[0002] 煤矿水仓位于矿井下同一水平各处水的流经通道的末端,担负着沉淀水中煤粉及杂质的作用,一般设置有多个,交替使用。正常作业状态下煤粉及杂质不断在水仓沉积,被淤满后必须及时清空待用,否则可能会影响矿井的正常排水,甚至导致淹井等重大事故。目前水仓清理大部分还是沿用由工人用锹撮装淤积物装入矿车的传统方式,工人劳动强度大,劳动效率低,清理工期一般达到一个月甚至二、三个月,人力和物力耗费较大。为了改进这种局面,有的尝试采用排污泵及管道直接将泥浆从井下排至地面的方法,效率得到了很大提高,但排污泵磨损严重、管道污泥堵塞无法清理,系统投资大,可靠性差,维护费用过高,未能推广使用。有人设计了一种适应水仓空间的微型装载机,使用后有效降低了工人的劳动强度,但由于掘、装过程不连续,作业效率提高有限,加之操纵繁杂等问题未能很好解决,故使用企业并不多。还有人开发了一种污泥泵+脱水设备的清理方式,就是将脱水设备和罐笼放置在水仓进口处,通过污泥泵一抽排设备一过滤缓冲罐一加压设备一脱水设备一装罐笼的连续作业清仓。在清仓过程中,需要不断地向被清水仓内注水,同时随着清理距离延长,要不时地更换管道长度,该清理水仓方式还存在使用设备较多、吸浆泵在煤泥中杂质颗粒较大时易损坏,管道布置工程量大等不足。实际上,不仅仅是矿井水仓沉积物,在其它空间或露天场合的散碎物料也有提高撮装效率的需求。

[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:水仓清淤机设计有行走机构,行走机构底盘上固定有台板,台板上支撑安装有双侧同步循环轨道的料斗轨架,构成轨道的零件之间及两侧轨道之间用常规技术固定连接。料斗轨架设计成由竖直段与平卧段及过渡段构成的折弯形, 竖直段轨道设计成单轨,平卧段轨道设计成双轨,在竖直段与平卧段的过渡段有将料斗同侧上、下导轮分别导入外轨和内轨,及将料斗同侧导轮并入单轨道的舌状轨道设计。料斗轨架上安装有带链轮的主动链轮轴、前端从动链轮轴和中间从动链轮轴,链轮上安装有链条, 链条上安装若干个设计有导轮的料斗,料斗由导轮导向,在链条拖曳下沿料斗轨架规定的轨道循环运行,料斗运行在前端底部弧形轨道时撮装装物料入料斗,运行在提升输送段时料斗口保持基本水平状态,料斗运行到轨架尾部弧形轨道时开始倾倒物料,并且为了保证物料从料斗顺畅、干净脱出,轨架尾部外轨支撑轨面设计有一个突降台阶,形成料斗重力快
3速翻转、冲撞的效果。料斗在回程运行时保持倾倒状态。轨架下方的防护板安装在板框底边内侧。主动链轮轴驱动件安装在轨架尾部外侧连接板上。弯形料斗轨架回程轨的平卧段与竖直段过渡弧段设计有链条导向支撑件,导向支撑件的弧形导板分两侧托住链条的可导向部分,支撑件的悬吊部分连接在料斗轨架两侧轨道之间的支撑件上。料斗与链条之间设计有一个“T”型中间连接件,“T”型件竖杆通过销轴与料斗连接,横端安装链条,横端两侧与料斗形成双侧导槽供链条导向支撑件的弧形导板通过。料斗轨架由前支撑组件和后支撑组件支撑安装在台板上。后支撑组件内置一个升降构件,升降构件下端连接在台板上,上端连接滑块,滑块上下运行在下端固定在台板上的支撑导槽中,料斗轨架再通过中间连接件与滑块连接。连接料斗轨架与滑块的中间连接件上端“ LJ”形通过销轴连接在料斗轨架板框上,形成料斗轨架与销轴的铅垂转动副,中间连接件的轴形下端插在滑块上端的孔内,形成料斗轨架与滑块上端孔的水平转动副。料斗轨架的前支撑组件由升降构件与带轮底座构成,升降构件上端通过销轴连接在料斗轨架板框上,下端通过销轴连接在带轮底座上,升降构件上、下端与两销轴形成同面上两个铅垂转动副,底座轮子运行在以后支撑水平转动副轴心为圆心的圆弧形轨道上。底座轮子运行的圆弧形轨道的下轨固定在台板上,上轨由两端限位支撑块、中间支撑块连接到下轨上。后支撑组件的滑块侧面安装有一个横向工作的双杆油缸,油缸两端活塞杆推动固定在中间连接件上的翅板实现料斗轨架相对台板的摆动。台板上还安装有动力机站、操纵台及座椅。工作时,操作者操控水仓清淤机到待清积物堆前,通过后支撑组件升降构件适当升高料斗轨架,将运料车置于水仓清淤机轨架后伸段下面,再通过双杆油缸摆动料斗轨架,使轨架尾部对正运料车,保证物料不会落到车外。此时启动链轮驱动件,链条拖动料斗循环工作,再通过前支撑组件升降构件调整料斗轨架前端高度,保证料斗能较干净清理物料。操控行走机构慢慢前行,物料经过料斗循环运行被连续装进运料车。此后根据需要调整整机横向工作位置和通过摆动料斗轨架调整前端料斗工作位置,便可沿一定横向工作面向前完成水仓清理。
[0005] 与以往的水仓清理技术相比,本发明提供了一种结构紧凑、效率提高显著、操作维护相对简单方便、制造与维护成本适合企业需求的链斗式水仓沉积物清装机械,并提供了一种高效、连续的包括水仓清理在内的碎料撮装新方法。

具体实施方式
[0010] 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施过程作进一步详细描述:本水仓清淤机设计有行走机构33,行走机构33底盘上固定有台板21,台板21上支撑安装有双侧同步循环轨道的料斗轨架4,料斗轨架设计成由竖直段和平卧段构成的折弯形。料斗轨架4两侧轨道之间的支撑连接件有安装在轨架尾部的主动链轮轴11、安装在轨架前端的从动链轮轴12和中间从动链轮轴13,还设计有必要的支撑杆14,轨架外周有焊接而成的板框15,它们共同保证轨架有足够的刚性。轨架下方的防护板16也安装在板框底边内侧。水仓沉积物清理机设计有若干个两侧各带2个导轮2的料斗1,料斗1勻距安装在循环运行的链条3上,导轮 2在料斗轨架规定的轨道内循环运行。在轨架竖直段,料斗的同侧导轮被导入一条轨道,料斗运行在底部弧形轨道时撮装物料5入料斗,前行入竖直段后,轨道与导轮设计使料斗口保持基本水平状态。在料斗轨架向平卧段过渡弧段,轨道有将料斗的上导轮和下导轮分别导入轨道外轨6a和内轨6b的舌形构造22设计,并设计内外轨间距使料斗口在平卧段运行时保持基本水平状态。在料斗翻倒物料的轨架尾部外轨支撑轨面设计有一个突降台阶7,实现料斗重力快速翻撞、物料惯甩出的效果。在回程轨的平卧段与竖直段过渡弧段有保持链条运行轨迹与轨道相同的链条支撑设计。链条支撑构件由悬吊部分8与弧形导板9构成,弧形导板分两侧托住链条3,悬吊部分另一端连接在位于料斗轨架两侧轨道之间的支撑件上。 料斗与链条之间设计有一个“T”型中间连接件41),“T”型件竖杆通过销轴与料斗连接,横端安装链条,横端两侧与料斗形成双侧导槽供链条导向支撑件的弧形导板通过。主动链轮轴11由液压马达17驱动,液压马达安装在轨架尾部外侧连接板18上。料斗轨架由前支撑组件和后支撑组件支撑安装在台板上。后支撑组件内置升降构件采用液压缸20,液压缸下端连接在台板21上,活塞杆上端连接滑块23,滑块23上下运行在下端固定在台板上的支撑导槽M中,料斗轨架4再通过中间连接件安装在滑块上。连接料斗轨架与滑块的中间连接件上端“U”形2¾通过销轴沈连接在料斗轨架板框15上,形成料斗轨架4与销轴沈的铅垂转动副,中间连接件的轴形下端2¾插在滑块23上端的孔内,形成料斗轨架4与滑块 23上端孔的水平转动副。料斗轨架前支撑组件设计的升降构件采用液压缸19,其活塞杆上端通过销轴27连接在一个靠前的料斗轨架板框上焊接的连接耳上,下端通过销轴观连接在一个带轮底座上四,液压缸19上、下端与两销轴形成同面上的两个铅垂转动副。底座轮子运行在以后支撑水平转动副轴心为圆心的圆弧形轨道30上。底座轮子运行的圆弧形轨道的下轨30a固定在台板21上,上轨30b由两端限位支撑块31、中间支撑块32连接到下轨上。后支撑组件的滑块侧面安装有一个横向工作的双杆油缸37,油缸两端活塞杆推动固定在中间连接件上的翅板38实现料斗轨架4相对台板21的摆动。台板上还安装有液压站 34、操纵台35及座椅36。工作时,操作者操控水仓清淤机到水仓沉积物前,通过后支撑组件液压缸适当升高料斗轨架,将沿钢轨39运行的待装矿车40置于料斗轨架后伸段下面,再通过双杆油缸摆动料斗轨架,使轨架尾部对正矿车,保证物料不会落到车外。此时启动链轮驱动液压马达,拖动料斗循环工作,再通过前支撑组件液压缸调整料斗轨架前端高度,保证料斗能较干净清理物料。操控行走机构慢慢前行,水仓沉积物经过料斗循环运行被连续装进运料车。此后根据需要调整整机横向工作位置和通过摆动料斗轨架调整前端料斗工作位置,便可沿一定横向工作面向前完成水仓清理。
Claims (8)
1. 一种矿井水仓清淤机,其特征在于:水仓清淤机的行走机构底盘上固定的台板上支撑安装有折弯形双侧同步循环轨道料斗轨架,料斗轨架上安装有动力驱动的链轮与链条, 链条上安装若干个设计有导轮的料斗,料斗由导轮导向,在链条拖曳下沿料斗轨架规定的轨道循环运行,料斗运行到轨架前端底部取装物料,运行到轨架尾部倾倒物料;折弯形料斗轨架由竖直段与平卧段及过渡段构成,竖直段轨道设计成单轨,平卧段轨道设计成双轨,在竖直段与平卧段的过渡段有将料斗同侧上、下导轮分别导入外轨和内轨,及将料斗同侧导轮并入单轨道的舌状轨道设计,料斗轨架尾部弧形外轨支撑轨面设计有一个突降台阶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿井水仓清淤机,其特征在于:在料斗轨架回程轨的折弯段设计有链条导向支撑件,支撑件的弧形导板分两侧托住链条的可导向部分,支撑件的悬吊部分连接在料斗轨架两侧轨道之间的支撑件上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿井水仓清淤机,其特征在于:料斗与链条之间设计有一个 “T”型中间连接件,“T”型件竖杆通过销轴与料斗连接,横端安装链条,横端两侧与料斗形成双侧导槽供链条导向支撑件的弧形导板通过。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矿井水仓清淤机,其特征在于:所述料斗轨架由前支撑组件和后支撑组件支撑安装在所述台板上,其中,后支撑组件内置一个升降构件,升降构件下端连接在台板上,上端连接滑块,滑块上下运行在下端固定在台板上的支撑导槽中,料斗轨架再通过中间连接件与滑块连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的矿井水仓清淤机,其特征在于:所述连接料斗轨架与滑块的中间连接件上端“ LJ”形通过销轴连接在料斗轨架外周焊接而成的板框上,形成料斗轨架与销轴的铅垂转动副,中间连接件的轴形下端插在滑块上端的孔内,形成料斗轨架与滑块上端孔的水平转动副。
6.根据权利要求4所述的水仓清淤机,其特征在于:所述后支撑组件的滑块侧面安装有一个横向工作的双杆油缸,油缸两端活塞杆推动固定在中间连接件上的翅板实现料斗轨架相对台板的摆动。
7.根据权利要求5所述的水仓清淤机,其特征在于:料斗轨架的前支撑组件由升降构件与带轮底座构成,升降构件上端通过销轴连接在料斗轨架板框上,下端通过销轴连接在带轮底座上,升降构件上、下端与两销轴形成同面上两个铅垂转动副,底座轮子运行在以后支撑组件水平转动副轴心为圆心的圆弧形轨道上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水仓清淤机,其特征在于:所述的底座轮子运行的圆弧形轨道的下轨固定在台板上,上轨由两端限位支撑块、中间支撑块连接到下轨上。
