Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于家用洗衣机的塑料容器及其制造方法,所述塑料容器包括一个轴承壳(1),该轴承壳(1)容纳在注射成形方法中形成的一个塑料元件(3),所述塑料元件比形成容器(5)的塑料更坚固且有更好的质量。被金属轴承壳(1)和注射成形于其上的塑料元件(3)形成一个结构单元,相应的塑料容器(5)在此结构单元上被注射成形。

本申请是2003年7月8日提交的申请号为03824696.1的(PCT/EP2003/007345)中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于家用洗衣机的塑料容器及其制造方法,该发明在设计和工艺的一些方面对容器作了改进,以实现新性能和解决现有的容器体现的一些问题。
本发明的主题是改进钢轴承壳和容器的塑料元件之间的接头,即改进洗衣机容器的物理特征和用于该容器的注射成形方法,以防止裂纹的形成,特别是在相应的轴承外壳或者轴承壳的附近区域,轴承外壳或轴承壳用于装配洗衣机转桶的轴。
背景技术
已知的是,除了其它部件外,洗衣机包括一个容器,在该容器的中间用于接受负荷的转桶以这样的方式安装,即转桶的轴被装配在布置于轴承壳上的金属轴承上,轴承壳出于上述目的被布置在该容器的空腔内。
另外,已知的是塑料容器通过注射成形方法获得,因此,首先轴承壳或轴承外壳被布置在塑料注射成型机的模内,然后开始注射成形。
这种注射成形方法具有来自下述方面的许多问题和缺点:
-在材料收缩系数上的差异,因为一方面涉及金属轴承壳,另一方面涉及塑料容器。
-冷却曲线的差异,也是由材料的不同特性引起的。
-质量比的差异,同样地是由于材料的不同特性引起的。
由于在注射成形的过程中出现的这些差异,在该塑料和钢材料之间形成微小的问隙,结果在这些材料之间形成较差的连接,这种连接导致容器的弱化,结果在这些微小间隙或者弱化点发展的接头处可能形成裂纹。
上述问题导致进一步的问题,由于在衬套密封的外壳处形成一个中间空间,导致外壳的移动和引起水经由轴承外壳或轴承壳的渗透。
现在尝试通过将洗衣机容器置于轴承壳上的直接注射造型工艺解决这些问题,虽然注射成形方法不是最佳的,尽管由于容器仍旧是由通常质量较差的塑料制成,在高的马达速度下会损坏。
发明内容
形成本发明主题的容器被发明以解决前述的问题和缺点,该发明使用一种不昂贵的解决方法,能防止容器内裂纹的形成,并且给予所述容器更好的物理性能,因为在所述容器的轴承壳和塑料部分之间能实现更好的连接。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出了一种用于制造内部容纳转桶的家用洗衣机的塑料容器的方法,转桶的轴被装配于设置在由金属材料制成的轴承壳中的轴承上,在塑料容器的其余部分被注射成形到由轴承壳和塑料元件构成的结构单元之前,轴承壳被放置,其特征在于,这些轴承通过所述轴承壳既有间隔、又在轴向列上相对的被保持,至少一个塑料元件被形成在轴承壳表面的至少一个部分上,并且,通过加强肋或连接板与塑料容器的其余部分构成形状锁合连接,
所述塑料元件通过不同于塑料容器其余部分的注射成形法的一种注射成形方法被成形于轴承壳上;
所述塑料元件形成轴承壳的包层或镶嵌件,
所述塑料元件的材料由于下述至少一项特性不同而不同于塑料容器的其余部分的材料:
-所述塑料元件的材料比容器的其余部分的材料具有更高的强度;
-具有更低的材料收缩系数;和
-更高的质量。
本发明还提出了一种按照上述方法制成的塑料容器,其特征在于,塑料容器的具有该轴承的区域包括用塑料容器的包围该区域的部分的材料融化而成的塑料元件,该塑料元件的材料因更高的强度和/或更低的材料收缩系数和/或更平缓的冷却曲线和/或更高的质量比而不同于塑料容器的其余部分的材料,塑料元件与金属轴承壳一同形状锁合地被植入其中,轴承被压入轴承壳中。
有利的是,只在轴承壳向着转桶的一侧上有限的部分上设置的塑料元件被形成为一个环,并且具有一方面与轴承壳另一方面与塑料容器的其余部分的形状锁合连接。
所述环至少在与塑料容器的其余部分的连接面上具有防扭转的形式或形状。
该环在轴承壳的向着转桶的一侧上被形成为套密封区域。
特别是,本发明的新颖性包括用于家用洗衣机的塑料容器,其内部容纳一个转桶,转桶的轴被安装在由金属材料制成的轴承壳提供的轴承上,其特征在于,围绕所述轴承壳形成的结构单元至少容纳一个塑料元件,并且所述塑料元件在所述塑料容器的其余部分之前被注射成形。
在一个优选实施例中,在注射成形方法中,围绕轴承壳至少使用一个塑料元件,此注射成形方法不同于塑料容器的其余部分的注射成形方法,并且允许包括壳套和塑料部分的结构单元冷却下来,目的是不用加热轴承壳而执行第二次注射成形,因为存在不同的收缩系数和温度梯度,连同第一次单独的塑料注射成形,连接会更坚固。
在另一个有益的实施例中,至少一个塑料元件的材料不同于塑料容器的其余部分的材料,而且至少一个塑料元件的材料比容器的其余部分也具有较高的强度和质量,因为在与轴承壳的这种严格的连接点处需要更好质量的塑料。然而,容器的其余部分能由较廉价的材料制成,因为它不需要承受这样的压力。
在另一个发明的实施例中,被注射成形到轴承壳上的塑料元件形成一个带有外侧加强筋或加强连接板的包层或镶嵌件,外侧加强筋或加强连接板赋予和容器的连接区域更高的强度,因为这是通过围绕由轴承壳和它的外壳或镶嵌件形成的结构单元进行注射成形得到的。
采用外壳或镶嵌件形式的塑料元件能覆盖轴承壳的整个侧表面以及它的套筒密封的安装部区域,而得到和壳套的完整连接。
在另一个实施例中,被注射成形到轴承壳上的塑料元件形成一个环,此环围绕轴承壳的安装部和轴承壳的安装部区域以及侧表面的一个断面。
该环能具有任何可变化的构造,该构造使得实现与包括轴承壳和塑料容器的结构单元之间的不同形式的连接成为可能。
在已经说明的特征的辅助下,改进了容器的物理特征和注射成形方法本身,因此,在容器的塑料材料和轴承壳的钢材料之间的微小间隙缩小,而与此同时,材料之间的粘着或结合得到了改进,并且纠正了在自然地实现容器的最终注射成形的过程中轴承壳的热绝缘。
通过使用更高质量的材料,轴承壳的轴套密封区域的尺寸改进和更小的误差也能实现。
最后,需要说明的是,在上述已经引述的特征中,实现了对承受最大负荷的容器加固部件的增加以及连接板中尺寸的改进。
总之,按照本发明的主题,来自家用洗衣机的塑料容器的优点可以概括为如下:
-更好的注射成形方法,
-在轴承容器附近的容器区域防止了裂纹,洗衣机转桶的轴装配在轴承容器上。
-更好的装配轴套密封。
容器能由低质量的塑料制成,例如带滑石粉的聚丙烯,并且在转桶的转动中,容器能承受高的速度。这是因为被注射成形到轴承壳上的塑料元件是由比制成容器的塑料材料更硬、更好质量的材料制成的。

具体实施方式
图1和图2表示通常由钢制成并且带有一个套筒密封区域2的轴承壳1,其中塑料元件3在轴承壳1上被注射成形,根据图1和图2所述塑料元件在实施例中形成一个镶嵌件或者包层,覆盖轴承壳1的整个侧表面,包括轴承壳的安装部和安装部2区域的内断面。
塑料元件3带有加强筋4或连接板,加强筋或连接板构成形成塑料元件3的包层外表面的一部分,如图2所示,于是形成相应容器5的塑料材料要求在元件3的注射成形过程中与元件3有更大的结合或粘着性,因此在容器5逻辑上位于靠近轴承壳1的此区域提供有更多的加强,此处容器需要承受最大的负荷。
在一个实施例中,塑料元件3能通过一个具有不同形式和形状的简单的环3构成,如同3至7所示,因为塑料元件,无论按照图1、2形成包层3或环3′,能具有任何形式或形状,因为重要的是塑料元件3或3′连同轴承壳1和塑料容器5是被注射成形到由两个元件构成的结构单元上的。
最后,还需要说明的是,被注射成形到轴承壳1上的塑料元件3或3′比形成容器5的塑料有更高的强度和更好的质量,于是与容器5的临界区域一起被注射成形的元件3或3′在此临界区域提供更高的强度,并且能防止在传统的塑料容器中因为容器的材料质量低而经常发生的裂纹。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于制造内部容纳转桶的家用洗衣机的塑料容器(5)的方法,转桶的轴被装配于设置在由金属材料制成的轴承壳(1)中的轴承上,在塑料容器(5)的其余部分被注射成形到由轴承壳(1)和塑料元件(3,3′)构成的结构单元之前,轴承壳(1)被放置,其特征在于,这些轴承通过所述轴承壳(1)既有间隔、又在轴向列上相对的被保持,至少一个塑料元件(3,3′)被形成在轴承壳(1)表面的至少一个部分上,并且,通过加强肋(4)或连接板与塑料容器(5)的其余部分构成形状锁合连接,
所述塑料元件(3,3′)通过不同于塑料容器(5)其余部分的注射成形法的一种注射成形方法被成形于轴承壳(1)上;
所述塑料元件(3,3′)形成轴承壳(1)的包层或镶嵌件,
所述塑料元件(3,3′)的材料由于下述至少一项特性不同而不同于塑料容器(5)的其余部分的材料:
-所述塑料元件(3,3′)的材料比容器(5)的其余部分的材料具有更高的强度;
-具有更低的材料收缩系数;和
-更高的质量。
2.一种按权利要求1的方法制成的塑料容器,其特征在于,塑料容器(5)的具有该轴承的区域包括用塑料容器(5)的包围该区域的部分的材料融化而成的塑料元件(3,3′),该塑料元件的材料因更高的强度和/或更低的材料收缩系数和/或更平缓的冷却曲线和/或更高的质量比而不同于塑料容器(5)的其余部分的材料,塑料元件(3,3′)与金属轴承壳(1)一同形状锁合地被植入其中,轴承被压入轴承壳中。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料容器,其特征在于,只在轴承壳(1)向着转桶的一侧上有限的部分上设置的塑料元件被形成为一个环(3′),并且具有一方面与轴承壳(1)另一方面与塑料容器(5)的其余部分的形状锁合连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的塑料容器,其特征在于,环(3′)至少在与塑料容器(5)的其余部分的连接面上具有防扭转的形式或形状。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的塑料容器,其特征在于,该环在轴承壳(1)的向着转桶的一侧上被形成为套密封区域(2)。
