本发明所述的注塑机加料射出装置,包括:一设置在料筒内用于搅拌和推料的搅拌螺杆;一连接在所述的搅拌螺杆后部的传动螺杆;所述的传动螺杆与所述的搅拌螺杆固接;所述的传动螺杆穿设在加料伺服电机上,所述的加料伺服电机是外转子伺服电机,所述的传动螺杆通过轴承连接在加料伺服电机的基座上,所述的传动螺杆上套有传动螺母,所述的传动螺母连接加料伺服电机的外转子;所述的传动螺杆的后部有延伸段,所述的延伸段穿设在射出伺服电机上,所述的延伸段通过轴承连接在射出伺服电机的基座上,所述的延伸段与所述的射出伺服电机的转子之间键连接。

电动加料射出装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及注塑机的加料射出机构。 背景技术
[0002] 图1所示是现有注塑机的加料射出装置。加料伺服电机;T右旋(从电机尾端看), 通过主动轮二 4、传动到从动轮二 ΐ,驱动螺杆Γ左旋(从电机轴端看),实现加料搅料动作;与加料动作同时,射出伺服电机If左旋(从电机尾端看),驱动主动轮一 10、左旋,主动轮一 1(Τ带动从动轮一 9、右旋(从电机轴端看),从动轮一 9、直接驱动滚珠螺杆5、右旋,因为滚珠螺母6、被固定座13、固定不能移动,所以滚珠螺杆5、在右旋同时被迫后退, 实现松退动作。同时,从动轮一 9、通过花键厂以及压盖8、固定在滚珠螺杆5、上,所以当滚珠螺杆5、后退时,从动轮一 9、以及从动轮一 9、固定的传动结构、射出伺服电机1Γ同时后退。

[0004] 加料伺服电机与螺杆之间需要一整套皮带轮传动机构,同样射出伺服电机与滚珠螺杆之间也需要一套皮带轮传动机构,螺杆与滚珠螺杆之间还设置推力轴承实现转动变平动。其机构的复杂是显然的,由此带来成本升高;其次由于采用皮带轮传动,传动精确度低; 再有,电机和传动机构都需要跟随螺杆移动,事实上它们都需要被设置在一个移动平台上, 平台连同电机和传动机构的惯性很大,在启动和制动时难以精确控制其轴向位置,控制精度不高。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明要解决现有注塑机的加料射出装置的机构复杂、移动部件多、移动惯性大、 控制精度低的缺点,提供一种结构简单、移动部件少、移动惯性小、控制精度高、成本低的注塑机加料射出装置。
[0006] 本发明所述的注塑机加料射出装置,包括:
[0007] —设置在料筒内用于搅拌和推料的搅拌螺杆;
[0008] 一连接在所述的螺杆后部的传动螺杆;
[0009] 其特征在于:
[0010] 所述的传动螺杆与所述的搅拌螺杆固接;
[0011] 所述的传动螺杆穿设在加料伺服电机上,所述的加料伺服电机是外转子伺服电机,所述的传动螺杆通过轴承连接在加料伺服电机的基座上,所述的传动螺杆上套有传动螺母,所述的传动螺母连接加料伺服电机的外转子;[0012] 所述的传动螺杆的后部有延伸段,所述的延伸段穿设在射出伺服电机上,所述的延伸段通过轴承连接在射出伺服电机的基座上,所述的延伸段与所述的射出伺服电机的转子之间键连接。
[0013] 进一步,所述的射出伺服电机是外转子电机,所述的延伸段连接所述的射出伺服电机的外转子。
[0014] 更进一步,所述的延伸段与所述的射出伺服电机的转子之间键连接形式是:所述的延伸段是角棒,所述的射出伺服电机的转子与所述的角棒连接。
[0015] 本发明用两台中空外转子伺服电机联动实现加料射出全套动作。射出伺服电机向右旋转(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机不转,充当刹车,因两电机完全固定,强制驱动传动螺杆后退,带动搅拌螺杆后退,实现松退动作,松退速度只与射出伺服电机的转速有关。射出伺服电机向右旋转(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机左旋,传动螺杆后退,加料伺服电机带动角棒左旋,带动传动螺杆左旋,传动螺杆带动搅拌螺杆左旋后退,实现加料、搅料动作, 搅拌螺杆的后退速度跟为两中空外转子伺服电机转速之和。射出伺服电机左旋(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机不动,充当刹车,传动螺杆被迫平动前进,带动搅拌螺杆平动前进,做射出动作。
[0016] 本发明采用两伺服电机联动直驱系统,结构简单紧凑,高效节能整个驱动系统的工作效率可高达90%以上。同时在工作过程中移动部件只有搅拌螺杆和传动螺杆,电机完全不动,大大减小了移动惯性,有利于精确控制轴向位置。再有,通过两电机转向的组合,在加料动作以及加料速度上有很大的调节空间,可以极大地缩短加料时间(0. 25S以内),实现快速射出、快速加料等全部加料射出动作,也可以将整个加料时间调节为最短周期时间的几十倍甚至上百倍,最大极限地满足各层次客户需求。
[0017] 本发明的优点是:结构简单紧凑、成本低,移动部件少、移动惯性小、控制精度高, 加料动作以及加料速度的调节范围大。

[0026] 所述的传动螺杆2的后部有延伸段6,所述的延伸段6穿设在射出伺服电机5上, 所述的延伸段6通过圆锥滚子轴承M连接在射出伺服电机5的基座51上,所述的延伸段 6与所述的射出伺服电机5的转子53之间键连接。这种键连接可以采取延伸段6是角棒 (如常见的六角棒),而转子53与角棒连接;也可以采取花键形式。定子52连接基座51。
[0027] 本发明用两台中空转子伺服电机联动实现加料射出全套动作。射出伺服电机向右旋转(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机不转,充当刹车,因两电机完全固定,强制驱动传动螺杆后退,带动搅拌螺杆后退,实现松退动作,松退速度只与射出伺服电机的转速有关。射出伺服电机向右旋转(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机左旋,传动螺杆后退,加料伺服电机带动角棒左旋,带动传动螺杆左旋,传动螺杆带动搅拌螺杆左旋后退,实现加料、搅料动作,螺杆的后退速度跟为两中空转子伺服电机转速之和。射出伺服电机左旋(从电机轴端看),加料伺服电机不动,充当刹车,传动螺杆被迫平动前进,带动搅拌螺杆平动前进,做射出动作。
[0028] 调速原理:同轴反转——当要求加料时间很短时,射出电机3右旋(从电机轴端看),带动传动螺母4右旋,使传动螺杆2后退,同时加料电机5左旋,转动传动螺杆2,在传动螺母4的推动下后退,因此传动螺杆2的后退速度为两个电机转速之和,我们可以通过调节两个电机的转速来控制搅拌螺杆1的后退速度以及搅拌螺杆1的转速;如果要求延长加料时间,我们可以让射出电机3左旋带动传动螺母4左旋,使传动螺杆2前进,与此同时加料电机5左旋转,转动传动螺杆2,在传动螺母4的作用下后退,此时传动螺杆2的后退速度为加料电机5与射出电机3的转速之差,注意:加料电机3的转速必须高于射出电机5的转速,否则会原地搅料。

1.电动加料射出装置,包括:一设置在料筒内用于搅拌和推料的搅拌螺杆;一连接在所述的搅拌螺杆后部的传动螺杆;其特征在于:所述的传动螺杆与所述的搅拌螺杆固接;所述的传动螺杆穿设在加料伺服电机上,所述的加料伺服电机是外转子伺服电机,所述的传动螺杆通过轴承连接在加料伺服电机的基座上,所述的传动螺杆上套有传动螺母, 所述的传动螺母连接加料伺服电机的外转子;所述的传动螺杆的后部有延伸段,所述的延伸段穿设在射出伺服电机上,所述的延伸段通过轴承连接在射出伺服电机的基座上,所述的延伸段与所述的射出伺服电机的转子之间键连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动加料射出装置,其特征在于:所述的射出伺服电机是外转子电机,所述的延伸段连接所述的射出伺服电机的外转子。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电动加料射出装置,其特征在于:所述的射出伺服电机是外转子电机,所述的延伸段与所述的射出伺服电机的转子之间键连接形式是:所述的延伸段是角棒,所述的射出伺服电机的转子与所述的角棒连接。
