本发明涉及工业与民用建筑墙体(屋面),具体为一种应用水泥基环保轻质板和保温板粘 结为复合保温板,锚、粘复合保温板外墙外保温施工方法。
二、 背景技术
我国建筑节能标准向65%推进,并将持续提高。而外保温工程饰面风祐-要求日益丰富和 多档次化。目前为止,外墙外保温技术大多为现场湿作业施工,污染环境;而且保温、防水、 装饰要各自独立施工,因而不能一次施工实现保温、防水、装饰多功能要求;当前使用的非 聚氨酯硬泡保温层的外保温构造普遍存在着保温层导热系数大,易开裂、渗水等缺陷;而采 用喷涂聚氨酯保温层方法施工也存在一定缺陷:1、喷涂施工造成聚氨酯微沫飘浮,严重污染 环境。2、聚氨酯微沫飘浮损耗和修整聚氨酯表面平整度造成原材料浪费过大。3、修整聚氨 酯表面耗费工时多。4、喷涂的聚氨酯保温层断面密度不均匀,由于保温层体积收缩造成的外 保温工程质量事故时有发生。外墙外保温贴面砖工程一直为业界忧其长期安全性,而外墙贴 面砖在我国已成为难遏之势。因此,工厂化生产,标准化施工, 一次实现保温、防水、装饰 一体化,且具有多种饰面风格的外墙外保温技术已成为普遍要求。质轻而又具有面砖效果的 外墙外保温技术更是求之不得。
三、 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便、使用灵活的、安全的锚、 粘复合保温板外墙外保温施工方法。本发明的目的是通过以下施工工艺实现的:它包含微泡 胶、保温板、T0X尼龙套钢钉、水泥基环保轻质板、胶粘剂、柔性抗裂腻子、耐碱网格布、 凹槽、L型企口、发泡胶、同材质柔性抗裂腻子、耐候硅酮密封胶、饰面。第一步,用胶粘剂 将保温板和水泥基环保轻质板粘结为复合保温板待用;第二步,在施工现场用微泡胶将复合 保温板与基层粘结,并用尼龙套钢钉锚固;第三步,相邻两复合保温板以各自L型企口隼连 接构造形成定位基准,达到外表面平整度,对接缝处涂发泡胶密封,对接缝处外表面在预先 加工的1. 5-2. Omm深、50-80mm宽的凹槽内采用涂抹柔性抗裂腻子、压入耐碱网格布、涂抹柔 性抗裂腻子的一布两涂法嵌平;第四步,在尼龙套钢钉孔洞凹坑内用同材质柔性抗裂腻子嵌 平。以上是当外保温工程为无缝涂料饰面时实施方式。当饰面为仿铝塑幕墙饰面或仿面砖饰 面风格时,复合保温板对接缝处不再加工1. 5 ~ 2. Oram深、50~ 80麵宽的凹槽,而直接用耐候 硅酮密封胶密封装饰缝。本发明的优点是:在工厂生产标准化的复合保温板,并加工成具有L 型企口隼连接构造,当现场安装时,以此为基准保证外表面平整度。现场用TOX尼龙套钢钉 确保与任何材质墙体均能可靠固定连接。用微泡胶粘接确保长久可靠的粘结强度。从而形成 100%粘结、无空腔、锚粘结合的复合连接,达到长久安全可靠要求。可以应用在任何高度建 筑物上,解决高层建筑外墙外保温工程贴面砖难的问题。另外,相邻两对接复合保温板缝内
涂发泡胶,而在其对接缝处外表面预先加工深1. 5 ~ 2. Omm、宽50 ~ 80mm凹槽内采用涂抹柔性 抗裂腻子、压入耐碱网格布、涂抹柔性抗裂腻子嵌平,形成双重柔性抗裂构造,解决对接缝 处产生裂紋,影响表观质量的难题。从而使外墙外保温工程表面可以成为大面积无缝涂料饰 面、仿面砖饰面或仿铝塑幕墙饰面。由于水泥基环保轻质板具有优异的耐候性能和稳定的物 理性能,确保外墙外保温工程表观质量长期稳定。复合保温板的厚度按节能标准的设计要求 加工,因此可以在南、北方任何地区应用。水泥基环保轻质板在工厂生产时可以加工为平滑 光整的平面、可以加工为仿面砖饰面、也可以加工为凸紋漆饰面。应用各种涂料后,成为仿 真质感的装饰。并且外保温工程构造荷载轻(50mm保温层时〈20kg/ltf),具有替代全瓷面砖 饰面的极大优势。
四、 附图说明
图1是本发明复合保温板应用微泡胶形成锚、粘复合连接外墙外保温构造示意图,图2 是本发明两个相邻复合保温板L型企口隼连接的结构原理示意图;图3是本发明两个相邻复 合保温板凹槽的结构原理示意图。
五、 具体实施方式
它包含微泡胶2、 保温板3、 T0X尼龙套钢钉4、水泥基环保轻质板5、胶粘剂6、柔性 抗裂腻子7、耐碱网格布8、凹槽9、 L型企口 10、发泡胶ll、同材质柔性抗裂腻子12、耐候 硅酮密封胶13、饰面14。先在工厂用胶粘剂6将保温板3和水泥环保轻质板5粘结为具有L 型企口 10隼连接构造的复合保温板,现场用微泡胶2将复合保温板与基层1粘结,并用TOX 尼龙套钢钉4锚固。进而形成锚、粘结合复合连接,实现长久安全性高可靠外墙外保温。复 合保温板的L型企口 10对接缝处用发泡胶11密封,在两对接板表面处都有预先加工为 1. 5-2. Omm深、50-80mm宽的凹槽9内釆用涂抹同材质柔性抗裂腻子7、压入耐碱网格布8、 涂抹同材质柔性抗裂腻子7的一布两涂法嵌平。TOX尼龙套钢钉4孔洞凹坑内用同材质柔性抗 裂腻子12嵌平。以上是当外保温工程为无缝涂料饰面时的实施方式。当饰面为仿铝塑幕墙饰 面或仿面砖饰面风格时,复合保温板对接缝处不再加工1. 5-2. Omm深、50-80mm宽的凹槽9, 而直接用耐候硅酮密封胶13密封装饰缝。
Claims (3)
1、一种锚、粘复合保温板外墙外保温施工方法,它包含微泡胶、保温板、TOX尼龙套钢钉、水泥基环保轻质板、胶粘剂、柔性抗裂腻子、耐碱网格布、凹槽、L型企口、发泡胶、同材质柔性抗裂腻子、耐候硅酮密封胶、饰面,其特征在于:第一步,用胶粘剂将保温板和水泥环保轻质板粘结为复合保温板待用;第二步,在施工现场用微泡胶将复合保温板与基层粘结,并用TOX尼龙套钢钉锚固;第三步,相邻两复合保温板以各自L型企口隼连接构造形成定位基准,达到外表面平整度,对接缝处涂发泡胶密封,对接缝处外表面在预先加工的1.5-2.0mm深、50-80mm宽的凹槽内采用涂抹柔性抗裂腻子、压入耐碱网格布、涂抹柔性抗裂腻子的一布两涂法嵌平;第四步,在TOX尼龙套钢钉孔洞凹坑内用同材质柔性抗裂腻子嵌平。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种锚、粘复合保温板外墙外保温施工方法,其特征 在于:保温板是聚氨酯板或者EPS板或者XPS板岩棉板或者酚醛板。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的一种锚、祐复合保温板外墙外保温施工方法,其特征 在于:饰面是涂料饰面或仿面砖饰面或仿铝塑幕墙饰面。
