Abstract

The base station resource management method provided by the invention is used for managing the base station resources of the WCDMA network with different capability level baseband processing single boards coexisting. When UE sends a radio resource control establishment request to RNC, the RNC generates physical layer requirement information according to a user terminal capability indication and an establishment reason carried in the radio resource control establishment request; when the RNC needs to send a wireless link establishment request to the NodeB, the generated physical layer requirement information is carried in the wireless link establishment request and sent to the NodeB, and the NodeB selects baseband processing single boards with different capability levels according to the physical layer requirement information.
In the base station resource management method of the present invention, the operation flow of the RNC is shown in fig. 1, and mainly includes the following steps:
