一种麻塑复合材料板材及其制备方法技术领域本发明一种麻塑复合材料板材及其制备方法涉及的是一种复合 材料、环境友好材料及其制备方法。适用于制作交通领域如汽车、飞 机等交通工具的货架板、门内板等,建筑领域的装饰板、栅栏、栏杆 等,包装领域的托盘、货架等。 背景技术近年来,随着人们环境保护意识的增强,环境友好、可降解、可 回收利用材料的需求越来越旺盛,应用领域越来越广。玻璃纤维增强塑料复合材料(俗称玻璃钢,GRP)制品因质轻、比强度高等优点使其得以广泛应用,但同时存在明显不足,如不降解、回收利用不方便, 且玻璃纤维在生产过程中能耗大等。所以,开发新型纤维增强塑料复 合材料制品非常必要。包括麻纤维、木粉、农作物秸秆在内的天然植 物纤维具有良好的可降解性和环境友好性,越来越多地被用来与聚合物复合,并在许多场合替代或可以替代GRP使用。在众多的天然纤 维中,麻纤维具有更高的力学性能,因而更有应用的潜力。但和其它 聚合物基复合材料一样,麻塑复合材料在使用过程中存在老化现象, 加入适当的助剂可改善其老化性能,但往往会造成力学性能下降。故 此,开发一种既具有较高的强度,又具有良好的防老化性能的麻塑复 合材料十分必要。发明内容本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种麻塑复合材料板材 及其制备方法,该板材可降解、回收、易成型加工、具有较高力学强 度、防老化、可重复加工使用。一种麻塑复合材料板材及其制备方法是采取以下方案实现的-一种麻塑复合材料板材由两层麻纤维改性塑料层、麻纤维布增强 塑料层构成,在两层麻纤维改性塑料层之间模压有麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维改性塑料层由改性塑料粒子、麻纤维、界面增容剂混合压 延而成。改性塑料粒子由改性纳米二氧化钛、抗氧剂、塑料粒子混合 挤出造粒而成。改性纳米二氧化钛由纳米二氧化钛与硅垸偶联剂混 合,真空干燥制成。麻纤维布增强塑料层由塑料粒子与若干层硅烷偶联剂处理过的 麻纤维布模压而成。所述的塑料粒子采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯中的 一种。所述的麻纤维采用苎麻纤维、大麻纤维、亚麻纤维、剑麻纤维、 黄麻纤维中的一种或其混合物。所述的麻纤维布采用苎麻纤维布、大麻纤维布、亚麻纤维布、剑 麻纤维布、黄麻纤维布中的一种。所述的界面增容剂采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝聚苯乙烯中的一种;所述的抗氧剂采用1010 (A)、 BHT中的一种。1010 (A)为四 (P - (3, 5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯。BHT为2, 6-二叔 丁基-4-甲基苯酚。所述的硅垸偶联剂采用y-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅垸。 一种麻塑复合材料板材的制备方法,其制备过程为:(1) 将硅烷偶联剂与水按质量比1: 1〜5混合均匀,其中水为溶剂。(2) 将纳米二氧化钛与稀释的硅烷偶联剂按质量比100: 2〜6混 合均匀,在4(TC〜8(TC温度下,真空干燥3〜6小时,制成改性纳米 二氧化钛粒子;(3) 按麻纤维布与硅垸偶联剂质量比100: 1〜5,称取硅垸偶联 剂,用水稀释硅烷偶联剂,用水量以浸没麻纤维布为准;将麻纤维布 浸泡在用水稀释的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡30〜120分钟后,取出麻纤维 布,沥干,放入真空烘箱内,在4(TC〜80。C温度下,真空干燥3〜6 小时;(4) 将塑料粒子与改性纳米二氧化钛粒子、抗氧剂按质量比100: 1〜5: 0.5〜2.0,机械混合均匀,用挤出机挤出造粒,挤出造粒温度 为140°C~200°C,得到改性塑料粒子;(5) 将上述改性塑料粒子与界面增容剂、麻纤维按质量比100: l〜 20: 10〜30机械混合均匀,然后经压延机压延成麻纤维改性塑料层; 麻纤维改性塑料层厚度为0.5〜2mm,麻纤维长度为0.5〜10mm;(6) 在模压成型模具型腔的底部放置一块麻纤维改性塑料层,在麻纤维改性塑料层上铺放塑料粒子,在塑料粒子上铺放上述用硅烷偶 联剂处理过的麻纤维布,再在上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上 铺放塑料粒子,塑料粒子与硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布质量比100: 10〜50,最后再在塑料粒子上方铺放一层麻纤维改性塑料层,合模,在145。C〜21(TC范围内预热5〜10分钟后,采用5MPa〜20MPa的压 力模压成型,制成麻塑复合材料板材。所述的用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布可以设置有若干层,在每 两层用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布之间均铺放有塑料粒子。本发明麻塑复合材料板材在两层麻纤维改性塑料层之间模压有 麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维布增强塑料层由塑料粒子与若干层硅烷 偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布模压而成。本发明麻塑复合材料板材设计合理,结构简单,采用本发明制备 方法制备的麻塑复合材料板材和玻璃钢(GRP)相比:可回收再用, 能降解,能耗低,环境友好,可重复加工使用。麻塑复合材料板材制 备过程中无有毒有害气体产生,原料对人体皮肤无刺激。生产过程中 所用的工装器具清理十分方便;产品密度可以更低,降低运输成本, 产品切割加工中也不象玻璃钢(GRP)那样产生的粉尘刺激人的皮肤, 生产周期短,1〜2人可完成生产,而GRP的生产则需更多人,故生 产效率高;玻璃钢(GRP)生产时还需加入固化剂,若固化剂的量使 用不当,可能导致产品失败,质量不易控制,而麻塑复合材料板材不 会出现此种现象。本发明麻塑复合材料板材和传统木塑复合材料相比,可耐紫外光老化、耐热氧老化、抗菌、具有更高的拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学强度、杨氏模量更高、抗蠕变性更强。附图说明以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。 图1是一种麻塑复合材料板材结构示意图。 具体实施方式参照附图1, 一种麻塑复合材料板材由两层麻纤维改性塑料层1、3、麻纤维布塑料层2构成,在麻纤维改性塑料层1与麻纤维改性塑 料层3之间模压有麻纤维布塑料层2。麻纤维改性塑料层1、 3由改性塑料粒子4、麻纤维5、界面增容 剂混合压延而成。改性塑料粒子4由纳米二氧化钛、硅垸偶联剂、抗 氧剂、塑料粒子混合挤出造粒而成。麻纤维布塑料层2由塑料粒子7与若干层硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻 纤维布6模压而成。所述的塑料粒子采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯中的 一种。所述的麻纤维布采用苎麻纤维布、大麻纤维布、剑麻纤维布、亚 麻纤维布、黄麻纤维布中的一种。所述的麻纤维采用苎麻纤维、大麻纤维、剑麻纤维、亚麻纤维、 黄麻纤维中的一种或其混合物。所述的界面增容剂采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)、马来酸 酐接枝聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝聚苯乙烯中的一种;所述的抗氧剂采用1010 (A)、 BHT中的一种。1010 (A)为四 (P - (3, 5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯。BHT为2, 6-二叔 丁基-4-甲基苯酚。所述的硅烷偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷。实施例l: 一种麻塑复合材料板材的制备方法,其制备过程为:(1) 将硅烷偶联剂与水按质量比1:1,称取硅烷偶联剂lg、水 lg混合均匀,其中水为溶剂;所述的硅垸偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯 酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;(2) 将纳米二氧化钛与稀释的硅烷偶联剂按质量比100: 2,称 取纳米二氧化钛O.lkg与上述稀释的硅垸偶联剂0.002kg混合均匀, 在4(TC温度下,真空干燥6小时,制成改性纳米二氧化钛粒子;所 述的硅烷偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;(3) 按麻纤维布与硅烷偶联剂质量比100: 1,称取硅烷偶联剂 0.01kg,用水稀释硅烷偶联剂,用水量以浸没麻纤维布为准;将麻纤 维布lkg浸泡在用水稀释的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡30分钟后,取出麻 纤维布,沥干,放入真空烘箱内,在40'C温度下,真空干燥3小时; 所述的麻纤维布采用大麻纤维布;(4) 将聚丙烯塑料粒子与改性纳米二氧化钛粒子、抗氧剂按质 量比100: 3: 1.3,称取聚丙烯塑料粒子塑料粒子10kg、改性纳米二 氧化钛粒子0.3kg、抗氧剂1010 (A) 0.13Kg,机械混合均匀,用挤 出机挤出造粒,挤出造粒温度为175°C,得到改性聚丙烯塑料粒子;(5) 将上述改性聚丙烯塑料粒子与界面增容剂、麻纤维按质量 比100: 10: 20,称取改性聚丙烯塑料粒子10kg、界面增容剂马来 酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP) lkg、麻纤维2kg,放入容器,机械混合均 匀,然后经压延机压延成麻纤维改性聚丙烯塑料层;麻纤维改性聚丙 烯塑料层厚度为0.5〜2mm,麻纤维长度为0.5〜10mm;所述的麻纤 维采用大麻纤维;(6) 在模压成型模具型腔的底部放置一块麻纤维改性聚丙烯塑 料层,在麻纤维改性聚丙烯塑料层上铺放聚丙烯塑料粒子,在聚丙烯 塑料粒子上铺放上述用硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在上述用硅垸 偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚丙烯塑料粒子,在聚丙烯塑料粒子 上再铺放上述用硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚丙烯塑料粒子,最后再在聚丙烯塑料粒子上方铺放一层麻纤维改性聚丙烯塑料层,合模,在18(TC温度下预热8分 钟后,采用20MPa的压力模压成型,制成麻塑复合材料板材;其中 聚丙烯塑料粒子与硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布质量比100: 30,称 取聚丙烯塑料粒子10kg、硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布3kg。本发明该实施例麻塑复合材料板材在两层麻纤维改性聚丙烯塑 料层之间模压有麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维布增强塑料层由聚丙烯 塑料粒子与两层硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布模压而成。经检测上述麻塑复合材料板材拉伸强度45.6MPa,拉伸模量 3.8GPa,弯曲强度86.4Pa,弯曲模量3.1GPa, 90。C加速热氧老化600 小时,拉伸强度保留率64%。实施例9: 一种麻塑复合材料板材的制备方法,其制备过程为:(1) 将硅垸偶联剂与水按质量比l: 5,称取硅垸偶联剂5g、水 25g混合均匀,其中水为溶剂;所述的硅烷偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯 酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅垸;(2) 将纳米二氧化钛与稀释的硅烷偶联剂按质量100: 6,称取 纳米二氧化钛0.5kg与上述稀释的硅烷偶联剂0.03kg混合均匀,在 8(TC温度下,真空干燥3小时,制成改性纳米二氧化钛粒子;所述的 硅烷偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;(3) 按麻纤维布与硅烷偶联剂质量比100: 5,称取硅垸偶联剂 0.25kg,用水稀释硅烷偶联剂,用水量以浸没麻纤维布为准;将麻纤 维布5kg浸泡在用水稀释的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡120分钟后,取出麻纤维布,沥干,放入真空烘箱内,在8(TC温度下,真空干燥6小时; 所述的麻纤维布采用剑麻纤维布;(4)将聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与改性纳米二氧化钛粒子、抗氧剂按质量比100: 5: 2.0,称取聚氯乙烯塑料粒子塑料粒子10kg、改性纳米二氧化钛粒子0.5kg、抗氧剂BHT0.2kg,机械混合均匀,用挤出机 挤出造粒,挤出造粒温度为1S(TC,得到改性聚氯乙烯塑料粒子;(5)将上述改性聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与界面增容剂、麻纤维按质量 比100: 20: 30,称取改性聚氯乙烯塑料粒子10kg、界面增容剂马来 酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP) 2kg、麻纤维3kg,放入容器,机械混合均 匀,然后经压延机压延成麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层;麻纤维改性聚 氯乙烯塑料层厚度为0.5〜2mm,麻纤维长度为0.5〜10mm;所述的 麻纤维采用亚麻纤维、剑麻纤维、黄麻纤维混合物;(6)在模压成型模具型腔的底部放置一块麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯 塑料层,在麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层上铺放聚丙烯塑料粒子,在聚 氯乙烯塑料粒子上铺放上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在上述 用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,在聚氯乙 烯塑料粒子上再铺放上述用硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅烷 偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,在聚氯乙烯塑料 粒子上再铺放上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅烷偶联剂 处理过的麻纤维布上再铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,最后再在聚氯乙烯塑 料粒子上方铺放一层麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层,合模,在185t:温 度下预热10分钟后,采用20MPa的压力模压成型,制成麻塑复合材料板材;其中聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布质量 比100: 50,称取聚氯乙烯塑料粒子10kg、硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤 维布5kg。本发明该实施例麻塑复合材料板材在两层麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯 塑料层之间模压有麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维布增强塑料层由聚氯 乙烯塑料粒子与三层硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布模压而成。经检测上述麻塑复合材料板材拉伸强度33.8MPa,拉伸模量 3.2GPa,弯曲强度76.8MPa,弯曲模量2.5GPa,卯'C加速热氧老化600 小时,拉伸强度保留率57%。实施例10: —种麻塑复合材料板材的制备方法,其制备过程为:(1) 将硅烷偶联剂与水按质量比l: 3,称取硅烷偶联剂3g、水 9g混合均匀,其中水为溶剂;所述的硅垸偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯 酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅垸;(2) 将纳米二氧化钛与稀释的硅烷偶联剂按质量比100: 4,称 取纳米二氧化钛0.3kg与上述稀释的硅烷偶联剂0.012kg混合均匀, 在60'C温度下,真空干燥4.5小时,制成改性纳米二氧化钛粒子;所 述的硅垸偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅垸;(3) 按麻纤维布与硅烷偶联剂质量比100: 3,称取硅垸偶联剂 0.09kg,用水稀释硅烷偶联剂,用水量以浸没麻纤维布为准;将麻纤 维布3kg浸泡在用水稀释的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡80分钟后,取出麻 纤维布,沥干,放入真空烘箱内,在6(TC温度下,真空干燥4.5小时; 所述的麻纤维布采用剑麻纤维布;(4) 将聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与改性纳米二氧化钛粒子、抗氧剂按 质量比100: 3: 1.3,称取聚氯乙烯塑料粒子塑料粒子10kg、改性纳米二氧化钛粒子0.3kg、抗氧剂1010 (A) 0.13kg,机械混合均匀, 用挤出机挤出造粒,挤出造粒温度为180°C,得到改性聚氯乙烯塑料 粒子;(5) 将上述改性聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与界面增容剂、麻纤维按质 量比100: 10: 20,称取改性聚氯乙烯塑料粒子10kg、界面增容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP) lkg、麻纤维2kg,放入容器,机械混 合均匀,然后经压延机压延成麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层;麻纤维改 性聚氯乙烯塑料层厚度为0.5〜2mm,麻纤维长度为0.5〜10mm;所 述的麻纤维采用剑麻纤维;(6) 在模压成型模具型腔的底部放置一块麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯 塑料层,在麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层上铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,在 聚氯乙烯塑料粒子上铺放上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在上 述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,在聚氯 乙烯塑料粒子上再铺放上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅 垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚氯乙烯塑料粒子,最后再在聚氯 乙烯塑料粒子上方铺放一层麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯塑料层,合模,在 185t:温度下预热8分钟后,采用20MPa的压力模压成型,制成麻塑 复合材料板材;其中聚氯乙烯塑料粒子与硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维 布质量比100: 30,称取聚氯乙烯塑料粒子10kg、硅垸偶联剂处理过 的麻纤维布3kg。本发明该实施例麻塑复合材料板材在两层麻纤维改性聚氯乙烯 塑料层之间模压有麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维布增强塑料层由聚氯 乙烯塑料粒子与两层硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布模压而成。复合材料板材拉伸强度42.4MPa,拉伸模量2.8GPa,弯曲强度 75.4MPa,弯曲模量2.3GPa, 90。C加速热氧老化600小时,拉伸强度 保留率58%。实施例lh —种麻塑复合材料板材的制备方法,其制备过程为:(1)将硅烷偶联剂与水按质量比1: 5,称取硅烷偶联剂5g、水 25g混合均匀,其中水为溶剂;所述的硅烷偶联剂采用Y-(甲基丙烯 酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;(2)将纳米二氧化钛与稀释的硅烷偶联剂按质量100: 6,称 取纳米二氧化钛0.5kg与上述稀释的硅垸偶联剂0.03kg混合均匀,在 8(TC温度下,真空干燥3小时,制成改性纳米二氧化钛粒子;所述的 硅烷偶联剂采用Y -(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅垸;(3) 按麻纤维布与硅垸偶联剂质量比100: 5,称取硅烷偶联剂 0.25kg,用水稀释硅烷偶联剂,用水量以浸没麻纤维布为准;将麻纤 维布5kg浸泡在用水稀释的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡120分钟后,取出麻 纤维布,沥干,放入真空烘箱内,在8(TC温度下,真空干燥6小时; 所述的麻纤维布采用黄麻纤维布;(4) 将聚乙烯塑料粒子与改性纳米二氧化钛粒子、抗氧剂按质 量比100: 5: 2.0,称取聚乙烯塑料粒子塑料粒子10kg、改性纳米二 氧化钛粒子0.5kg、抗氧剂BHT0.2kg,机械混合均匀,用挤出机挤出造粒,挤出造粒温度为140'C,得到改性聚乙烯塑料粒子;(5) 将上述改性聚乙烯塑料粒子与界面增容剂、麻纤维按质量 比100: 20: 30,称取改性聚乙烯塑料粒子10kg、界面增容剂马来酸 酐接枝聚乙烯2kg、麻纤维3kg,放入容器,机械混合均匀,然后经 压延机压延成麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑料层;麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑料层厚 度为0.5〜2mm,麻纤维长度为0.5〜10mm;所述的麻纤维采用黄麻 纤维、苎麻纤维、大麻纤维混合物;(6) 在模压成型模具型腔的底部放置一块麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑 料层,在麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑料层上铺放聚乙烯塑料粒子,在聚乙烯 塑料粒子上铺放上述用硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在上述用硅烷 偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布上铺放聚乙烯塑料粒子,在聚乙烯塑料粒子 上再铺放上述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅烷偶联剂处理 过的麻纤维布上铺放聚乙烯塑料粒子,在聚乙烯塑料粒子上再铺放上 述用硅烷偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布,在用硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维 布上再铺放聚乙烯塑料粒子,最后再在聚乙烯塑料粒子上方铺放一层 麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑料层,合模,在145'C温度下预热10分钟后, 采用20MPa的压力模压成型,制成麻塑复合材料板材;其中聚乙烯 塑料粒子与硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布质量比100: 50,称取聚乙 烯塑料粒子10kg、硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布5kg。本发明该实施例麻塑复合材料板材在两层麻纤维改性聚乙烯塑 料层之间模压有麻纤维布增强塑料层。麻纤维布增强塑料层由聚乙烯 塑料粒子与三层硅垸偶联剂处理过的麻纤维布模压而成。经检测上述麻塑复合材料板材拉伸强度38.8MPa,拉伸模量 3.2GPa,弯曲强度73.6MPa,弯曲模量2.7GPa,卯。C加速热氧老化600 小时,拉伸强度保留率63%。
