技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯井筒工具式脚手架,特别涉及一种可有效降低电梯井筒内脚手架搭设和拆除工作量和周转架料用量的电梯井筒工具式脚手架。
背景技术
目前,公知的电梯井筒脚手架皆由钢管脚手架逐层搭设而上,高层和超高层结构往往加卸载钢丝绳或加工字钢向上搭设,而电梯井筒架体搭设的质量鉴于位置特殊,往往变形较大影响安全,且因架体逐层搭设,再加上架体拆除,投入人工、材料成本较大。本发明突破了传统电梯井筒脚手架,填补了这一领域的空白。
发明内容
本发明克服了技术问题,提供了可有效降低电梯井筒内脚手架搭设和拆除工作量和周转架料用量的电梯井筒工具式脚手架,本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种电梯井筒工具式脚手架,包括主梁、工字钢梁、蟹爪、销轴、蟹爪支座;所述主梁和工字钢梁形成电梯井筒工具式脚手架的底盘,主梁两端焊接蟹爪支座,与蟹爪相连。
所述蟹爪支座与蟹爪通过销轴连接
所述蟹爪绕销轴旋转。
所述蟹爪与主梁之间通过弹簧相连。
由于采用上上述技术,本发明有效降低电梯井筒内脚手架搭设和拆除工作量和周转架料用量,降低施工成本。

具体实施方式

一种电梯井筒工具式脚手架,包括主梁1、工字钢梁2、蟹爪3、销轴4、蟹爪支座5;所述主梁1和工字钢梁2形成电梯井筒工具式脚手架的底盘,主梁1两端焊接蟹爪支座5,与蟹爪3相连。
所述蟹爪支座5与蟹爪3通过销轴4连接
所述蟹爪3可绕销轴4旋转。
所述蟹爪3与主梁1之间通过弹簧6相连。
蟹爪3在固定状态下,处于水平状态。弹簧6在固定状态下处于松弛状态。弹簧8上端与蟹爪3相连,下部与主梁1通过相连。蟹爪3在吊转状态下,在剪力墙或其它障碍物的作用下,围绕销轴4向外转动。弹簧6在吊转状态下处于受拉状态。在遇到预留洞时,蟹爪3外侧受力去除,蟹爪3在弹簧6的拉力作用下变为水平状态,在塔吊下移后搁置在预留洞和框架梁之上。

1、一种电梯井筒工具式脚手架,包括主梁(1)、工字钢梁(2),其特征是还包括蟹爪(3)、销轴(4)、蟹爪支座(5);所述主梁(1)和工字钢梁(2)形成电梯井筒工具式脚手架的底盘,主梁(1)两端焊接蟹爪支座(5),与蟹爪(3)相连。
