分别在两个熔炼炉中进行熔炼;铁基材料金属液与钴基合金金属液熔清后进行去渣及脱氧处理;先将外层钴基合金金属液进行离心浇铸,待外层钴基合金金属液浇铸到为需要浇铸的 外层钴基合金金属液总重的20%〜30%时随外层钴基合金金属液加入玻璃渣保护剂;待浇铸完外层钴基合金金属液之后,在外层钴基合金金属液凝固之后浇铸内层的铁基 材料金属液,直到结束,内外两层金属液在离心力作用下冷却凝固为离心复合沉没辊或稳 定辊的坯料,其中,所述钴基合金按重量百分比由以下组分组成:10^-40^^90,0. 〜15% 的 Ni、0. 〜15% 的 W、0. 〜10%&Μο、0.01%〜5. O % 的 V、0. 01 % 〜5. O % 的 Ti、 0. 01 % 〜1. 5 % 的 C、0. 01 % 〜20 % 的 Fe、0. 01 % 〜5. 0 % 的 A1、0. 1 % 〜3. 0 % 的 Mn、 0. 01%〜5. 0%的 Nb、0. 3. 0%的 Si,其余为 Co。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在离心复合沉没辊或稳定辊的坯料成型之 后,对其进行机械加工。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于机械加工包括对坯料内外表面、端面及端面 倒角进行粗加工。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于粗加工之后,焊接安装沉没辊或稳定辊的轴 头,并进行精加工、加工辊面沟槽、打磨抛光和平衡检测。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于粗加工之后,焊接安装沉没辊或稳定辊的轴 头,并进行精加工、打磨抛光和平衡检测。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于使用电弧炉、感应炉、氩氧脱碳精炼炉、真空 吹氧脱碳精炼炉、钢包精炼炉和熔化炉中的一种或两种作为熔炼炉。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在所述钴基合金中,Cr的重量百分比为 20%〜30%,Ni的重量百分比为0. 〜10%,W的重量百分比为0. 〜10%,Mo的重量 百分比为0. 〜5. 5%,V的重量百分比为0. 01%〜3. 0%,Ti的重量百分比为0. 01%〜 3.0%, Fe的重量百分比为0. 01%〜15%,Al的重量百分比为0. 01 %〜3. 0%,Mn的重量 百分比为0. 〜2.0%,Nb的重量百分比为0.01%〜3.0%,Si的重量百分比为0. 〜 2. 0%。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于铁基材料占坯料总厚度的50%〜95%,钴 基合金占坯料总厚度的3%〜49%,铁基材料和钴基合金之间的过渡层占坯料总厚度的 0. 01%〜10%。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述铁基材料为铁素体不锈钢、奥氏体不锈 钢或者奥氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢。
