Claims (4)
- 一种桥梁节段梁临时墩的顶推就位施工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:A、以就近已竣工的永久墩作附墙拼装塔式吊机;B、在临时墩设计位置打桩,浇注混凝土承台;对施工地基面进行处理以达到设计要求的承载力;C、在永久墩与临时墩设计位置之间铺设临时墩走行轨道;D、利用所述塔式吊机拼装临时墩,在临时墩的底部安装走行装置;E、以千斤油顶顶推的方式,推动临时墩沿走行轨道走行到达混凝土承台桩位上,墩顶与已架设完成的节段梁连接,在混凝土承台上方浇注混凝土以把临时墩与地基相固定,临时墩就位完毕;其中,所述临时墩为由左、右两个立柱和至少一个平联连接而成的门式框架结构,两立柱之间形成用于运送待架设节段梁的运输通道;任一立柱由多根主受力钢管和多个连接系连接而成,每根主受力钢管由多节钢管拼接而成;主受力钢管底部装有走行装置;立柱顺桥向两侧各设置有底部带有行走轮箱的支腿,支腿与立柱之间连接有抗风撑;所述走行装置为带轴承滚动装置的走行轮箱;所述每个走行轮箱由一套千斤油顶顶推前行;多套千斤油顶同时进行顶推,顶推方法为多点连续顶推;所述多点连续顶推的方式如下:各千斤油顶安装于各行走轮箱后侧,千斤油顶一端着顶于行走轮箱分配梁上,另一端着顶于顶推后座分配梁,顶推后座分配梁两端各用一根钢绞线拉住,其两端均采用夹片锚,一端锚于顶推后座分配梁上,一端锚于带挂钩的拉板之上,该挂钩勾在走行滑道的预埋凹槽内,形成反拉装置;顶推时,每顶一个行程,将顶推后座分配梁前移,打紧顶推后座分配梁上锚具夹片,继续顶推;当拉板锚固端与顶推后座分配梁之间不够千斤顶一个行程时,将拉板挂钩从走行滑道凹槽内拉出,前移一定位置,上紧两端夹片;重复以上操作直至顶推到位。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:所述临时墩拼装过程中,在完成主受 力钢管的第二节钢管拼装后,向各钢管内灌注混凝土。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:所述支腿上安装有具稳定作用的配 重块。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:所述临时墩走行轨道为沿两立柱的 走行路线铺设的两根钢轨,沿着钢轨每5cm做一个刻度标记。
