Claims (8)
- 【权利要求1】一种烟气洗涤方法,其特征在于:该方法是利用水对沥青烟气进行洗涤净化;烟气进入洗涤筒后通过气流均布板使烟气在洗涤筒内均匀分布;通过设在洗涤筒内的两个或两个以上的喷头向洗涤筒内喷水,使洗涤筒内的粉尘及沥青液滴被水吸附,沉到洗涤筒底部,由洗涤筒底部的排污口排出;净化后的烟气通过除水板去除水分,排出洗涤筒。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的烟气洗涤方法,其特征在于:所述喷头喷出的水呈雾状,水中含有碱,不但可适应沥青烟气的净化,同时也可以适应对含有二氧化硫(SO2)的酸性烟气进行净化。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求2所述的烟气洗涤方法,其特征在于:所述气流均布板上均匀开有圆形孔,当烟气通过各圆孔后,烟气能均匀分布于洗涤器筒体内,同时水滴在气流均部板上溅起的水花可再次对烟气起到洗涤净化作用,优化洗涤效果。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1所述的烟气洗涤方法,其特征在于:所述除水板为一组折板,烟气穿过一组折板的间隙时改变方向,由于惯性作用水滴与除水板碰撞后沿除水板回落。
- 【权利要求5】一种烟气洗涤装置,其特征在于:包括洗涤筒(1),洗涤筒(1)的下部设有烟气入口(2),洗涤筒(1)的上部设有烟气出口(3),在烟气入口(2)上方的洗涤筒(1)内设有均匀开有圆形孔的气流均布板(4),在烟气出口(2)下方的洗涤筒(1)内设有折板式的除水板(5);在气流均布板(4)与除水板(5)之间设有1~3级环形喷管(6),沿环形喷管(6)均布有一组喷头(7)。
- 【权利要求6】根据权利要求5所述的烟气洗涤装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤筒(1)上设有支座(8),支座(8)与支架(9)连接;洗涤筒(1)的筒壁上设有检修孔(10)。
- 【权利要求7】根据权利要求6所述的烟气洗涤装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤筒(1)的底部为锥形,锥形底设有排污口(11)。
- 【权利要求8】根据权利要求7所述的烟气洗涤装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤筒(1)外设有设置1~3层平台(12),平台(12)上设有栏杆(13),各平台(12)均与梯子(14)连接。
