本发明提供一种在临床中治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木等骨质病及扭伤、软组织损伤多种疾病的外用膏药。它是以中医学、药理学为理论基础，参考现化医学并经几十年临床经验总结出来的民间验方，由栀子250份、穿山龙100份、豨签草100份、鹿骨100份、阿魏100份、香油500份、章丹100－120份为原料制成的。经临床观察该药确实具有去湿散寒、活血化瘀、通经活络、消肿止痛、药到病除之功效。对治疗所述病症总有效率为98.5％，治愈率为80％。其配方新颖独特、药效确切持久、组份少易制作、疗程短见效快、治疗彻底不复发、治疗效果显著，适合临床推广。

技术领域：
本发明涉及中药领域，更加确切地说是涉及在临床当中治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木等骨质以及扭伤、软组织损伤多种疾病的外用中药。
背景技术：
颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木以及扭伤、软组织损伤疾病是日常生活中的常见病，尤其是颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木更是中老年人所得的一种病程长又难以治愈的多发病。长期以来，治疗所述疾病一般都是采用颈椎病贴、腰痛贴或风痛贴进行贴敷治疗，这些药物一般功能比较单一，用药后对病情较轻的还有一定效果，对病情较重的患者只能缓解疼痛，其它效果不明显，因而治疗不彻底、易复发。
发明内容：
本发明的目的旨在提供一种膏药，它能够治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木以及扭伤、软组织损伤多种疾病。而且治疗效果显著、不复发，对人体皮肤无损害，以此弥补以上所述药物之不足。
本发明的膏药是根据我国中医学、药理学的基础理论，对发病基理的探索研究及扶正去邪的治疗原则，经几代世医临床实践经验总结并提取精华研制而成。
本发明各原料的组份与重量配比是：栀子250份、穿山龙100份、豨签草100份、鹿骨100份、阿魏100份、香油500份、章丹100—120份。
本发明是以栀子、穿山龙、豨签草、消肿止痛，章丹、香油去风利湿、解毒生饥，以栀子、鹿骨、阿魏、通经活络、活血化瘀，并使药物通过毛孔快速渗透皮肤吸收，同时加快血液循环直达病灶，充分体现了扶正去邪的治疗原则，从而达到治疗诸病之目的。
本发明是以纯天然中药材为原料，药源广泛、原料易得，外用方便，无任何毒副作用，并具有去湿散寒、活血化瘀、通经活络、消肿止痛、药到病除之药用功效。经临床观察该药适于治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木等骨质病及扭伤、软组织损伤多种疾病，且具有显著的治疗效果。同时具有配方新颖独特、药效确切持久、组份少易制作、疗程短见效快、治疗彻底不复发、适合临床应用的特点。
具体实施方式：
本发明的膏药是选取栀子250g、穿山龙100g、豨签草100g、鹿骨100g、阿魏100g、香油500g、樟丹100g为原料，并由如下方法制取：首先把栀子、穿山龙、豨签草三味中药研成细粉，把鹿骨砸成小块；然后把研成细粉的药末与碎鹿骨放到铁锅里，倒入香油搅匀，浸泡7天；把浸泡好的药用小至中火熬6小时，待药炸糊浮到上面时把药渣捞出；用小火熬，往锅里先放入阿魏，再放章丹，边放边用勺子搅动，1小时后待锅里药全变成黑色把药取出；把熬好的药象漏粉一样倒入预先准备好的冷水(自来水)容器中浸泡48小时，在浸泡这48小时期间匀换3次水；以解丹毒。浸泡好的药从水中捞出，再放入铁锅里用中火熬，待药化后，把火关掉，药稍凉后，用勺将药摊到已消毒的白布上即为本发明的膏药。
本发明的膏药为黑色药膏，150—200克为一贴，每8天换药一次，8天为一疗程。
疗效观察：本发明的外用膏药多年来一直应用于临床，收到了相当满意的治疗效果。此前，我们又在收治的患者中随机选择了患有颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木、扭伤、软组织损伤的360名患者分别进行了实验。
诊断标准：1、颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛以摸骨诊断法及X光片检查确定为所述病症的，且临床表现为腰、腿、颈、肩无菌性疼痛，部分伴有手脚麻凉等症；2、扭伤、软组织损伤以摸骨诊断法及X光片检查确定骨质无损伤，而受伤周围皮肤红肿疼痛，或其临床症状为疼痛感强或触之疼痛而无红肿。
病例选择：我们采取了在临床中符合上述诊断标准确定为颈椎病的患者100人，其中男56人、女44人，年令在40—74岁之间。腰椎间盘突出的患者50人，其中男20人、女30人，年令在40—68岁；椎管狭窄的患者20人，其中男10人、女10人，年令在35—60岁；坐骨神经痛患者30人，其中男11人、女19人，年令在38—70岁；骨质增生患者51人，其中男27人、女24人，年令在40—70岁；腰腿痛患者28人，其中男10人、女18人，年令在30—78岁；手脚麻木患者26人，其中男10人、女16人，年令在55—78岁；肩周炎患者30人，其中男10人、女20人，年令在30—70岁；扭伤、软组织损伤患者25人，其中男18人、女7人，年令在15—60岁。
用药方法：对于颈椎病、、腰椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木的患者使用本发明每剂200克的膏药，而对于肩周炎、扭伤、软组织损伤患者使用本发明每剂150克的膏药，均在患病部位敷贴，每8天换药一次，8天为一疗程，在实验期间不用任何有影响的药物。
疗效标准：治愈为用药后明显消肿，疼痛消失，活动自如，手脚麻凉逐渐减轻并消失，半年后不复发；有效为消肿、疼痛减轻，手脚麻木得到缓解并能够自理；无效为用药后症状基本无明显改变。

从表1看出，本发明的膏药用于临床总有效率98.5％，治愈率为80％，具有显著的临床效果。
结论分析：本发明是以中医学、药理学为理论基础，参考现化医学并经几代世医临床经验总结出来的民间验方，经临床观察该膏药确实具有去湿散寒、活血化瘀、通经活络、消肿止痛等功能作用。因此该药对于治疗各种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突(膨、脱)出、椎管狭窄、坐骨神经痛、骨质增生、腰腿痛、手脚麻木乖骨质病及扭伤、软组织损伤疾病，都具有显著的治疗效果。经临床证明：本发明疗效确切、敷用安全、疗程短、见效快、无痛苦、无副作用、患者易接受，适合在临床中推广应用。

1、一种治疗骨质病及软组织损伤的膏药，其特征在于：该膏药是以栀子250份、穿山龙100份、豨签草100份、鹿骨100份、阿魏100份、香油500份、章丹100—120份的组分与重量配比为原料制成的。
