Abstract

一种外壳,其具有一基体,该基体表面形成有一柔性树脂涂料层,其中该柔性树脂涂料层为聚氨酯类树脂材料层,该柔性树脂涂料层上印刷有一油墨层,该油墨层内含有聚氨酯类树脂成分,该油墨层表面涂覆有聚氨酯类胶粘剂。所述外壳既具有柔软质感,且可防止油墨脱落。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种外壳,尤其是关于一种具有柔性表面的外壳。 
背景技术
随着消费水平的提高,消费者对便携式装置的外壳要求不仅注重外壳表面的外观装饰效果,也开始注重外壳表面的触感,而具有柔软质感的外壳表面十分受消费者亲睐。 
为获得外壳表面柔软质感效果,现有的技术通常是将表面涂覆一层柔软的树脂薄膜。但是,一般油墨在柔软性的树脂薄膜表面的附着性及耐磨性都较差,因而这种柔软质感的外壳表面在进一步印刷标签、图案或文字后,油墨在使用中容易剥落、磨损,影响产品的外观。 
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种具有柔软质感,且可防止油墨脱落的外壳。 
一种外壳,其具有一基体,该基体表面形成有一柔性树脂涂料层,其中该柔性树脂涂料层为聚氨酯类树脂涂料层,该聚氨酯类树脂涂料层包括聚氨酯预聚体、弹性粉及硅油,该弹性粉为颗粒状聚氨酯聚合体,该柔性树脂涂料层上印刷有一油墨层,该油墨层内含有聚氨酯类树脂成分,该油墨层表面涂覆有聚氨酯类胶粘剂。 
相较现有技术,本发明所述的外壳的柔性树脂涂料层、油墨层及胶粘剂层都含有聚氨酯类树脂成分,因而可相互发生交联反应,以此提高了柔性树脂涂料层、油墨层及胶粘剂层之间的附着性,同时提高了外壳表面的耐磨性及耐溶剂腐蚀性,使得所述外壳既具有柔软质感,且可防止油墨脱落。 
具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,本发明较佳实施方式所述的外壳包括一基体10、一柔性树脂涂料层20、一油墨层30及一胶粘剂层40。柔性树脂涂料层20形成于基体10表面,油墨层30形成于柔性树脂涂料层20表面,胶粘剂层40形成于油墨 层30上。 
基体10可以为塑料壳体,其可选自丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polyethylmethacrylate,PMMA)及聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)等塑料材料。该基体10也可以为金属壳体,如不锈钢、钛合金或铝合金壳体。 
柔性树脂涂料层20为聚氨酯类树脂(Polyurethane,PU)涂料层,优选为聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂涂料。柔性树脂涂料层20由将聚氨酯类树脂(Polyurethane,PU)涂料喷涂或印刷于基体10表面后固化而形成。所述的聚氨酯类树脂涂料包括聚氨酯预聚体、弹性粉及硅油等组分。其中,弹性粉质量约占聚氨酯类树脂涂料组分的10%,硅油质量约占聚氨酯类树脂涂料组分的4%。所述聚氨酯预聚体由异氰酸酯及多元醇反应生成,所述多元醇优选为聚醚型多元醇。所述的弹性粉为聚氨酯聚合体等颗粒状物质,优选为聚醚型聚氨酯颗粒体,其可提高柔性树脂涂料层20的柔性。 
油墨层30由油墨印刷于柔性树脂涂料层20的表面形成,用于形成产品的商标标签、图案或文字。所述油墨为含有聚氨酯类树脂成分的油墨,优选为含有聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂成分的油墨。由于油墨层30与柔性树脂涂料层20都含有聚氨酯类树脂物质,具有类似的组成结构,两者可发生一定的交联反应,因而强化了油墨层30在柔性树脂涂料层20表面的附着性。 
胶粘剂层40为将聚氨酯类树脂胶粘剂通过浸泡、涂刷或喷涂等方式形成于油墨层30表面后固化而形成。胶粘剂层40主要成份为柔性聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂,优选为美国乐泰公司生产的型号为PC 18M的胶粘剂。胶粘剂层40与油墨层30、柔性树脂涂料层20的组成结构类似,可相互发生交联反应,因此使油墨层30可在胶粘剂层40与柔性树脂涂料层20之间达到良好的附着,进而可防止油墨层30的脱落。同时,胶粘剂层40可作为油墨层30的保护层,防止外界物磨损或侵蚀到油墨层30,从而提高了外壳表面的耐磨性及耐溶剂腐蚀性。 
可以理解的,基体10表面还可以在形成柔性树脂涂料层20之前喷涂一层有色底漆,以强化外壳表面的色彩效果。 

Claims (8)

1.一种外壳,其具有一基体,该基体表面形成有一柔性树脂层,其特征在于:该柔性树脂层为聚氨酯类树脂涂料层,该聚氨酯类树脂涂料层包括聚氨酯预聚体、弹性粉及硅油,该弹性粉为颗粒状聚氨酯聚合体,该柔性树脂层上印刷有一油墨层,该油墨层内含有聚氨酯类树脂成分,该油墨层表面涂覆有聚氨酯类胶粘剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该基体为塑料壳体或金属壳体。
3.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该柔性树脂层为聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂涂料层。
4.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该弹性粉质量占聚氨酯类树脂涂料组分的10%,该硅油质量约占聚氨酯类树脂涂料组分的4%。
5.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该油墨层为含有聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂成分的油墨层。
6.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该聚氨酯类胶粘剂为聚醚型聚氨酯类树脂胶粘剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该油墨层与该柔性树脂层发生交联反应。
8.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:该油墨层与该聚氨酯类胶粘剂发生交联反应。
