- 电机复合模具的送料出料加工装置,其特征在于:在复合冲压模具的上模座和下模座上有推料冲裁装置,其结构为有推料冲头固定座和推料冲头,推料冲头固定座通过螺栓固定在下模座上,推料冲头适配在推料冲头固定座的孔中,所述孔的截面为梯形,推料冲头的截面为梯形,推料冲头顶端平面与推料冲头的侧面有角度85°,推料冲头顶端平面与推料冲头的1个侧面有圆弧R2mm,在复合冲压模具的上模座与推料冲头固定座相对的位置上有冲头型腔孔,冲头型腔孔的截面形状与推料冲头的截面相匹配为梯形。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的电机复合模具的送料出料加工装置,其特征是:包括上模座 和下模座,下模座中间装有凸模固定板,凸模固定在凸模固定板上,凸模固定板由螺钉固定 在下模座上,凸模、凸模固定板与上模座间装有镶拼件,镶拼件由螺钉固定在上模座上,凸 模右侧装有凹模座和推料板,凹模座和推料板由螺钉固定在上模座上,下模座对应上模座 中间装有凸凹模镶件,凸凹模镶件与下模座间装有凸凹模垫板,凸凹模镶件左侧装有推料 冲裁装置,推料冲裁装置由螺钉固定在下模座上,凸凹模镶件右侧装有凸模座,凸模座右侧 装有卸料板,卸料板右侧装有切断刀。
- 3 根据权利要求1所述的电机复合模具的送料出料加工装置,其特征是:推料冲头在 条形金属板料上冲有凸起的梯形推片,梯形推片与条形金属板料的夹角为75° 。
- 4. 电机复合模具的送料出料加工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:步骤1 :送料采用自动传送,条形金属板料进入到上、下模具之间;送料传送停顿; 步骤2 :上模具向下冲压条形金属板料,同时推料冲裁装置对条形金属板料进行冲裁,冲裁的模具型为梯形,只冲梯形的上底边和两腰边,使条形金属板料上有向上翘起形成一个梯形推片;步骤3 :上模具抬起上升,冲压成型的工件随上模具抬起上升含在上模具腔中,上模具 抬起上升时,自动传送进行,冲压好的工件自由落在条形金属板料的梯形推片前; 步骤4 :梯形推片将冲压好的工件随着整张条形金属板料向前推移,此时可以将冲压好的工件取出,落入存放工件的箱中或由机械手吸盘吸走,放入存放 工件的箱中;步骤5 :送料传送停止,条形金属板料经过卸料板后,由切断刀切除多余边角料部分; 步骤6 :送料传送进行,边角料落入废料箱中。
