一种替换型LED节能灯、灯具及其驱动器
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及LED灯具,具体的涉及一种采用LED作为光源、可以直接替代现有荧光 灯灯的替换型LED节能灯、灯具及其驱动器。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中的荧光灯属于气体放电灯,又称热阴极低气压水银荧光灯,它代替了 白炽灯成为了第二代主流照明光源。现有的日光灯的功率多在8瓦至40瓦之间,在车间和 教室里使用的日光灯,每个日光灯往往要采用并联的两只灯,这样才能满足光线亮度的要 求,这样一个日光灯的功率就要80瓦,一间教室至少需要六盏日光灯,可见耗电量是非常 大的。目前随着固体照明的发展,集多种优点于一身的LED照明正逐步向第三代新型光源 迈进。LED光源改变了白炽灯钨丝发光与荧光灯三基色粉发光的原理,是利用电场发光,具 有光效高、无辐射、寿命长、低功耗和环保的优点。LED光源的光谱几乎全部集中在可见光频 段,发光效率高达90 %以上,接近电光转换的极限;且其光线质量高,基本上无辐射,不含 汞等有害物质,寿命终结后也容易处理,属于典型的绿色环保照明光源;而寿命更是达到了 10万小时以上,可靠耐用,维护成本低。虽然大功率LED光源具有了如此多的优点,但由于 单位成本比较高、散热不良等问题没有较好的解决等因素的影响,目前在普通照明中还没 有得到普及使用,尤其是没有解决如何充分利用现有通用型T5、T8、T10、T12荧光灯光源灯 座资源的问题,如果用户要采用新的LED光源,往往就必须拆除荧光灯灯座,而重新安装新 的LED灯座,导致更换时成本较高。
[0003] LED光源通常需要专门的驱动电路来保障其正常工作。由于大功率LED的每瓦成 本很高(目前一般在十到二十元/瓦),所以驱动一个3瓦以上大功率LED时,光源的成本 相对驱动的成本要高的多,因此做好驱动电路显得相当重要。目前市面很多大功率LED驱 动电路都采用恒电压的驱动方式,这种方式的缺点就是随着电路的电流变化,LED的亮度会 明亮不一致,同时也会因为LED组里面某个LED的损坏使得整体的电流变大,容易导致整个 LED组损坏和寿命缩短,因而这种驱动电路急需改良。
发明内容
[0004] 为了解决现有技术中使用LED光源所存在的上述不足,本发明目的之一在于,提 供一种采用LED光源作为光源、并可直接替换现有普通荧光灯、可达到节能、环保和提高照 明质量的替换型LED节能灯;

[0006] 本发明目的还在于,提供一种设有恒流电路、用来驱动上述替换型LED节能灯或 灯具的驱动器。

[0020] 本发明提供的替代型LED灯由于采用了 LED作为光源,并采用了金属光带板及长 形支架管结构,LED光源可通过焊接或插接的方式与所述光带板紧密结合,光带板镶嵌在整 个金属长形支架管上;同时在该金属长形支架管采用了散热器的结构设计,这样使散热面 积就得到了很大的扩充,再加上其内置风扇,可以更为及时、有效地散去LED光源工作时所 产生的热量,较好的解决了大功率LED光源散热的难题,因此,本发明的灯所采用的LED光 源,可以是1〜16W甚至更大的大功率LED,其数量可以根据实际要求增加和递减,最多可达 28颗或更多,最少为1颗。
[0021] 本发明提供的替换型LED灯的的整体长度,可以与现有技术中T5、T8或T10、T12 光源各规格完全一致,使用时,可直接插接到相应的灯架上;在需要转换时,如将T5型灯插 接到T8或TlO灯架上时,可利用本发明提供的专用连接支架,将替换型LED灯先插接在所 述专用连接支架上,再将该专用连接支架插接到T8或TlO灯架上,而无需将原有的通用型灯架拆除,轻松实现替换。
[0022] 本发明提供的LED驱动器,由于其采用了恒流电路和恒流驱动的工作方式,能有 效解决LED的亮度均勻性和LED寿命的问题;工作时可以避免因为LED组里面某个LED的 损坏使得整组的电流变大,进而导致整个LED组损坏和寿命缩短;并且由于其采用了输入 输出隔离方式,输出端为安全(低压)可靠;采用了 EMC电路,能有效抑制电磁干扰;采用本 发明的灯具,其功耗低,亮度强,一只功率为16瓦的LED灯,其照明亮度可以相当于80瓦的 日光灯;同时本发明提供的大功率LED驱动器的电路设计合理、制造成本低廉;在本发明的 制造过程、使用过程,避免了日光灯的汞污染问题,符合环保标准;其光线亮度可以自动调 节,使照明亮度符合照明要求,同时节约能源;更不会出现玻璃日光灯的玻璃破裂等安全问 题。
[0023] 本发明的优点在于:本发明提供的替换型灯结构合理,散热性能好,具有节能、环 保、安全、使用寿命长、消除频闪、免维修等优点,且在现有所有使用电感式日光灯的地方, 在不改变其日光灯的支架的条件下,直接用其替换下现有日光管即可,节省了大量的财力 和物力;本发明提供的灯具,由于其采用了专用连接支架,可以使LED灯方便的在各种通用 型现有灯座之间使用;本发明提供的LED驱动器,能有效解决LED的亮度均勻性和LED寿命 的问题。本发明可广泛应用于写字楼、仓库、食堂、礼堂、住宅、宾馆、走道以及楼梯、墙壁等 地方。

[0036] 参见图5及图6,本发明提供的一种LED驱动器,其包括一电源模块;前述的由若 干个发光二极管依次串接组成的灯组分别与该电源模块连接。在该电源模块中,其交流电 源输入端顺序连接有共模方式EMC电路、整流电路、功率因数校正电路、隔离变压电路、恒 流电路,恒流电路再接灯组。设有16个发光二极管,分为并联的两个灯组,每个灯组的各发 光二极管串联。发光二极管为激光LED灯,IW 350MA。图中给出了一个灯组的发光二极管。
[0037] 功率因数校正电路中的控制集成块的控制输入端设有光感开关调节电路。光感开 关调节电路包括一个光感管(PC817型)串接一个接零的可调电容C4。控制输出端与隔离 变压电路的电压输入线圈的负极端(图中5端)、接零之间设有一个三极管Q2。隔离变压 电路的另一电压输入端线圈的4端正接二极管D6再接光感管的集电极,控制集成块的idet 端接另一电压输入端线圈的4端;另一电压输入端线圈的3端接零。光感管能根据照明环 境的光线变化及时调整照明亮度,保证照明环境光线满足需要,同时又可以不浪费电能。
[0038] 隔离变压电路的电压的正极输出端的二极管D7后设有电磁兼容电路L2。这可以 采用EMC电路的优点,消除电磁干扰,电流更稳定。

[0040] 实施例2 :参见图4,其基本结构与实施例1相同,其不同之处在于,其所述替换型 LED灯12直接制造为T8型规格,所述的所述的通用型灯架10也是T8型,其使用时可直接 插接在所述T8型通用灯架10上,因而无需再设置专用连接支架11 ;其光带板4上设置有 若干LED杯状灯座7,该灯座7焊接在所述光带板4下端面上,而LED光源5是可拆卸地设 置在该灯座7上;同时也没有设置菱晶罩6。

Claims (3)
1. 一种替换型LED节能灯,其包括一金属长形支架管及设置在其两端的插接头、一半 圆形菱晶罩、条形金属光带板及设置在该光带板上的若干LED光源、散热板、驱动器;光带 板设置在该长形支架管的下部并与其下端面接触;插接头的电极通过导线与LED光源电性 连接;半圆形菱晶罩扣合在所述长形支架管下部,其特征在于:所述散热板依次焊接在光带板上,该光带板上LED光源的电极依次串联为一组后,连 接在所述LED驱动器的输出端上;所述长形支架管为一横截面呈一半圆、中部设有一空腔 的管状构件,其下端面呈ο形,在其上部的弧形端面上,设有若干辐射状散热凹槽;所述长 形支架管,其两端或空腔内,设有若干风扇,其空腔内设有一 LED驱动器;所述光带板上设 有若干杯状反光灯座,所述LED光源可拆卸地设置在该反光灯座上;所述LED光源,是1〜 16W大功率LED发光二极管;所述光带板及LED组是单个或多个。
2. 一种采用权利要求1所述替换型LED节能灯的灯具,其包括一通用型灯架及所述的 灯,其特征在于:其还包括一专用连接支架;所述专用连接支架为一长形组件,其包括一支 架本体,在该本体的两端分别设置有一可拆卸的插接头;所述替换型LED灯插接在所述专 用连接支架上,该专用连接支架再插接在所述通用型支架上。
3. 一种用于权利要求1所述LED节能灯或权利要求2所述灯具的驱动器,其包括一AC/ DC电源模块,该模块内设有依次串接共模电磁兼容电路、整流电路、功率因数校正电路、隔 离变压电路、恒流电路;市电交流电源连接共模电磁兼容电路的输入端,恒流电路的输出端 连接LED组,其特征在于:所述恒流电路设有恒流管和电流放大电路;所述功率因数校正电路包含一控制集成块;所述控制集成块的控制输入端设有一个光 感开关调节电路;所述光感调节开关由一个光感管串接一个接零的可调电容构成。
