Claims (5)
- 一种桥梁架设方法,在设计位置建好各桥墩后,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行桥梁架设:A、处理各桥墩侧的坡面;在边孔相邻的两个桥墩之间安装梁段预制支架;在梁段预制支架上安装梁段模板及模板支撑架,进行梁段预制;B、在其余每相邻两桥墩间搭设钢管脚手架;在各钢管脚手架上以万能杆件拼装导梁;分别在各桥墩墩顶安装导梁吊装机构,将导梁提升至设计位置,并安装在相邻的两桥墩之间,导梁两端固定在桥墩的帽梁预埋件上;C、在导梁上安装供滑车纵向滑行的滑道,在墩顶安装供滑车横向滑行的滑道,并在供滑车纵向滑行的滑道前端墩顶上安装千斤顶及牵引拉索;D、拆除梁段模板的侧模及支撑架,拆除部分底模,在梁段底部安装起顶“U”形托,然后起顶梁段;起顶后将梁段置于滑车上,牵引拉索牵引梁段通过滑车沿纵向的滑道移至纵向设计位置;再沿横向的滑道横移至横向设计位置,拆除部分横向的滑道,通过千斤顶起顶落梁,把梁段架设到位;E、在梁段预制支架上进行下一梁段的浇注,由安装在相应桥墩上的千斤顶及牵引拉索牵引到设计梁跨,然后横移到位,直至全部梁段架设完成。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁架设方法,其特征在于,步骤A中所述梁段预制具体 包括以下步骤:A-a、修整底模,吊装一侧模并进行侧模支撑架及支座垫板的安装,然后绑扎梁段钢筋 并安装预应力制孔管道;A-b、检测梁段钢筋及预应力制孔管道合格后,合上另一侧模及两端的端模,然后绑扎 顶板钢筋;A-c、检测各模板及顶板钢筋合格后,开始浇注砼,然后进行砼养生;A-d、拆除梁段的侧模,然后对预应力制孔管道进行清孔穿束并张拉,再对预应力制孔 管道进行压浆,最后进行封锚砼施工及养生。
- 3.根据权利要求2所述的一种桥梁架设方法,其特征在于,所述预应力制孔管道采用 金属波纹管,其管与管的接头采用套接法;所述压浆采用真空灌浆技术。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁架设方法,其特征在于,所述滑道使用的材料为 43kg/m的钢轨。
- 5.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁架设方法,其特征在于,所述滑道的顶面涂满能保 证梁段平稳滑动的润滑油脂。
