Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel drawer slide rail assembly, in particular to a slide rail device which is provided with an integral structure that a rail and a plastic support frame are integrally connected, and belongs to the field of mechanical manufacturing.
Background
In the existing devices with storage space, such as tables, chairs, cabinets, household appliances and the like, a high-strength metal sliding rail is generally adopted between a partition wall and a drawer so as to conveniently push and pull the drawer to finish storing or taking out articles. For example, the refrigeration compartment of a present household refrigerator usually employs a multi-section slide rail device.
As in the prior patent EP0429872, this patent discloses a multi-section type interconnecting track structure, wherein the multi-section tracks are connected by adopting grooves which are mutually buckled. When the drawer is used, the inner side rail is directly fastened on a dividing wall of the inner space of the desk through screws, and the sliding rail on the other side is directly connected to the side part of the drawer. When the drawer is used, the sliding rail is driven by the drawer to slide along the embedded slide way of the middle rail, and the middle rail slides along the inner side rail of the fixed rail, so that the drawer can be pushed and pulled along the side part of the partition wall.
The solutions disclosed in the above patents have the following disadvantages and shortcomings, and in order to improve the strength and the bearing capacity of the rail itself, the material of the high-strength metal or alloy is usually selected for the sliding rail. If the sliding rail structure and the installation mode are applied to the storage room of the refrigerator, the inner wall of the storage room is usually a plastic part, and the structural parts made of the two materials are fastened through screws, so that the phenomenon of loosening and disjointing is easy to occur, and the stability of the push-pull drawer can be directly influenced.
And the sliding rails are simply fastened through screws, so that the two sides of the drawer are difficult to keep at the same horizontal height, and the vertical deviation of the sliding rails at the two sides is easy to cause, thereby increasing the resistance when the drawer is pushed and pulled and the noise generated due to friction.
In addition, the fastening mode of the sliding rail concentrates the load weight of the drawer at the connection position of a few screws, and the fastening position of the sliding rail and the inner wall of the refrigerator is correspondingly distorted and deformed, so that the stability of the drawer is not favorably maintained, the surface structure of the inner wall is damaged, and the attractiveness of the surface and the closed heat preservation are influenced.

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a novel integrated sliding rail assembly, wherein two sides of a three-section rail are respectively connected with a plastic support frame, the support frames are directly positioned and fastened, the connection structure made of the same material is compact and is not easy to loosen or disengage, and two sides of a drawer using the integrated sliding rail assembly are easy to horizontally position, so as to ensure that the sliding rail assemblies at two sides of the drawer are at the same horizontal height, and effectively reduce the resistance and noise of the push-pull drawer.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a drawer support structure, which can effectively protect the appearance of the surface structure of the side wall of a compartment by connecting the support frames, dispersing stress points of the rail assembly, increasing stress area, and evenly distributing the weight of the drawer load to the support frames without distortion.
The invention also aims to install or disassemble the whole slide rail assembly through the support frame, which is simple and easy to operate and low in operation difficulty, and can not damage parts using the slide rail assembly.
To achieve the above object, the integrated drawer slide assembly comprises:

Detailed Description

An integrally formed rib 57 is provided on the back of the bent portion 55.
As shown in fig. 1, the U-shaped groove 56 formed by the bent portion 55 and the metal fixing plate 52 is inserted into the fixing bracket 11 of the drawer 1 and is fastened by a screw, so that the sliding support 5 is fixed to the drawer 1.
In the sliding support 5 of the present embodiment, the plastic connecting plate 51 and the metal fixing plate 52 have a plurality of positioning screw holes 58 for connecting and fixing the two by screws.
The fixed support frame 6 is provided with a positioning groove 61 for inserting the fixed rail 2, the size of the notch of the positioning groove 61 is smaller than that of the inside of the groove body, so that the fixed rail 2 is sufficiently limited and fixed, and the fixed rail 2 cannot be loosened out along the positioning groove 61.
