Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括底座和传感器(特别是用于机动车辆的雨/光传感器)的组件。
背景技术
各种由底座和传感器组成的此类组件是广为人知的。此类组件的基本功能在于:使传感器能够被固定在底座上,从而固定在机动车辆的挡风玻璃上,从而一方面允许提供简单而可靠的附件装置,另一方面允许在需要时更换传感器。特别地,该组件必须确保传感器以一定的预紧力被固定在底座上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种这样的组件。
根据本发明,提供了一种这样的组件,其包括底座和传感器(尤其是用于机动车辆的雨/光传感器)以及至少一个夹紧支架,所述底座包括至少两个用于夹紧支架的抵接面,所述至少一个夹紧支架在两个支承点处以能够枢转的方式安装到所述传感器上,所述夹紧支架适于在安装位置和夹紧位置之间旋转;在所述夹紧位置,所述夹紧支架借助预紧力将所述传感器压靠在所述底座上。特别地,该夹紧支架使得只须少许花费即可把传感器在预紧条件下装入底座变为可能。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出了根据第一实施例的组件,其包括作为其主要部件的底座10、传感器30以及夹紧支架50。
底座10为大体环形的框架,其具有用于传感器30的中央接纳空间。底座10具有用于与夹紧支架50接合的两个抵接面12。
传感器30为雨/光传感器,它包括位于一侧的插塞连接部32和位于另一侧的湿度/温度传感器34。实际的雨/光传感器安装在该传感器本体的中心。在传感器30的位置相对的两侧部上设置有夹紧面36,所述夹紧面36形成在横向突出的夹紧突部上。
夹紧支架50为线条状支架,其两端有两个偏心轮部(eccentric)52,偏心轮部突出到支承轴颈54上方。
为了实现装配的目的,将传感器30插入底座10,底座10通常已经固定到了机动车辆的挡风玻璃上。插塞连接部32和湿度/温度传感器34与底座10上与之对应的凹槽一起确保传感器30只能在唯一一个正确的方位被插入(见图3)。
在运输的状态下,夹紧支架50被预锁定在传感器30上(见图4),并且在装配过程中移位到正确的锁定位置(见图5);在此锁定位置,夹紧支架上的具有偏心轮部52的支承轴颈54位于夹紧面36和抵接面12之间。然后将夹紧支架枢转90度,从而通过偏心轮部将例如30N的预紧力施加到每一个支承点上,此预紧力被用于将传感器30压入底座10。在夹紧位置,即枢转90度(见图6)的位置,夹紧支架50锁定到底座10上的两个锁定突起16的后方的位置。在该锁定状态下,夹紧支架50的作为接触压力部56的这部分位于湿度/温度传感器34的区域中的凹陷部分中,从而在这个区域中同样将传感器30压向底座10。
图9示出了根据第二实施例的底座。与第一实施例的不同点在于:不是采用单个的夹紧支架50,而是采用两个夹紧支架;另外,两个夹紧支架50上面并没有设置用以提供夹紧力的偏心轮部,而是设置了夹紧突起60,所述夹紧突起60设置在夹紧支架50的支承轴颈之外。
图10示出了预装配的状态,此时两个夹紧支架50处于安装位置。传感器30与两个夹紧支架50一起被装入底座10中(见图11和图12),传感器30通过箝位点被预锁定。然后两个夹紧支架50被各自向外枢转90度,进入到夹紧位置;在夹紧位置中,夹紧突起60与底座10上的抵接面12接合,从而在每个支承点处以例如15N的预紧力将传感器30压靠在底座10上。在该夹紧位置,夹紧支架50卡扣到底座10的锁定突起16后方的位置。夹紧突起60与抵接面12之间的接合能从图15中清楚的看到。
Claims (6)
1.一种包括底座(10)和用于机动车辆的雨/光传感器(30)的组件,所述底座(10)包括至少两个用于夹紧支架(50)的抵接面(12),其中,至少一个夹紧支架(50)在两个支承点处以能够枢转的方式安装到所述传感器(30)上,所述夹紧支架(50)适于在安装位置和夹紧位置之间枢转;在所述夹紧位置,所述夹紧支架(50)借助预紧力将所述传感器(30)压靠在所述底座(10)上,其中,所述夹紧支架(50)具有各自均包括偏心轮部(52)的端部。
2.一种包括底座(10)和用于机动车辆的雨/光传感器(30)的组件,所述底座(10)包括至少两个用于夹紧支架(50)的抵接面(12),其中,至少一个夹紧支架(50)在两个支承点处以能够枢转的方式安装到所述传感器(30)上,所述夹紧支架(50)适于在安装位置和夹紧位置之间枢转;在所述夹紧位置,所述夹紧支架(50)借助预紧力将所述传感器(30)压靠在所述底座(10)上,所述夹紧支架(50)具有各自均包括夹紧突起(60)的端部,所述夹紧突起设置在所述夹紧支架(50)的支承轴颈之外,所述夹紧支架(50)在所述支承点处借助于该支承轴颈安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于:所述底座(10)具有至少一个锁定突起(16);所述夹紧支架(50)在所述夹紧位置卡扣到所述至少一个锁定突起(16)的后方的位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于:所述夹紧支架(50)的两端之间具有接触压力部,当所述夹紧支架(50)处于所述夹紧位置时,该接触压力部被所述传感器(30)支撑。
5.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于:所述两个支承点彼此相对地设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于:具有成对的彼此相对设置的四个支承点。
