本发明的实施例1如图1~图3、图13、图14所示,一种预装地下箱式变压器,包括变压器1、两个配电柜2、3、预制式地坑基础4和地坑操作箱5,两个配电柜2、3分别为高压配电柜和低压配电柜,变压器1设置在预制式地坑基础4内,变压器1的顶部两侧还设有吊耳11。高、低压配电柜分别布置在变压器1上方的两侧,地坑操作箱5位于两个配电柜2、3之间,高、低压配电柜及地坑操作箱5均位于地平面上,使变压器1的高、低压接线端子12、13均高于地平面而伸入到地坑操作箱5中,并分别通过高压电缆套管61和低压电缆套管62及电缆71、72接入高压配电柜的出线柜和低压配电柜的进线柜中,高压配电柜的进线柜接有高压进线电缆81,低压配电柜的出线柜接有低压出线电缆82。地坑操作箱5的高度与变压器1的接线端子高于地平面的高度相适应,一般不超过50~60cm,不阻挡视线为宜。地坑操作箱5上还设有地坑操作盖51,地坑操作盖51的纵向截面为“门”字形,包括一顶面和二侧面,地坑操作盖51的其中一侧的侧面底部铰接在地坑操作箱5的底部,当打开地坑操作盖51后,为维修人员提供了充足的操作空间。地坑操作箱5的底部、高、低压配电柜的底部均位于地平面之上。Embodiment 1 of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, Figure 13, and Figure 14, is a pre-installed underground box-type transformer, including a transformer 1, two
预制式地坑基础4的顶部设有地坑盖板41,该地坑盖板41是水泥盖板,高、低压配电柜、地坑操作箱5均设在该水泥地坑盖板41上。本实施例的每个配电柜的四个侧面上均设有广告灯箱9。广告灯箱9的顶部与高压配电柜或低压配电柜的顶部相铰接,且在广告灯箱9与配电柜之间设有可折叠的自锁式支撑杆91,该支撑杆91上还设有气缸92,当需要更换灯箱内的广告内容或对灯箱进行维修时,或者需要打开配电柜正门进行检修时,只需要掀开广告灯箱9,露出配电柜,并用自锁式支撑杆91对广告灯箱9进行支撑即可。高、低压配电柜的四周侧面的下部和地坑操作箱5的侧面均设有通风口10,在上述通风口10处均设有百叶窗式通风罩101,在通风罩101的内侧还设有不锈钢筛网102,从而满足较高的防护等级,且在通风罩101的上沿处还设有多个通风孔103,进一步增加了通风面积,通风效果更好。在水泥地坑盖板41上,与高、低压配电柜和地坑操作箱5相对的位置分别设有通风通道,从而使地坑操作箱5及高、低压配电柜的底部均与预制式地坑基础4的内部空腔相连通。在本实施例中,变压器1上还设有散热片19。预制式地坑基础4内还设有一个竖向的导流板16,导流板16与变压器1的侧面平行,导流板16顶部固定安装在地坑盖板41上,并位于高压配电柜下方的通风通道14与地坑操作箱5下方的通风通道15之间,导流板16分隔出冷风区和热风区,引导空气有序流动:外部空气经高压配电柜的通风口10进入,并经地坑盖板41上的通风通道14进入预制式地坑基础4内,与地坑中的空气进行热交换,热风再分别经地坑操作箱5和低压配电柜下方的通风通道15,最后从地坑操作箱5和低压配电柜上设有的通风口10排出。高、低压配电柜的底部还与预制式地坑基础4两侧的地下环境相连通,使地下电缆也能及时的散热通风。The top of the prefabricated pit foundation 4 is provided with a
