技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种高炉炉顶料罐的均压方法及装置,特别涉及一种高炉料罐全净煤
气均压方法及系统。 背景技术
[0002] 目前国内外高炉料罐均压采用纯氮气均压或半净煤气与氮气二次均压。这两种均 压方法均能满足高炉生产的需要,但是这两种方法都存在不同程度的缺点。其中,采用纯氮 均压的方法需使用大量的纯氮气,成本较高;而采用半净煤气与氮气二次均压的方法,则半 净煤气中含有的大量粉尘在均压过程中会沉积于上下密封位置,各开关阀门位置,从而导 致阀门密封部件易损坏,进而影响正常生产,并导致均压装置使用寿命縮短。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提出一种工艺简单,成本低廉,且不会影响均压设备性能的高 炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,以及一种结构简单,易于操作,便于安装维护,成本低廉,且性能 稳定,使用寿命长的高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,以克服现有技术中的不足。 [0004] 为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
[0005] —种高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,用于对高炉料罐的均压处理,其特征在于,该方 法为:将经布袋除尘处理过的净煤气通过净煤气均压装置输送至高炉炉顶,该净煤气均压 装置包括净煤气管道,净煤气管道一端与布袋除尘器出口连接,另一端与高炉料罐连接,净 煤气管道上沿净煤气传输方向依次设置煤气排污阀、煤气放散阀、蝶阀、眼镜阀、氮气吹扫 阀、料罐均压阀和截止阀。
[0006] 具体而言,所述净煤气管道一端通过一布袋除净煤气管与布袋除尘器连接,该布 袋除净煤气管一端与去煤气总管连接。
[0007] 该方法还采用氮气均压装置,氮气均压装置与净煤气均压装置并联接入高炉料
罐,在对高炉料罐均压过程中,净煤气均压装置和氮气均压装置可相互切换使用。
[0008] 所述氮气均压装置包括装设有均压阀的氮气管,氮气管的一端与氮气罐连接,另
一端与料罐均压阀和截止阀之间的净煤气管道连通。
[0009] —种高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,其特征在于,所述均压系统包括净煤气均压装 置,该净煤气均压装置包括净煤气管道,净煤气管道一端与布袋除尘器出口连接,另一端与 高炉料罐连接,净煤气管道上沿净煤气传输方向依次设置煤气排污阀、煤气放散阀、蝶阀、 眼镜阀、氮气吹扫阀、料罐均压阀和截止阀。
[0010] 进一步讲,所述布袋除尘器出口通过一布袋除净煤气管与净煤气管道一端连接, 布袋除净煤气管一端与去煤气总管连通。
[0011] 所述均压系统还包括氮气均压装置,氮气均压装置与净煤气均压装置并联接入高 炉料罐。
[0012] 所述氮气均压装置包括装设有均压阀的氮气管,氮气管的一端与氮气罐连接,另一端与料罐均压阀和截止阀之间的净煤气管道连通。
[0013] 本发明提出的净煤气均压方法中,通过采用全净煤气作为均压介质,替换常用的 纯氮气或半净煤气,从而克服了现有技术中氮气均压方法成本过高,以及半净煤气与氮气 二次均压易造成设备故障,影响正常生产的缺点,且净煤气均压时因煤气温度较高(120°C 左右),可对炉料进行局部预热作用,布料时能保持炉顶温度在较高水平,有利于布袋除尘 器的正常工作,此外,净煤气还可循环使用,可大大节约生产成本。但因净煤气与氮气等介 质物理、化学性能有较大不同,若仅以净煤气替换原有均压介质,并采用原有均压设备进行 均压操作,则可能在系统检修时如安全措施不当则可能造成煤气中毒事故。为此,本发明根 据煤气管道输送安全要求,经长期试验后,采用在料罐均压阀前设置煤气放散阀、氮气吹扫 阀及煤气排污阀,以防止煤气泄露、设备故障等发生时便于排除而采取安全措施,从而保障 设备的长期运行稳定性,并有效延长设备的使用寿命。同时,为了便于管道的检修,发明人 还在料罐均压阀前增设了蝶阀和眼镜阀,并在料罐均压阀与高炉料罐之间增设了截止阀。 发明人还在本发明的均压系统中保留原有氮气均压为备用均压装置,并将其与本发明的净 煤气均压装置并联,以备煤气管网故障时,可及时切换至原有均压装置,保障均压操作的持 续性,提高工作效率。
[0014] 利用本发明进行高炉料罐的均压时,炉顶布料操作与原有的操作程序相同,实现 全自动化无人操作,效率高,且可大大降低上料操作人员的工作强度。
[0015] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:该高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法工艺简 单,成本低廉,可使均压设备长期稳定运行;该高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统结构简单,易于 操作,便于安装维护,成本低廉,且性能稳定,使用寿命长,还可达到煤气循环利用,煤气余 热利用以及提高炉顶温度等效果。运用本发明进行高炉料罐均压,可有效节约钢铁制造等 企业的生产成本,提高工作效率,并实现资源的节约利用,因此具有较好的社会效益和经济 效益。

具体实施方式
[0018] 该高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统包括净煤气均压装置和氮气均压装置,氮气均压装 置与净煤气均压装置并联接入高炉料罐8。该净煤气均压装置包括净煤气管道,净煤气管道 一端通过一布袋除净煤气管11与布袋除尘器出口连接,另一端与高炉料罐连接,布袋除净 煤气管一端与去煤气总管IO连通。净煤气管道上沿净煤气传输方向依次设置煤气排污阀 5、煤气放散阀1、蝶阀3、眼镜阀4、氮气吹扫阀2、料罐均压阀6和截止阀7。氮气均压装置 包括装设有均压阀的氮气管12,氮气管的一端与氮气罐9连接,另一端与料罐均压阀6和截 止阀7之间的净煤气管道连通。在对高炉料罐均压过程中,净煤气均压装置和氮气均压装 置可相互切换使用。
[0019] 江苏沙钢集团有限公司华盛炼铁总厂在运用上述高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统时, 根据实际情况和煤气安全特点,为保证煤气系统安全运行,由专门技术人员负责跟踪,并制定了净煤气均压方法的实施方案:
[0020] 第一阶段:用30%净煤气初次均压,70%氮气二次均压,此阶段实施约7天,均压 系统运行正常,炉顶煤气温度与全氮气均压没有太大变化,没有出现安全问题,高炉布料操 作不受影响;
[0021] 第二阶段:用50%净煤气初次均压,50%氮气二次均压,该阶段实施共IO天,均压 系统正常,炉顶煤气温度比全氮气均压高约3(TC,设备运行正常;
[0022] 第三阶段:用70%净煤气初次均压,30%氮气二次均压,该阶段实施共5天,均压 系统正常,炉顶煤气温度比全氮气均压高约5(TC,期间因上料系统原因,出现过2次料罐拉 死,研究了处理料罐拉死的顶压波动规律,存在有一个最低顶压值,根据这一情况,决定提 前实施全净煤气均压操作;
[0023] 第四阶段:全净煤气均压,实行全净气均压后,均压系统正常,各阀门开关动作正 常,炉顶温度比全氮气均压高约80〜IO(TC,炉顶煤气温度上升到20(TC左右,各系统长期 运行正常。
[0024] 该厂经长期实践后发现,应用该高炉料罐全煤气均压系统进行高炉料罐均压,具 有如下优势:
[0025] (1)煤气能完全替代氮气均压,并可循环利用,对一座容积为400m3的高炉而言,其 年产量约50万t,若按每立方米氮气结算价0. 51元/m3,吨铁节省约20m3氮气计算,则一年 该高炉可节约氮气1000万m〜节约成本约510万元;
[0026] (2)净煤气均压时因煤气温度较高,基本在12(TC左右,可对炉料进行局部预热作
用,布料时能保持炉顶温度在较高水平,有利于布袋除尘器的正常工作;
[0027] (3)上料操作人员操作简便,炉顶布料操作与原有的操作程序相同,实行自动化操
作;
[0028] (4)投资少, 一座高炉投资约18万元, 一周就能收回投资成本,维护费用低,并可 有效缓解公司氮气管网压力低的局面。

- 一种高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,用于对高炉料罐的均压处理,其特征在于,该方法为:将经布袋除尘处理过的净煤气通过净煤气均压装置输送至高炉炉顶,该净煤气均压装置包括净煤气管道,净煤气管道一端与布袋除尘器出口连接,另一端与高炉料罐连接,净煤气管道上沿净煤气传输方向依次设置煤气排污阀、煤气放散阀、蝶阀、眼镜阀、氮气吹扫阀、料罐均压阀和截止阀。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,其特征在于所述净煤气管道一 端通过一布袋除净煤气管与布袋除尘器连接,该布袋除净煤气管一端与去煤气总管连接。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,其特征在于该方法还采用氮气 均压装置,氮气均压装置与净煤气均压装置并联接入高炉料罐,在对高炉料罐均压过程中, 净煤气均压装置和氮气均压装置可相互切换使用。
- 4. 根据权利要求3所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压方法,其特征在于所述氮气均压装置 包括装设有均压阀的氮气管,氮气管的一端与氮气罐连接,另一端与料罐均压阀和截止阀 之间的净煤气管道连通。
- 5. —种高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,其特征在于,所述均压系统包括净煤气均压装置, 该净煤气均压装置包括净煤气管道,净煤气管道一端与布袋除尘器出口连接,另一端与高 炉料罐连接,净煤气管道上沿净煤气传输方向依次设置煤气排污阀、煤气放散阀、蝶阀、眼 镜阀、氮气吹扫阀、料罐均压阀和截止阀。
- 6. 根据权利要求5所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,其特征在于所述布袋除尘器 出口通过一布袋除净煤气管与净煤气管道一端连接,布袋除净煤气管一端与去煤气总管连 通。
- 7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,其特征在于所述均压系统 还包括氮气均压装置,氮气均压装置与净煤气均压装置并联接入高炉料罐。
- 8. 根据权利要求7所述的高炉料罐全净煤气均压系统,其特征在于所述氮气均压装置 包括装设有均压阀的氮气管,氮气管的一端与氮气罐连接,另一端与料罐均压阀和截止阀 之间的净煤气管道连通。
