Abstract

本发明公开了一种制热效率高、节能、环保的水源空气源综合采暖系统。本发明包括空气源热泵机组、制热水循环管路(200)、水源换热器(5)、低温水源(6)、若干控制阀(71、72),所述空气源热泵机组包括压缩机(1)、冷凝器(2)、膨胀阀(3)、蒸发器(4)并依次通过制冷工质管路(100)相连接组成封闭循环回路,所述制热水循环管路(200)与所述冷凝器(2)相连接并通过换热制取热水,所述水源换热器(5)的水侧通过低温水源管路(300)与所述低温水源(6)相连接组成低温水循环回路,所述水源换热器(5)的工质侧与所述蒸发器(4)相并联接入所述膨胀阀(3)与所述压缩机(1)之间的制冷工质管路(100)。本发明可广泛应用于制热采暖领域。

水源空气源综合采暖系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水源空气源综合采暖系统。
背景技术
空气能热泵以其较高的能源利用效率、冷热两用、安装方便等特点得到了广泛的应用。但空气能热泵机组在冬季运行时,由于室外气温较低,当蒸发温度低于0℃时,室外换热器表面会结霜,致使换热状况恶化,而采取除霜措施会严重降低制热效率。
利用太阳能制取采暖和生活热水,已经得到广泛应用,但单独依靠太阳能往往不能满足制取热水的需要,特别是在高纬度地区的冬天。
我国大部分地区太阳能资源丰富,充分利用太阳能,将太阳能、空气能的利用与热泵技术相结合,是保护环境、节约能源、实现可持续发展的有效途径。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种制热效率高、节能、环保的水源空气源综合采暖系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括空气源热泵机组、制热水循环管路,所述空气源热泵机组包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器并依次通过制冷工质管路相连接组成封闭循环回路,所述制热水循环管路与所述冷凝器相连接并通过换热制取热水,所述水源空气源综合采暖系统还包括水源换热器、低温水源、若干控制阀,所述水源换热器的水侧通过低温水源管路与所述低温水源相连接组成低温水循环回路,所述水源换热器的工质侧与所述蒸发器相并联接入所述膨胀阀与所述压缩机之间的制冷工质管路。
所述低温水源的热能来源于太阳能集热器。
或者,所述低温水源的热能来源于工业废热或污水废热或排气废热。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明包括包括水源换热器、低温水源、若干控制阀,所述水源换热器的水侧通过低温水源管路与所述低温水源相连接组成低温水循环回路,所述水源换热器的工质侧与所述蒸发器相并联接入所述膨胀阀与所述压缩机之间的制冷工质管路,在室外气温大于7℃时,通过所述控制阀的控制,使所述水源换热器不工作,单独利用所述空气源热泵机组工作制取热水供采暖用,当室外气温小于7℃时,冬季室外气温越低,单独利用所述空气源热泵机组工作的制热效率越低,甚至不能正常运行,此时需要通过所述控制阀的控制,使所述水源换热器工作,通过所述低温水源补充热量给制冷工质,使得所述空气源热泵机组能够正常工作,系统的制热效率显著提高,故本发明制热效率高、节能、环保;
由于本发明所述低温水源的热能来源于太阳能集热器或工业废热或污水废热或排气废热,作为启动和补充热源的所述低温水源的热能来源于洁净的太阳能或各种废热,可使能源得到综合利用,不仅节能而且环保,对环境友好,故本发明节能、环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括空气源热泵机组、制热水循环管路200,所述空气源热泵机组包括压缩机1、冷凝器2、膨胀阀3、蒸发器4并依次通过制冷工质管路100相连接组成封闭循环回路,所述制热水循环管路200与所述冷凝器2相连接并通过换热制取热水,所述水源空气源综合采暖系统还包括水源换热器5、低温水源6、若干控制阀71、72,所述水源换热器5的水侧通过低温水源管路300与所述低温水源6相连接组成低温水循环回路,所述水源换热器5的工质侧与所述蒸发器4相并联接入所述膨胀阀3与所述压缩机1之间的制冷工质管路100,所述低温水源6的热能来源于太阳能集热器,作为启动和补充热源的所述低温水源6的热能来源于洁净的太阳能,不仅节能而且环保,对环境友好,当然,所述低温水源6的热能也可来源于工业废热或污水废热或排气废热,通过利用各种废热,可使能源得到综合利用,减少了废热的排放带来的污染。
在室外气温大于7℃时,通过所述控制阀71、72的控制,使所述水源换热器5不工作,单独利用所述空气源热泵机组工作制取热水供采暖用,当室外气温小于7℃时,冬季室外气温越低,单独利用所述空气源热泵机组工作的制热效率越低,甚至不能正常运行,此时需要通过所述控制阀71、72的控制,使所述水源换热器5工作,通过所述低温水源6补充热量给制冷工质,使得所述空气源热泵机组能够正常工作,系统的制热效率显著提高。
本发明可广泛应用于制热采暖领域。

Claims (3)

1.一种水源空气源综合采暖系统,包括空气源热泵机组、制热水循环管路(200),所述空气源热泵机组包括压缩机(1)、冷凝器(2)、膨胀阀(3)、蒸发器(4)并依次通过制冷工质管路(100)相连接组成封闭循环回路,所述制热水循环管路(200)与所述冷凝器(2)相连接并通过换热制取热水,其特征在于:所述水源空气源综合采暖系统还包括水源换热器(5)、低温水源(6)、若干控制阀(71、72),所述水源换热器(5)的水侧通过低温水源管路(300)与所述低温水源(6)相连接组成低温水循环回路,所述水源换热器(5)的工质侧与所述蒸发器(4)相并联接入所述膨胀阀(3)与所述压缩机(1)之间的制冷工质管路(100)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水源空气源综合采暖系统,其特征在于:所述低温水源(6)的热能来源于太阳能集热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水源空气源综合采暖系统,其特征在于:所述低温水源(6)的热能来源于工业废热或污水废热或排气废热。
