基于诸如自动化系统信息的请求电台信息(作为与用户账号相关联的 配置信息/偏好的部分来维护,或来自作为对内容的请求的部分而提供 的非无线电信息),可以提供所请求的数据的诸如标题转换的所有必 要转换,以允许将所选择的内容正确地放置在请求电台的所希望的时 隙(slot)中(即到请求电台的自动化系统中)。在一些实施方式中,内容库可以使用在简档中所定义的配置信息 来向用户产生警报。例如,在接收到新的信息后,或在接收到简档的 改变时,内容库可以向用户产生警报。参考图4b-C,示出了作为例如 门户网站的一部分呈现的示范性用户界面。在图4b中示出的用户界面

允许用户指定与请求电台相关联的配置信息,包括数字自动化系统450 (例如Maestro3.3)、库路径定义452 (用于内容项目)以及数字系统 音频路径454 (用于在请求自动化系统中放置项目的路径)。用户界面 还允许用户选择节目(例如汽车谈话节目(Cai^Talk Program) 3),用 于将其包括在与请求电台相关联的节目时间表中的所指定的手推车号 码处。其它的管理选项可能包括使用该界面从节目时间表删除节目内 容。图4c示出了向用户呈现指定请求电台的自动化系统是SS32的用 户界面。在该示例界面中,用户能够附加地指定与节目项目相关联的 类别信息。类别信息定义内容的文件位置。

在访问内容库之后,并且可能定义了一个或多个配置后,用户可 以定位(430)并且请求所希望的内容(440)。作为内容请求的一部 分,可以将非无线电信息提供给内容库,以帮助将内容传递到请求电 台。在一些实施方式中,对内容的请求可以包括购买。SP,内容库可 以包括可免费访问的内容以及可用于出售或基于订阅的其它内容。因 此,作为请求过程的一部分,用户可以选择所希望的内容,并且可以 完成购买安排。通过购买,可以授予用户对内容有限的或自由的访问。

现参考图5,示出了用于管理包括在内容库中的内容的方法500。 在一些实施方式中,内容库可以接收所传送的内容(510)。例如,为 了经由内容库来营销其信息,营销商和广告商可以将内容传送到内容 库中。在一些实施例中,内容库可以可选地对所传送的内容扫描病毒 (520)。

在其它的实施方式中,内容库可以存储所传送的内容,并且在用户购买/选择后,使内容对购买用户是可访问的。在一个实施例中,用 户可以"订阅"在内容库可获得的某些类型的内容,并且可以基于用 户的订阅仅接收感兴趣的内容。例如,可以向购买用户授予使用内容 库的某个许可集,因此可以给予购买用户对仅某些内容、或某些类型 的内容的访问。具有在内容库的某些许可可以允许与其它相似许可的 用户进行内容交换。因而,可以贴出(post)无线电内容,并在贴出内 容后访问被授予预先选择的类别的用户的所述内容。

内容库然后可以使所上载的文件可用安向请求用户传送(530)。 例如,可以通过将文件放置在内容库存储器内、通过将文件转换为流、 通过将文件标记为可用、或通过将文件指派给具有特定访问级别的类 别,来执行使所上载的文件可用于传送。

现参考图6,示出了用于分发内容的方法600。方法以接收对诸如 在内容库110的内容的请求开始(610)。可以评估请求以确定所请求 的内容(620)与请求电台的细节(例如,可以评估非无线电数据)。 可以根据需要可选地修改所请求的内容(630)。例如,内容库110可 以执行所请求的内容的例如标题转换的必要转换。在一些实施方式中, 这些标题转换是基于包括在用户简档中的配置,或根据包括在请求电 台的请求中的非无线电内容,例如请求电台的自动化系统信息。

在对所请求的内容作出任何必要的修改后,对配置设置、通信协 议和/或链接作出确定,以用于传送(640)。例如,内容库可以确定使 用与请求电台的无线电自动化系统相关联的COM端口。可以利用请求 来提供配置信息或将配置信息存储在与请求电台相关联的简档中以及 在传送前检索配置信息。预处理可以包括写入正确的标题以将所希望 的内容传送到请求电台上所希望的时隙中。

图7图示了用于分发内容的示范性过程700,以识别发布内容开 始,并且以选择者/购买者接收内容结束。通过例如营销商来识别发布内容(705)。然后将所识别的内容提

供给中央分发点(例如内容库)(710)。

中央分发点接收内容(715),并且在一些实施方式中对内容扫描 病毒。在一些实施方式中,中央分发点确定是否向内容提供商(例如 营销商)授予发布内容的许可(720)。例如,可以要求内容提供商向 中央分发点提供与所选择的内容相关联的性能数据的反馈(730)。如 果授予许可,则中央分发点发布内容(725)。

所发布的内容可以被购买者/选择者访问和检索(735)。例如, 购买者可以首先访问中央分发点。如果购买者例如经由门户网站从中 央分发点获得许可,则购买者可以考察可访问的并且已发布的内容。 然后,购买者/选择者可以选择要接收的内容(740)。在接收到购买者 的内容选择后(745),中央分发点可以将内容分发给请求用户,包括 根据与接收用户相关联的配置信息来分发内容(750)。过程以购买者 /选择者接收所选择的内容结束(755)。

已经描述了本发明的多个实施例。然而,应理解,在不背离本发 明的精神和范围的情况下,可以作出各种修改。例如,可以通过主要 使用基于IP的网络来替代经由COM接口的直接系统连接。因此,其 它的实施例在下面的权利要求书的范围内。

Claims (20)

1.一种方法,包括: 中央地存储用于分发到一个或多个无线电电台的内容; 从请求无线电电台接收对内容项目的请求; 评估所述请求,以确定所述请求无线电电台是否被授权接收所述内容项目; 如果被授权,则提供所述内容项目,包括基于与所述请求无线电电台相关联的数据对与所述内容项目相关联的一个或多个标题进行转换。

14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其中,预处理进一步包括计算与 所述内容项目相关联的音频的持续时间并且更新所述内容项目标题。
15. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其中,预处理进一步包括:接收 包括数字系统音频路径、手推车号码和类别的路径定义;利用所述数 字音频路径和所述类别来构造路径;以及将与所述内容项目相关联的 文件保存在指定了所述手推车号码的所述路径中。
16. 如权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括确定所述自动化系统 是否是Maestro,并且如果是,则预处理所述内容项目包括将与所述内 容项目相关联的手推车标题转换为DAF类型的手推车标题。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,预处理进一步包括:接收 包括数字系统音频路径和手推车号码的路径定义;以及将与所述内容 项目相关联的文件保存在指定了所述手推车号码的所述数字音频系统 路径中。
18. —种方法,包括:识别来自多个源的用于由一个或多个无线电电台发布的内容-, 将所识别的内容聚合在中央仓库; 控制对所聚合的内容的访问;接收对访问所识别的内容的请求;识别与所访问的内容的发布相关联的传送控制;以及在验证与请求装置相关联的证书后,根据所述传送控制来传送与 请求相关联的内容。
19. 一种方法,包括: 聚合内容;营销所述内容,用于向一个或多个无线电电台分发; 接收对内容项目的选择;根据与请求系统相关联的系统参数来预处理所选择的项目;以及 将所预处理的项目传递到所述请求系统。
20. —种设备,包括: 集中器,所述集中器包括:内容库,所述内容库包括已授权的无线电电台可用来在无线电电台上播放的一个或多个内容项目的指示符;接口,所述接口可通信地耦接在所述内容库和一个或多个无线电 电台之间;用户界面,所述用户界面用于管理所述内容库中的内容,包括内 容提供商将内容包括在所述库中以及无线电电台选择内容以将其包括在与所述无线电电台相关联的播放列表中;以及转换引擎,所述转换引擎根据与请求无线电电台相关联的参数可 操作地转换内容项目或与内容项目相关联的元数据,其中至少一个参 数是请求无线电电台的自动化系统类型。
