Abstract
一种治疗手、足癣的外用药物，是将黄精、苦参、地肤子、蛇床子、百部、黄柏、白癣皮、藿香、蒲公英加入陈醋中浸泡7～15天，得到的滤液灭菌后密封包装制成搽剂。本发明药物清热解毒，除湿止痒，清热燥湿，祛风杀虫，具有强烈的杀灭真菌及渗透作用，可有效抑制致病性皮肤真菌，对手癣、足癣具有良好的治疗效果，刺激性较弱，疼痛程度较低，副作用小，疗效好且不易复发。经100例临床实验表明，有效率达到90％。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗手、足癣的药物，具体是涉及一种以中药材为原料药制备的治疗手、足癣的外用药物。
背景技术
手癣又名“鹅掌风”，初起时皮下有针尖至粟粒大小的半透明水疱，逐渐浸淫蔓延，日久皮肤粗糙，皲裂，状似鹅掌，故称为“鹅掌风”，一般起病缓慢，易反复发作。手癣往往由足癣传染而来，足癣又名“脚气病”，常发生于双侧足底及趾间，逐渐蔓延至足跟、足跖，皮损后出现水疱、糜烂、脱屑、角化等症状，患处浸渍湿烂或起粟粒大小水疱，伴有瘙痒。足癣-般起病慢、易反复，入夏加剧，冬日角化过度的表皮易发生皲裂。手、足癣在现代医学中被认为是因真菌或霉菌侵入手部或足部表皮感染所引起的，具有传染性，属浅部真菌感染皮肤病。
目前主要使用各种癣药水、癣药膏来治疗手、足癣，如可以将10克水杨酸加入到50毫升75％酒精中，待水杨酸完全溶解后，每天涂抹患处。但这些药物一般刺激性较强，疼痛较甚，而且根治不彻底，容易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种治疗手、足癣的外用药物，该药物刺激性小，疼痛程度低，能从根本上治疗手、足癣，疗效好，不易复发。
本发明的外用药物是由以下重量份数的组分为原料制备获得的：
黄精 15～30 苦参 25～35 地肤子 10～20
蛇床子 10～20 百部 10～30 黄柏 10～20
白癣皮 15～30 藿香 10～20 蒲公英 20～40
陈醋 500～1500。
本发明将上述原料按照常规中药制剂方法制成搽剂使用，具体方法为：
将所述9种中药按所述重量份数混合，加入所述重量份数的陈醋中，浸泡7～15天，滤除药渣，将得到的滤液灭菌后密封包装制成搽剂产品。
中医理论认为，皮肤病虽发于肤表，但其发生发展与人体脏腑气血有密切关系。手、足癣是因湿热内蕴，血热生风，病久风燥，血热伤血造成，治疗当以清热利湿，养血润燥，理气、活血化瘀为主，并辅以清热解毒、祛风杀虫等药物，不但能有效调理人体内部机能，还可有效杀灭手部、脚部真菌，达到标本兼治的目的。本发明组方中，苦参清热燥湿，祛风杀虫；白癣皮清热解毒，除湿止痒；地肤子清热利水、止痒；黄柏清热燥湿，泻火解毒；藿香燥湿；黄精润燥、养血补气；再佐以蒲公英清热解毒、利湿；蛇床子燥湿杀虫；百部灭虱杀虫；可更进一步地发挥苦参、白癣皮、地肤子、黄柏的抗真菌效能。诸药配伍，具有清热解毒，除湿止痒，清热燥湿，祛风杀虫之功效，从根本上治疗手、足癣。
本发明的药物组方基于中医理论基础，配伍严格合理，产品具有强烈的杀灭真菌及渗透作用，可有效抑制致病性皮肤真菌，对手癣、足癣具有良好的治疗效果，刺激性较弱，疼痛程度较低，副作用小，疗效好且不易复发。经100例临床实验表明，用药2周即可达临床治愈标准，有效率为90％，治愈率达85％，跟踪半年不复发者占90％。
典型病例：常某，女，51岁，患手癣一年有余，初见其双侧手掌有水泡及皲裂，使用本发明药物涂擦患处，每日2次，连续使用10日后逐渐好转。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取黄精15g、苦参25g、地肤子10g、蛇床子10g、百部10g、黄柏20g、白癣皮30g、藿香20g、蒲公英40g加入1500g陈醋中，密封下浸泡10天，滤除药渣，将得到的滤液装入10g小玻璃瓶中，灭菌密封制成搽剂产品。
实施例2
取黄精30g、苦参35g、地肤子20g、蛇床子20g、百部30g、黄柏10g、白癣皮15g、藿香10g、蒲公英20g加入500g陈醋中，密封下浸泡15天，滤除药渣，将得到的滤液装入10g小玻璃瓶中，灭菌密封制成搽剂产品。
实施例3
取黄精22g、苦参30g、地肤子15g、蛇床子15g、百部20g、黄柏15g、白癣皮22g、藿香15g、蒲公英30g加入1000g陈醋中，密封下浸泡8天，滤除药渣，将得到的滤液装入10g小玻璃瓶中，灭菌密封制成搽剂产品。

1、一种治疗手、足癣的外用药物，是由以下重量份数的组分为原料制备获得：
黄精 15～30 苦参 25～35 地肤子 10～20
蛇床子 10～20 百部 10～30 黄柏 10～20
白癣皮 15～30 藿香 10～20 蒲公英 20～40
陈醋 500～1500。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗手、足癣的外用药物，其特征是将所述药物制成搽剂。
