Abstract

本发明涉及铁路上使用将钢轨固定在枕木上的装置道钉。
背景技术
迄今,传统的道钉是由钉帽、钉体和钉尖结构组成,道钉被钉入枕木后,道钉的钉帽可扣住钢轨的轨底将钢轨锚钉在枕木之上,传统道钉的钉帽以下至钉尖以上均为表面平直的长方体,这样的道钉被钉入枕木之后,枕木材质的密实特性和木材的收缩应力作用,可将道钉固定与枕木之中,但是,枕木上会自然出现和存在一个道钉被钉入后的“道钉”的进出通道,由于,道钉表面的平直,加上火车碾压钢轨的反复震动作用,时常会出现道钉从枕木上“道钉”的进出通道自然脱出而使钢轨松动的问题,如此,极易引发火车脱轨而造成事故,这样的道钉不够安全。
发明目的
本发明的目的是针对上述问题而提出的一种新的道钉结构,它能够有效的改善道钉易从枕木中自动脱出的问题,因此安全可靠。
发明内容
本发明是这样实现的,在传统道钉钉体表面的适当部位,设置一个或多个突出于钉体表面的倒刺,这样,带有倒刺的道钉被钉入枕木后,由于钉体上的倒刺有逆止与抑制作用,所以,即使火车碾压钢轨的反复震动,倒刺道钉也不易自动脱出。

具体事实方式
在道钉1钉体2表面的适当部位,设置有突出于钉体表面的一个或多个不对称或对称的倒刺4,这样,钉体上的倒刺4有逆止和抑制作用,因此,可以有效的防止道钉从枕木中自动脱出的问题。
利用本发明倒刺道钉,可以有效改善和防止道钉易从枕木中自动脱出的问题,因此安全可靠,且极易事实普及,是一种较为理想的倒刺道钉。
