Abstract

本发明涉及中药，特别是治疗牛皮癣的中药。
背景技术：
目前用于治疗牛皮癣的中药疗效都不理想，还没有能够根除或疗效显著的药物，解决这一问题已成为急需。
发明的内容：克服现有技术存在的不足，提出一种可治愈顽固性牛皮癣、并且治愈后不复发的中药。该中药是由下列重量份的原料药制成：麝香1-3份、冰片9-11份、朱砂4-6份、儿茶9-11份、薄荷9-11份、白矾4-6份、白花蛇0.8-1.2份，轻粉0.08-0.12份。将以上各味药碾碎过100目筛，混合均匀后加入凡士林混匀即成外用药膏。本发明的以麝香、冰片、薄荷开窍于皮肤肌里，活血通经络、止痛、止痒、散瘀清热；朱砂收疮疡解毒；儿茶生肌敛疮、定痛止痒杀虫；轻粉逐水去湿疮；白矾收涩解毒杀虫；白花蛇除湿止痒；上述各位药综合作用的结果使本发明具有止痒收湿、活血化瘀、凉血宁心、脱毒祛风止痒的作用；特别适用于治疗各种牛皮癣、顽固性牛皮癣，临床实验表明总有效率在100％，本发明同时还具有制作工艺简单、成本低廉、原材料来源广泛的优点。
具体实施方式：
取麝香3g、冰片9g、朱砂4g、儿茶9g、薄荷9g、白矾4g、白花蛇0.8g，轻粉0.08g。将以上各味药碾碎过100目筛，混合均匀后加入500g凡士林混匀即成外用药膏。
本发明的第二的实施例，取麝香1g、冰片11g、朱砂6g、儿茶11g、薄荷11g、白矾6g、白花蛇1.2g，轻粉0.12g。将以上各味药碾碎过100目筛，混合均匀后加入500g凡士林混匀即成外用药膏。
评价本发明的中药的临床药安全性，对其进行了毒性实验研究，报告如下：
一种治疗牛皮癣的中药配方中各位药混匀物10克。试验动物是昆明种的小白鼠，体重18-22克，雌雄兼用。按人每天用量的4倍将药物混匀在饲料中，喂食前后分别称量体重，给药过程中常观察小鼠饮食、活跃情况及皮毛情况，给药连续十天后观察结果未发现异常变化，说明一种治疗牛皮癣的中药具有安全性。
白兔皮癣病情实验观察
用含有黄色毛癣菌或兰氏黄癣菌的注射液对十只大白兔进行皮下注射，十五天后使十只大白兔逐渐感染上皮癣病，二十天后观察其中有八只大白兔有不同程度地患上了皮癣病，将这八只大白兔分为两组，一组为给药组，一组对照组，给药组按人体用量的4倍给药，连续涂药15天，对照组不给药，15天后观察两组白兔的皮癣病的变化，发现给药四只白兔，其中有两只病情好转，继续给药15天后，发现给药组四只自白基本治愈，而对照组四只白兔皮癣病略有发展。
一种治疗牛皮癣的中药临床实验报告：
该组5％病例为观察治疗的病人。其中男子43例，女16例，年龄40-50岁10例，51-60岁30例，61岁以上19例，其中治疗方法是随机将患者分为两组，治疗组39例，涂抹本发明治疗牛皮癣的中药药膏，每日两次，60天为一疗程。对照组20例，服其它药，60天为一疗程；治疗组给药前停服其它药物，治疗前后均做检查，结果表明涂抹本发明治疗牛皮癣的中药药膏的治疗组有效率为100％，而对照组没有明显的效果。

1、一种治疗牛皮癣的中药，其特征在于：它是由下列重量份的原料药制成：麝香1-3份、冰片9-11份、朱砂4-6份、儿茶9-11份、薄荷9-11份、白矾4-6份、白花蛇0.8-1.2份，轻粉0.08-0.12份。
2、根据权利要求1所述中药，其特征在于生产工艺为：将以上各味药碾碎过100目筛，混合均匀后加入凡士林混匀即成外用药膏。
