背景技术
汽车或者汽车部件上的成型密封件用于将活动的汽车部件,例如车门,在封闭状态下相对于车身框架密封。这种成型密封件通常借助具有多个部分的辅助设备安装在车门上。

该方法适用于连接单一成型密封件的两个形状相符末端的接头,例如用于生产车门密封件或者滑动式天窗密封件。但该方法也可以用于连接事先安装在汽车或者汽车部件上的两个成型密封件的形状相符的末端的接头。仅需要在接头处对接的末端形状相符。

焊接箔输送装置具有用于夹紧焊接箔的两个可彼此相对运动的夹料钳口,其中,两个夹料钳口具有相互对准的凹口,其尺寸至少相当于由夹料钳口环绕的成型密封件的横截面。通过夹料钳口彼此相对运动,处于夹料钳口之间的焊接箔被夹紧。焊接箔可以为每个焊接过程单独或者连续输送给夹料钳口。只要焊接箔单独输送,就首先将箔段例如通过冲压预成型并借助搬运单元送入夹料钳口之间。但在本发明一种优选的实施方式中,焊接箔输送装置具有用于带状焊接箔的储备卷轴和卷绕卷轴以及设置在卷轴之间的导向装置,借助其将从储备卷轴放出的带状焊接箔在相互对准的凹口区域内从夹料钳口之间导过。在焊接期间,焊接箔夹紧在夹料钳口之间。随后松开夹料钳口并将未使用的焊接箔段从储备卷轴放出并输送给其他过程。通过将箔带与成型密封件末端在接头的区域内焊接,将与成型件横截面相应的箔件从箔带中脱出。出于这一原因,箔带的宽度必须大于接头横截面的最大高度,因为箔带否则由于焊接而断开并因此不能由卷绕卷轴缠绕和传动。

具体实施方式
用于实施该方法的、整体采用1标注的设备基本上由两个成型件机械爪2a、b,焊接箔输送装置3以及加热系统4组成。无论是焊接箔输送装置3还是加热系统4,均各自通过一个垂直滑板5、6牢固地装在一个共用的水平滑板7上。在所示的实施例中,设备1通过水平滑板7支承在一个出于概览原因未示出的固定的机架上。
成型件机械爪2a、b各自具有两个可彼此相对偏转的抓臂8a、b,所述抓臂借助一个安置在外壳9a、9b内的旋转传动装置可以在箭头11a、b的方向上偏转。此外,成型件机械爪2a、b在箭头35的方向上可利用至少一个在图1中未示出的传动装置改变其彼此的距离。
在图1中,抓臂8a、b紧靠在事先安装在车门表面上的成型密封件14的末端12、13上。为此在空心密封的成型件底15的底面上存在一个粘贴面,其沿用于安装的预设线16a、16b粘贴。
加热系统4具有端面刀刃形收口的、由陶瓷材料构成的加热板17。加热板17处于一个具有用于调节加热板17温度的电阻加热的支承件18内。支承件18安置在垂直滑板5上,该垂直滑板在图1中,在它的上部终端位置内处于成型密封件14的末端12、13之间的接头上面。加热板17可以借助垂直滑板5从此位置向所述加热板的工作位置移动,这一点下面借助图2进一步进行说明。
整体采用3标注的焊接箔输送装置具有位置固定的第一夹料钳口19以及可在该位置固定的夹料钳口19方向上移动的夹料钳口21。两个夹料钳口19、21在它们的底面上具有相互对准的凹口22、23,其略大于成型密封件14的横截面。夹料钳口19、21因此可以将成型密封件容纳在凹口22、23内。可移动的夹料钳口21安置在水平滑板24上,夹料钳口利用所述水平滑板可以彼此相对压紧和彼此分开地运动。用于容纳可移动夹料钳口21的该水平滑板24也通过一个支架25安置在垂直滑板6上。垂直滑板6处于在成型密封件上面的上部终端位置上,且水平滑板7处于确定焊接箔输送装置3的静止位置的后部终端位置上。在垂直滑板6处此外安置用于带状焊接箔28的储备卷轴26和卷绕卷轴27的卷轴架32。由卷绕卷轴26放出的焊接箔28借助未示出的导向装置从夹料钳口19、21之间、在凹口22、23的高度上导过,并在位置固定的夹料钳口19的、在图中的前缘29上转向。箔带的高度31略大于凹口22、23的最大高度,以保证在箔带焊接后的剩余箔可靠地回传到卷绕卷轴27上。
下面详细介绍依据本发明的方法:
首先将已经粘贴成型密封件14的车门送入图1所示的加工位置。然后为连接成型密封件14的两个形状相符末端12、13的接头33必须产生工作间隙34。为此目的将末端12、13如图2a所示彼此分开地移动,其中在距接头33一定距离处借助抓臂8a、8b将这些末端抓住并随后在箭头35的方向上相互分离地外拉且保持在这些位置上。由此形成在成型件底15方向上的楔形的工作间隙34。
随后将加热系统4的加热板17利用楔形尖端朝前降到工作间隙34内。由此垂直滑板5从图1所示接头33上面的终端位置向下移动。成型件末端与此同时与加热板17的表面接触。可以由此支持热传导,即:在加热系统4下降后,成型件末端12、13借助成型件机械爪2a、b而相向运动,这一点如图2通过箭头35所示意。在为所需供热预先确定的时间结束后,加热系统4借助垂直滑板5从工作间隙34移出。只要成型密封件14的末端12、13如图2b所示预先镦锻压紧了,成型件机械手2a、b就必须如图2c所示重新彼此分开地运动,以获得工作间隙34。
为将焊接箔28置入工作间隙内,在打开夹料钳口19、21的情况下,从储备卷轴26放出未使用的焊接箔段并送入可移动夹料钳口21的凹口23的区域内。随后将可移动夹料钳口21借助水平滑板24在箭头36的方向上压向位置固定的夹料钳口19。由此焊接箔28在两个夹料钳口之间夹紧。这样夹紧的焊接箔28通过焊接箔输送装置3借助垂直和水平滑板6、7的移动被置入工作间隙内。与此同时夹料钳口19、21如图2d所示环绕成型密封件14。然后撤除接头33处的工作间隙34,从而成型密封件14的末端12、13与焊接箔28产生接触。焊接箔28与末端12、13之间的接触还由此得到支持,即:机械爪2a、2b将末端在图2d中所示箭头35的方向上挤压。
此前不久被置入成型密封件14末端内(图2b)的热能的作用是,将夹紧的焊接箔28与末端12、13焊接在一起并将它们在接头33处连接。焊接之后,焊接箔输送装置3从成型密封件14向上移开,以便使设备1为连接下个成型密封件的接头做准备。在此,带状焊接箔28沿成型密封件14的轮廓分离,从而箔带在该部位上具有与成型密封件14的横截面相应的凹口。在松开夹料钳口后,具有这种凹口的剩余箔带借助卷绕卷轴27环绕位置固定的夹料钳口19的边缘29被拉动,直至该凹口与位置固定钳口的凹口22对准。由此保证带状箔带的仅一个位置与成型密封件的末端焊接在一起。一种可选择的解决方案在于,剩余箔带通过单独的导向辊缠绕在处于与夹紧钳口19、21相关的、在储备卷轴相对侧上的卷绕卷轴上。
图2b和d所示成型密封件14末端12、13的对压仅用于支持依据本发明的方法,但并不一定非得如此。特别对于成型密封件的末端与焊接箔的焊接来说(对照1d),当仅仅抓臂8a、b分开旋转并因此放开末端12、13,这是足够的。弹性成型密封件的内应力足够确保成型密封件的末端与焊接箔接触。

Claims (18)

1.用于连接至少一个成型密封件(14)的两个形状相符的末端(12、13)的接头(33)的方法,所述成型密封件事先安装在汽车或者汽车部件的表面上,其中,所述至少一个成型密封件的所述末端彼此分开地运动,以产生工作间隙(34),并在所述工作间隙(34)内置入焊接箔(28),在撤除所述接头处的所述工作间隙(34)后,通过输送热能将所述焊接箔与所述至少一个成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)焊接在一起。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将所述待加热的末端(12、13)在所述工作间隙(34)内短时间地与更热的物体(17)进行接触,来通过热传导输送所述热能。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将电磁波对准所述工作间隙(34),来通过热辐射输送所述热能。
4.按权利要求1-3之一所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将加热气流对准到所述工作间隙(34)的方向上,来通过热对流输送所述热能。
5.按权利要求1-4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,通过在将所述焊接箔(28)置入所述工作间隙(34)之前,提高所述焊接箔的温度,来输送所述热能。
6.按权利要求1-5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)彼此分开地运动,其中在距所述接头(33)一定距离处借助机械爪(2a、2b)将所述末端抓住并相互分开。
7.按权利要求1-5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)彼此分开地运动,其中在距所述接头(33)一定距离处借助压紧装置将所述末端压紧在一起。
8.按权利要求1-4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)借助与所述成型件配合的造型机械爪彼此对准。
9.按权利要求1-8之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接头处撤除所述工作间隙(34)之后和/或在借助热传导向所述工作间隙(34)输送热能期间,所述成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)彼此相对压紧。
10.用于实施按权利要求1-9之一所述方法的设备,包括:用于在所述成型密封件(14)的所述末端(12、13)处产生所述工作间隙(2a、b,8a、b)的装置、焊接箔输送装置(3)和用于将所述焊接箔(28)与所述成型密封件的所述末端焊接的加热系统(4),以及用于在静止位置与工作位置之间移动所述焊接箔输送装置(3)和所述加热系统(4)的定位单元(5、7)。
11.按权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备(1)安置在机械臂上。
12.按权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备(1)稳定地被实施。
13.按权利要求10-12之一所述的设备,其特征在于,用于产生所述工作间隙的所述装置(2a、b,8a、b)具有两个机械爪(2a、b)和至少一个用于改变所述两个机械爪之间距离的传动装置,所述机械爪(2a、b)各自带有两个可彼此相对运动的抓臂(8a、b)。
14.按权利要求10-12之一所述的设备,其特征在于,用于产生所述工作间隙的所述装置具有两个压紧装置,所述压紧装置借助传动装置可在起始位置与工作位置之间移动。
15.按权利要求10-14之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述加热系统(4)具有加热板(17)。
16.按权利要求10-14之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述加热系统(4)具有红外线辐射器。
17.按权利要求10-16之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述焊接箔输送装置(3)具有用于夹紧所述焊接箔(28)的两个可彼此相对运动的夹料钳口(19、21),并且两个夹料钳口具有相互对准的凹口(22、23),所述凹口的尺寸至少相当于由所述夹料钳口环绕的所述成型密封件(14)的横截面。
18.按权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,所述焊接箔输送装置(3)具有用于带状焊接箔(28)的储备卷轴(26)和卷绕卷轴(27)以及安置在所述卷轴之间的导向装置,借助所述导向装置将从所述储备卷轴(26)放出的所述带状焊接箔(28)从所述夹料钳口(19、21)之间导过。
