一种下腹部牵开器,全部采用不锈钢材料制造,它包括一个U形支架1和对称设置的两根均由长杆及短杆相连而成的变幅杆5,如图1所示,所述的U形支架1的底部旋装有调幅螺栓2,调幅螺栓2位于U形支架1中的一端套装在一个连接座3(如图10)上,当转动调幅螺栓2时,它能带动连接座3作前后移动,连接座3的两边各安装有一个第一枢轴4,第一枢轴套装在变幅杆5短杆端部的枢装槽孔22中(如图9),在所述U形支架1的两个直边顶部各安装有一个第二枢轴16,第二枢轴16套装在位于变幅杆5拐角部的枢装孔23中;调幅螺栓2位于U形支架1的底部外侧的一端上安装有用于方便转动调幅螺栓的手柄24,具体实施时,该手柄24也可去掉,而仅仅在使用时利用辅助工具(如扳手、起子等)实现对调幅螺栓2的转动操作。在所述的变幅杆5的长杆上还安装有可拆装的用于将人体下腹部撑开的侧钩板6,侧钩板6由侧拉板17和套装块18组成,侧拉板17与套装块18铰接相连,在套装块18上设有一个与变幅杆5的长杆相配的插孔19,在插孔19中设有一个防转凸起20(具体实施时防转凸台可为一个点,也可为条状,还可用穿过套装孔的螺钉代替),在变幅杆5的长杆上设有一个与防转凸起20相配的凹槽21;侧拉板17的形状可根据手术的深度、患者的体形进行设计,其基本形状可参见图6、7、8所示,图6的实体弧形板较适合于手术深度较浅的情形,图7的带槽弧形板则适合于需深入人体内部将相关器管移开的情形,其中的槽孔有利于防止手术时间过长造成血流不畅而坏死现象的发生,图8所示的由不锈钢丝弯制而成的弧形框架则适合于手术时间较长的情形。此外,为了手术方便,防止切口上部或下部的人体组织或器管影响手术视野,还可在连接座3上安装一个固定安装一个与侧钩板6相一致的端钩板7,端钩板7由固定条10和端拉板11组成,固定条10上设有长槽9及与长槽9贯通的通孔14,端拉板11与固定条10铰接相连,固定条10通过紧定螺柱8(如图5)固定在连接座3上,紧定螺柱8由螺纹部分12和圆柱部分13相连而成,圆柱部分13的外径大于所述长槽9的宽度,所述通孔14的直径不小于圆柱部分13的外径,此外,为了便于将紧定螺柱8拧紧在连接座3上,还可在紧定螺柱8的圆柱部分13上安装一个既能横置又能竖置的紧定片15,紧定片15位于圆柱部分13上端的开槽中,开槽中穿装有销轴,紧定片15上设有与销轴相配的槽孔,销轴则位于紧定片15上的槽孔中起到防脱落作用,具体实施时也可不安装紧定片15而是在使用时通过辅助工具实现紧定螺柱8的转动操作。同样地,端拉板11的形状也可有多种形式,图2、3、4仅是常用的几种形式,图2所示的为实体弧形板结构,图3所示的为带槽弧形板结构,图4所示的是由不锈钢丝弯制而成的弧形框架结构,其用途与侧拉板相同,且应配套使用。A lower abdomen retractor, all made of stainless steel, it includes a U-shaped bracket 1 and two symmetrically arranged
