Abstract
本发明公开了一种美容保健组合物和面膜。所述组合物其活性成份的重量份比为:竹炭粉和/或珍珠粉20-80份,中药复合物20-80份,维生素E2-5份;所述中药复合物的组成为以下重量份的:瓦松提取物15-30、甘草提取物5-15、金银花提取物10-25、黄芩提取物5-25;该组合物可进一步通过添加相关辅料或基质,制成外用药物或日化产品,包括但不限于面膜,洗剂,霜,膏,乳液。所述组合物制备的面膜对治疗痤疮取得良好效果。

[0001] 本发明涉及到一种组合物,特别是一种美容保健组合物及由该美容保健组合物制备的面膜。
背景技术
[0002] 近年来科学研究发现,竹炭、珍珠粉等能释放负离子、远红外、富含微量矿物质,对人类有多种保健治疗作用,尤其对皮肤有消痘、祛斑、美白等功效。
[0003] 一、释放负离子加强黑色素新陈代谢,有效去除金属沉淀,淡化色斑。促进胶原蛋白再生,增强皮肤弹性,减缓皮肤的老化与皱纹的产生,快速清楚皮肤深层污垢,有效软化角质层,增强皮肤吸收能力。负离子能给予活性氧所需的电子,使其无毒化,减少胶原蛋白受损,同时负离子还能抑制维他命C的消耗,制造新的胶原蛋白,使真皮的胶原蛋白恢复年轻,使肌肤恢复原有的弹性与滋润,表皮恢复活力,再度展开旺盛的新陈代谢作用,解决肌肤的问题。离子雾中的水分子容易被细胞吸收,增加含水量。负离子能快速清除皮肤衰老的重要因子-自由基,负离子跟自由基有更强的亲和力,当自由基遇到负离子,就会放弃人体的正常细胞,转而跟负离子结合,生成中性无害的物质,排除体外。同时,负离子转化成氧气,使血液中氧的含量大幅度增加,使细胞在短时间内就能够得到充足的氧而充满活力。负离子能舒缓疲劳和压力,使得身心恢复元气,具有很好的放松效果,从而解决解决因为失眠而引起肌肤干燥的问题。

[0009] 优选地,各种提取物之间的用量比为:瓦松提取物、甘草提取物、金银花提取物、黄芩提取物的重量分用量比是15-30 : 5-15 : 10-25 : 5_25。更优选地,所述美容保健组合物主要由以下重量份的活性成份组成:纳米级珍珠粉35份,纳米级竹炭粉15份,瓦松提取物17份,甘草提取物8份,金银花提取物14份,黄芩提取物6份,维生素E 5份。
[0010] 进一步的,珍珠粉及竹炭粉为纳米级,其粒径在20-50nm间;
[0011] 竹炭粉为超高温竹炭粉,其制成温度为2000-3000摄氏度。

[0014] 本发明所述组合物,经过优化组合,选取了具有复合能量物质竹炭粉和/或珍珠粉,并与中药复合物瓦松,甘草,金银花和黄芩的提取物的混合,其具有美容保健功效,可通过添加相关辅料或基质,制成外用药物或日化产品,包括但不限于面膜,洗剂,霜,膏,乳液。 特别是由所述美容保健组合物制备的面膜对治疗痤疮能取得良好效果。

[0042] 实施例七:组合物面膜防治痤疮的临床观察
[0043] 方法:选择患者120例,随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗组给予复合能量美白面膜,对照组给予单纯中药复合物对照,15天后对其疗效进行比较。结果:试用组总有效56例,总有效率91. 67% ;对照组总有效35例,总有效率58. 33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P < 0. 05)。
[0044] 结论:复合能量美白面膜能起到消除和减轻痤疮的作用,效果好于单纯使用中药复合物组。
[0045] 1.病例选择
[0046] 所选病例来自门诊病人,受试者纳入标准为:临床痤疮I〜III的自愿受试者,男女不限,临床主要表现为面部的粉刺、炎性丘疹、结节和脓包。并排除以下情况:(1)年龄在14岁以下或65岁以上者,妊娠或哺乳期妇女。(2)合并有心、肺、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重性疾病及精神病患者。(3)短期内使用或服用与受试功能有关的物品,影响到对结果的判断者。(4)未按规定使用样品的受试者,资料不全影响功效或安全性判断者。采用自身和组间两种对照设计,按受试者的痤疮情况随机分为试用组和对照组,每组60例。

[0048] 试用组给予复合能量美白面膜(根据实施例一制成),每天一次。对照组给予安慰剂,为只含单纯中药复合物(根据实施例一制成,但未添加复合能量物质纳米级珍珠粉和纳米级竹炭粉15份)的面膜,其外规、颜色与试用组相同,试用方法也与试用组相同,受试样品给予时间为15天,受试者在试验期间停止使用其它口服及外用有关养颜祛痤疮的用品。试验期间不改变原来的饮食习惯,正常饮食。

[0054] 观察受试者使用前后整个颜面部白头粉刺、黑头粉刺、炎性丘疹、脓包、囊肿、结节数目及皮损的程度。皮损程度分级和积分:

[0056] II度:1度+浅在性脓包,炎性丘疹数目增加,局限在颜面 2分
[0057] III度:11度+深在性炎性丘疹、结节,发生颜面、颈部、胸背部3分
[0058] IV度:111度+囊肿,易形成疤痕,发生于上半身 4分
[0059] 3. 2功效判定:
[0060] 有效:痤疮数目减少> 30%,皮损程度减轻一度。
[0061] 无效:痤疮数目减少< 30%,皮损程度无变化。

[0063] 试用组与对照组的治疗结果见表1,治疗组总有效率为91. 67%,对照组58. 33%, 经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。本面膜对祛除痤疮有明显的效果。在整个临床试验过程中,未发现本面膜对病人有任何副作用,表明本面膜的使用十分安全。

[0068] 试用组使用本面膜后,痤疮数量平均显著减少,皮损程度积分明显减少,试用组与对照组差异有显著性差异,皮肤油份不显著增加,说明本面膜具有祛除痤疮功能的作用,效果好于单纯使用中药复合物。

1. 一种美容保健组合物,其特征为:该组合物主要由以下重量份的活性成份组成:纳米级的竹炭粉和/或珍珠粉20-80份,中药复合物20-80份,维生素E 2-5份;所述中药复合物为瓦松、甘草、金银花和黄芩的提取物的混合物;所述瓦松提取物、甘草提取物、金银花提取物、黄芩提取物的用量比是15-30重量份:5-15重量份:10-25重量份:5_25重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容保健组合物,其特征为:该组合物主要由以下重量份的活性成份组成:纳米级珍珠粉35份,纳米级竹炭粉15份,瓦松提取物17份,甘草提取物8 份,金银花提取物14份,黄芩提取物6份,维生素E 5份。
3 根据权利要求1所述的美容保健组合物,其特征为,所述竹炭粉与珍珠粉粒径为 20-50nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述美容保健组合物,其特征为,所述竹炭粉为超高温竹炭粉,其制成温度为2000-3000摄氏度。
5. 一种防治痤疮的面膜,其特征为,该面膜由权利要求1-4任一项所述的美容保健组合物和适量基质制备而成。
