技术领域
本发明属于气体净化类技术领域,本发明涉及钢铁工业转炉炼钢生 产过程中产生的煤气净化,公开了一种转炉煤气净化及回收的工艺及系 统,特别涉及一种转炉煤气干法袋式净化回收工艺及系统。 背景技术
转炉煤气在转炉炉口的温度为1450〜1650°C,经汽化冷却系统冷却至 800〜100(TC后进入净化及回收系统。目前转炉煤气净化及回收工艺主要有 湿法和干法(简称LT)两种。湿法工艺又主要有二文一塔(简称OG)和环 缝洗涤(简称RSW)两种。
湿法OG净化系统主要由二级文氏管净化装置和脱水装置组成。一级文 氏管一般采用溢流定径文氏管(简称一文),起到对转炉煤气降温和粗除尘 的作用;二级文氏管一般采用RD翻板式自动调径文氏管,起到对煤气精除 尘的作用。脱水装置用作二级文氏管后脱除煤气中的机械水分, 一般由多 级脱水设备组成。
湿法RSW净化系统主要由喷淋塔、环缝洗涤装置和脱水塔组成。喷淋 塔将煤气降温至75。C左右,同时起到预除尘的作用;环缝洗錄装置进一步 将煤气降温至65。C左右,起精除尘的作用。脱水塔作为脱除煤气中机械水 的装置。
我国目前使用的湿法OG系统普遍存在高的粉尘排放速率,煤气排放含 尘浓度超过100mg/m3 (标况),超过国家现行排放标准。系统运行能耗高, 系统运行阻损一般大于22kPa。湿法RSW系统煤气排放含尘浓度一般在80〜 100mg/m3 (标况),系统运行阻损一般大于20kPa,系统运行能耗与OG系统差不多。
干法LT净化系统主要由蒸发冷却器和静电除尘器组成。系统运行能耗 比OG和RSW系统低,净化效率高,排放浓度一般小于10mg/m3 (标况)。但 其投资高,系统运行不稳定;泄爆频繁,对静电除尘器内部损坏严重,影 响除尘效果,设备运行维护费用高,对炼钢生产有一定的影响。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种净化回收工艺及系统,它解决了湿法OG所存 在的粉尘排放含尘浓度高以及和湿法RSW —样存在的系统能耗高,系统阻 损大和污水处理的问题,解决了干法LT投资高、系统运行不稳定和运行维 护费用高的问题;它的粉尘排放含尘浓度小于10mg/m3 (标况)。转炉在吹 氧冶炼时产生高温含尘烟气,经汽化冷却系统降温至S00〜100(TC,含尘 煤气通过膨胀节进入蒸发冷却器,被蒸汽或氮气和水组成的双相喷射装置 雾化冷却,煤气温度降至20(TC左右,然后煤气进入袋式除尘器进行过滤 净化,净化后的煤气根据系统煤气回收条件分别进行煤气回收或放散。本 发明的转炉煤净化回收工艺系统的优点是煤气净化效率高,净化后的煤气 含尘浓度小于10mg/m3 (标况);系统运行阻力和能耗低,系统运行阻力小 于10kPa;系统没有污水等二次污染;系统运行维护费用低。该技术是一 种具有广泛推广价值的节能环保的新技术,可广泛应用在转炉煤气净化回 收系统上。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种转炉煤气干法袋式净化回收工艺及系统,,净化回收系统主要包 括非金属膨胀节,蒸发冷却器,防爆脉冲袋式除尘器,煤气流量计,煤
气风机成套装置,旁通阀,三通切换阀,水封逆止阀,煤气冷却器,v型
水封,放散烟囱及点火装置,煤气分析装置及系统自动控制系统等。 转炉在吹氧冶炼时产生高温含尘煤气,煤气经汽化冷却系统降温至800〜100(TC,含尘煤气通过非金属膨胀节进入蒸发冷却器,被蒸汽或氮 气和水组成的双相喷射装置雾化冷却,煤气温度降至20(TC左右。双相喷 射装置根据煤气热容量的变化,通过温度调节系统控制喷水量的大小, 以此控制蒸发冷却器出口的温度和湿度满足要求。煤气在蒸发冷却器内 因其流速的降低和粉尘的加湿凝聚, 一部分粒径较大的粉尘靠自重沉降 在灰斗内,收尘量约占总烟尘量的40%左右。然后煤气进入防爆脉冲袋式 除尘器进行过滤净化,净化后的煤气根据系统煤气回收条件由三通切换 阀进行切换控制,分别进行煤气回收或放散,具备回收条件时,煤气通 过水封逆止阀和V型水封进入煤气柜,否则煤气通过烟囱点火燃烧放散。 本发明的转炉煤气干法袋式净化回收工艺系统的优点是,煤气净化 效率高,净化后的煤气含尘浓度小于10mg/m3 (标况);系统运行阻力和 能耗低,系统运行阻力小于10kPa;系统没有污水等二次污染;系统运行 维护费用低。
本净化回收系统既可适用于新建转炉项目的煤气净化及回收,也可 适用于对现有转炉煤气净化及回收系统的技术改造。 附图说明

转炉1的汽化冷却装置2与蒸发冷却器4通过膨胀节3连接,蒸发冷却器4与袋式除尘器7之间通过金属管道6相连接;袋式除尘器 7后面的管道系统6上安装有煤气流量计8、煤气风机成套装置9、旁 通阀10、三通切换阀11、放散烟囱12、水封逆止阀13、煤气冷却器 14和V型水封15。
转炉l在吹氧冶炼时产生高温含尘烟气,烟气中的主要成份是煤气, 烟气经汽化冷却装置2降温至800〜1000°C,含尘煤气通过膨胀节3进入 蒸发冷却器4,被蒸汽或氮气和水组成的双相喷射装置雾化冷却,煤气温 度降至20(TC左右。双相喷射装置根据煤气热容量的变化,通过温度调节 系统控制喷水量的大小,以此控制蒸发冷却器出口的温度和湿度满足要 求。煤气在蒸发冷却器内因其流速的降低和粉尘的加湿凝聚, 一部分粒 径较大的粉尘靠自重沉降在灰斗5内,收尘量约占总烟尘量的40%左右。 然后煤气进入袋式除尘器7进行过滤净化,净化后的煤气根据系统煤气 回收条件由三通切换阀ll进行切换控制,分别进行煤气回收或放散,具 备回收条件时,煤气通过水封逆止阔13、煤气冷却器14和V型水封15 进入煤气柜,否则煤气通过烟囱12点火燃烧放散。
当三通切换阀11出现故障时打开旁通阀10,煤气通过烟囱12点火 燃烧放散。
汽化冷却烟道2与蒸发冷却器4之间连接采用的膨胀节3材质为 非金属耐高温材料。
蒸发冷却器4主要由壳体、双相喷射喷嘴等组成。在蒸发冷却器 内环行布置的喷水管为双相喷射喷嘴,其相互间的角度和数量根据处 理的烟气量和喷水的覆盖面确定。煤气在蒸发冷却器内因其流速的降 低和粉尘的加湿凝聚, 一部分粒径较大的粉尘靠自重沉降在灰斗内。 然后由输送机卸入贮灰仓5内。双相喷射装置根据煤气热容量的变化, 通过温度调节系统控制喷水量的大小,以此控制蒸发冷却器出口的温度和湿度满足要求。
贮灰仓5的功能是贮存灰尘,然后定期由汽车运走回收利用。
袋式除尘器7为防爆脉冲袋式除尘器,主要由除尘器壳体、高温 滤袋、脉冲喷吹机构、防爆装置、输灰装置和控制系统等组成。高温 滤袋过滤效率高、寿命长、可长期在250'C使用。当含尘煤气由滤袋 外表面穿入内表面时,粉尘被滤袋阻留在外表面而由净煤气穿过。随 着滤袋外表面粉尘层的增厚,除尘器运行阻力达到预设值时,控制系 统自动启动脉冲喷吹系统用氮气进行清灰,灰尘被剥离下来落入除尘 器灰斗内。除尘器灰斗下部设置输送机将灰尘送入贮灰仓5内,定期 由汽车运走回收利用。
为保证进入煤气柜的煤气温度小于80°C ,在水封逆止阀13后设置 煤气冷却器14,煤气冷却器14由壳体和喷枪组成,喷枪设置的层数 和数量根据煤气流量和温度确定。
本发明的净化回收工艺及系统降低了系统的阻力,从而降低了系统的 电能消耗,系统净化效率高,粉尘排放浓度小于10mg/m3 (标况),特别是 系统没有污水等二次污染,该技术是一种具有广泛推广价值的节能环保的 新技术。
