Claims (1)
- 一种兆瓦级十分流风力发电增速箱,由机座(1)、输入轴(2)及其支承轴承(3)(4)、与输入轴上圆盘联接的内齿圈)(6)、双联齿轮、端盖(11)及中心轴齿套(12)构成,其中双联齿轮由轴齿轮(8)及装在其轴伸端的传动齿轮(7)组成,轴齿轮(8)由轴承支承在机架(5)相应孔中,中心轴齿套为中心轮与轴套组装件,其特征在于:A.机架(5)为一环形薄壁短圆筒状、带加强筋的铸件,机架法兰与机座输出端联接,而机架主体置于内齿围(6)内腔;B.双联齿轮为五只均布,其中:(α)五只轴齿轮(8)中的每一只与内齿圈之间有二只完全相同的介轮(14),构成从内齿圈至轴齿轮的二分流,介轮由轴承支承在心轴(15)上,心轴固定在机架上;(b)五只传动齿轮(7)与中心轴齿套(12)相啮合,形成五分流,使增速系统形成功率十分流结构;C.中心轴齿套(12)的轴颈上联接输出大齿轮(13)轴齿套的两端由轴承分别承在机架(5)与端盖(11)的中心孔中,与大齿轮啮合的输出轴齿轮(10)由轴承分别支承在支架(9)与端盖相应孔中,支架联接在端盖内端面上。D.机座(1)为薄壁短圆筒状、带加强筋的整体铸件,装上端盖(11)后,外观为一封闭的短圆筒,从一端输入轴(2)输入,另一端非同轴的齿轮轴(10)输出;E.输入轴(2)由轴承(3)、(4)分别支撑支承在机座(1)与机架(5)的中心孔中。
