本发明属于建筑领域,特别公开了一种保温装饰一体板的安装方法。本发明主要通过基层墙体处理、放线排版、配制专用粘结剂、涂粘结砂浆、排板、粘结安装、锚固、安装自动放气阀、板缝处理、板面清理、自检、成品保护完成保温装饰一体板的安装。本发明快捷科学,省时省力,安全性能高,降低施工造价,有助于提高功效,实现节能目标。

Description

保温装饰一体板的安装方法
(一)技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,特别涉及一种保温装饰一体板的安装方法。
(二)背景技术
目前,保温材料一体板基本上都是将板和保温材料直接复合,依托保温板材的自身强度制成整体的重量或外在重量,然后用聚合物沙浆粘贴在不同的墙体上。金属装饰面有的将用于装饰的金属板折边后包裹保温材料形成合体后再填充保温材料,然后用聚合物沙浆粘贴或用螺丝铆固在制作好的龙骨上。这样,一方面保温装饰一体板板面容易变形弯曲;另一方面保温装饰板只依靠保温材料的强度和剪切强度支撑整个板面的自身剪切力和外在的正负风压拉拔力,以上所用到的保温材料的强度都很有限度,长时间或局部满足不了自身剪切力和外在的正负风压拉拔力,很容易导致装饰面材脱落或风压过大导致保温材料破坏后板面脱落,给建筑物体带来危险。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,能够提高使用寿命和安全系数的保温装束一体板的安装方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种保温装饰一体板的安装方法,其特殊之处在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)基层墙体处理:将基层墙体的表面清理干净;
(2)放线排版:按建筑物的阳角挂垂直线或将唯一放出垂直线作为基准线;
(3)配置专用粘结剂:将聚合物砂浆搅拌均匀;
(4)涂粘结砂浆:在保温装饰一体板的周边涂抹粘结砂浆并在周边留出排气通道,然后在中间涂抹粘结砂浆圆饼,且粘结砂浆的总铺面积不得少于保温装饰一体板面积的70%;
(5)排板,按水平顺序排列安装保温装饰一体板,保持上下垂直;
(6)粘贴安装:均匀挤压保温装饰一体板,使粘结砂浆与墙面接触紧密,并与相邻保温装饰一体板齐平;
(7)锚固:在两块保温装饰一体板板缝之间、凹槽之内向里打孔用于固定锚固件;
(8)安装自动放气阀:在两块保温装饰一体板板缝之间、凹槽之内向里打孔用于安装自动放气阀;
(9)板缝处理:将金属板及框表面清洁干净,在保温装饰一体板之间的缝隙中先安放比封条或防风雨胶条,再注入密封胶材料;
(10)板面清理、自检、成品保护。
本发明主要通过基层墙体处理、放线排版、配制专用粘结剂、涂粘结砂浆、排板、粘结安装、锚固、安装自动放气阀、板缝处理、板面清理、自检、成品保护完成保温装饰一体板的安装。
安装保温装饰一体板时,有以下要求:基层墙体需经过结构验收合格,如是旧墙面必须经过必要处理后方可施工;墙面有水时不能直接施工;环境温度不低于5℃;五级以上大风或雨天不能施工;门窗或辅框已安装完毕;各种与外墙有关的管线、预埋件、支架等已安装到位,并预留出外保温的余地;外脚手架的拉结已移到门窗洞口处。
本发明快捷科学,省时省力,安全性能高,降低施工造价,有助于提高功效,实现节能目标。

(五)具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。
该实施例主要包括如下步骤:
(1)基层墙体处理:粘贴挤塑板时应将基层墙体上的脱模剂、混凝土残渣、灰土等杂物必须清理干净,充分保证粘结砂浆与基层的浸湿渗透,提高砂浆的粘结强度;
(2)放线排版:按建筑物的阳角挂垂直线或将唯一放出垂直线,作为基准线,当作控制阳角上下竖直的依据,同时自下往上每层弹出竖直线和水平线,以控制保温装饰一体板铺贴的垂直度和水平度;
(3)配置专用粘结剂:浆料用手持式电动搅拌器搅拌约5分钟,直到拌匀稠度适中为止。保证聚合物砂浆有一定的粘度;
(4)涂粘结砂浆:粘贴保温装饰一体板时,应将粘贴面采用界面剂处理,以增强挤塑板与墙体的粘结力。粘结方法采用点框法,是在挤塑板的周边涂抹80-100mm宽、10mm厚的粘结砂浆,并在周边留出50mm的排气通道,然后在中间涂抹直径100mm、厚10mm的粘结砂浆圆饼,其间距为100mm左右,且粘结砂浆的总铺面积不得少于保温装饰一体板面积的70%;
(5)排板,按水平顺序排列安装保温装饰一体板,保持上下垂直,阴阳角处应做错茬处理;
(6)粘贴安装:粘贴时均匀挤压保温装饰一体板,使粘结砂浆与墙面接触紧密,并与相邻保温装饰一体板齐平,粘结砂浆挤出时用铲刀刮平,保证粘结密实,随时用2m靠尺和托线板检查平整度和垂直度,粘板时注意清除板边溢出的粘结砂浆,使板与板之间无“碰头灰“,板缝拼严;
(7)锚固:保温装饰一体板粘贴后,根据设计要求应采用机械锚固件(胀管螺丝)固定挤塑板时,用冲击钻在两块保温装饰一体板板缝之间、凹槽之内向里打孔,孔径根据锚固件(胀管螺丝)直径而定,锚固件(胀管螺丝)的长度根据保温装饰一体板厚度而定且进墙深度不得小于设计要求,锚固件(胀管螺丝)钉头和园盘应在板缝之间凹槽内,不得超出保温装饰一体板板面,隐藏于保温装饰一体板之间,使保温装饰一体板的装饰效果不受影响。这样就可以很好的与保温装饰一体板粘接砂浆配合密切,固定牢靠,提高安全性。一般7层以下每张标准保温装饰一体板不得少于4个锚固件(胀管螺丝)且分布均匀;8至18层(含18层)每张不得少于5个;19至28层(含28层)每张不得少于6个;29层以上每张不得少于7个。任何大小的保温装饰一体板必须加锚固件(胀管螺丝)
(8)安装自动放气阀:用冲击钻在两块保温装饰一体板板缝之间、凹槽之内向里打孔,孔径根据自动放气阀直径而定,自动放气阀的位置应在预留排气通道口处,这样既可以使内部压力释放出来,又可以阻挡外部雨水进入,深度根据保温装饰一体板厚度而定,自动放气阀应在板缝之间凹槽之内,不得超出保温装饰一体板板面,隐藏于保温装饰一体板之间,使保温装饰一体板的装饰效果不受影响。每张标准保温装饰一体板不得少于1个自动放气阀;
(9)板缝处理:用清洁剂将金属板及框表面清洁干净后,立即在保温装饰一体板之间的缝隙中先安放比封条或防风雨胶条,再注入硅酮耐候密封胶等材料,注胶应结合设计图纸注意控制胶的施工厚度,胶要饱满,不能有空隙或气泡,胶筒沿接缝应匀速英东,挤压胶枪力量也应均匀;胶层太薄不利于保证密封质量和防止雨水渗漏,而且对因保温装饰一体板你热胀冷缩产生的拉应力也不利;但也不能太厚,当硅酮耐候胶受拉力时,耐候胶容易被拉断破坏,时密封和防渗漏失效;
(10)板面清理:清除板面覆膜纸等杂物,把板面清理干净;
(11)自检:若发现问题,重复以上有关步骤;
(12)成品保护。

1.一种保温装饰一体板的安装方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)基层墙体处理:将基层墙体的表面清理干净;
(2)放线排版:按建筑物的阳角挂垂直线作为基准线;
(3)配置专用粘结剂:将聚合物砂浆搅拌均匀;
(4)涂粘结砂浆:在保温装饰一体板的周边涂抹粘结砂浆并在周边留出排气通道,然后在中间涂抹粘结砂浆圆饼,且粘结砂浆的总铺面积不得少于保温装饰一体板面积的70%;
(5)排板,按水平顺序排列安装保温装饰一体板,保持上下垂直;
(6)粘贴安装:均匀挤压保温装饰一体板,使粘结砂浆与墙面接触紧密,并与相邻保温装饰一体板齐平;
