Abstract
一种生物有机饲料,包括该生物有机饲料的配方及其加工方法,其特征是将蚯蚓粪、腐殖酸、玉米粉、豆粕、中草药、松针粉、食盐、多种复合生物菌在一起搅拌均匀,在合适的温度和湿度下,密封于密闭容器内进行厌氧反应,经过菌化成为发酵料半成品,粉碎后取出半成品一部分,加入玉米粉、豆粕、中草药、松针粉、食盐和少量的多种复合生物菌,再在一起搅拌均匀,然后再造粒、脱水、烘干、入库。本饲料能增强畜禽抗病性,解决了畜禽绿色食品问题,且生产工艺简单,饲料成本低。

一种生物有机饲料
本发明涉及生物饲料的一种生物发酵有机饲料的配方及其加工方法。
背景技术
目前,我国生产生物饲料厂家不多,也只是停留在菌制剂上,生产过程复 杂,菌很容易死亡,不利于运输和储存。畜禽吃了这种饲料,不能增加免疫功 能和畜禽的产崽率,不能提高饲料的利用率,粪便恶臭,畜禽养殖厂气味难闻。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种新型菌制剂生物发酵有机饲料 的配方及其加工方法。它能增强畜禽抗病性,解决了畜禽绿色食品问题,且生 产工艺简单,词料成本低。
本发明的自的是这样实现的-
将蚯蚓粪13公斤、腐殖酸30公斤、玉米粉260公斤、豆粕180公斤、中 草药3公斤、松针粉20公斤、食盐2公斤、多种复合生物菌1公斤在一起搅拌 均匀,在合适的温度(高于15度)和湿度下,密封于密闭容器内进行厌氧反应, 经过大约7天的菌化(发酵)后取出(如果使用专用发酵装置,24个小时即可 完成),成为发酵料半成品,经过粉碎后取出半成品80公斤,加入玉米粉360 公斤、豆粕200公斤、中草药2公斤、松针粉20公斤、食盐1公斤和少量的多 种复合生物菌,再在一起搅拌均匀,然后再造粒、脱水、烘干、入库。

1、一种生物有机饲料,包括该生物有机饲料的配方及其加工方法,其特征在于:它是将蚯蚓粪13公斤、腐殖酸30公斤、玉米粉260公斤、豆粕180公斤、中草药3公斤、松针粉20公斤、食盐2公斤、多种复合生物菌1公斤在一起搅拌均匀,在合适的温度(高于15度)和湿度下,密封于密闭容器内进行厌氧反应,经过大约7天的菌化(发酵)后取出(如果使用专用发酵装置,24个小时即可完成),成为发酵料半成品,经过粉碎后取出半成品80公斤,加入玉米粉360公斤、豆粕200公斤、中草药2公斤、松针粉20公斤、食盐1公斤和少量的多种复合生物菌,再在一起搅拌均匀,然后再造粒、脱水、烘干、入库。
