技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的致动器,更具体地说涉及用于机动车座椅的致动器。
背景技术
从国际专利申请WO03/068551A1、美国专利3,617,021A和国际专利申请WO86/06036中可以知道这种致动器。此外,读者还可以参考美国专利6,073,893A和美国专利6,322,146B1。
这些致动器的缺点是:无法避免在主轴螺母和主轴之间的一定间隙。该间隙在实际使用中是值得注意的,例如在驾驶方向改变的过程中。人们试图使上述类型的致动器具有零间隙。例如,读者可参考专利文件EP588812B1,该专利文件描述了一种主轴驱动器,该主轴驱动器的主轴是通过发动机来转动的。它提出了两个单独的主轴螺母,其中一个配装在主轴螺纹的左螺纹轴环上,而另一个配装在主轴螺纹的右螺纹轴环上。
发明内容
本发明旨在提出一种致动器的实施方式,该致动器易于构建且包括零间隙作用,更具体地说是在主轴螺母和主轴之间的零间隙的可调节作用。
考虑到前述的特征,该目的是通过以下方式来解决的:主轴螺母包括一个主要部分和至少一个轴向插座,该轴向插座a)牢固地连接至所述主要部分,更具体地说与所述主要部分形成一体,b)包括与所述主轴协作的内螺纹,c)构造成径向弹性的,且设置了弹性部件,该弹性部件配装在所述轴向插座上且将轴向插座的所述内螺纹推动成与所述主轴啮合。
根据本发明,设置了至少一个轴向插座,一个轴向插座较佳地与主轴螺母的两个轴向末端相关联。轴向插座较佳地与主轴螺母制成一体。所述主轴螺母可由金属和/或塑性材料制成。
本发明允许用于主轴螺母和主轴之间的零间隙协作的简单解决方式。在至少一个轴向插座的区域中,弹性部件将所述插座的内螺纹促动得足够远而进入主轴的螺纹圈中,从而腹面在两边配装在彼此之上且实现零间隙的配合。
一般地说,所实现的是:主轴螺母的职责得以分配。主要部分吸收撞击力,至少一个轴向插座负责零间隙配合。前述大体上如此应用,轴向插座也在一定程度上有助于吸收撞击力,但是显著小于主要部分。
较佳的是,在径向力K的作用下,轴向插座沿径向可弹性变形的量是主要部分的至少两倍。
在较佳的结构中,至少一个轴向插座牢固地连接至主要部分。当由塑料制成时,两者一起注射成型或者以其它方式一起制成,当由金属制成时,轴向插座较佳地具有至少一个狭槽以使其可充分弹性变形。原理上,这种类型的狭槽也适于轴向插座的其它材料和结构。
弹性部件将轴向插座促动成与主轴的螺纹啮合。这就是零间隙配合是如何实现的。弹性部件较佳地作用在整个圆周上。只要轴向插座被促动足够远而进入主轴螺纹圈的位置,就可在那里实现零间隙配合。
较佳的是,轴向插座的内螺纹是与主要部分的内螺纹在一个加工步骤中制成的。较佳的是,两个螺纹设置成连续地一个在另一个之后,且是连续的。
较佳的是,轴向插座具有比主要部分更小的外径,更具体地说,轴向插座的外径最多只有主要部分外径的80%,较佳的是只有其50%。在轴向插座和主要部分之间较佳地设有台阶,该台阶可用来接纳轴承,更具体地说是滚珠轴承。
主轴螺母较佳地具有带齿外表面部件,该部件只设置在主要部分中而不设置在轴向插座上。因此较佳的是,该外表面部件是蜗轮。

具体实施方式
图1示出了第一示例性实施例且示出了具有输出轴22的电动机20。与蜗轮26啮合的蜗杆24不可转动地连接至该输出轴22。该蜗轮26是与主轴30配合的主轴螺母28的一部分。在操作中,主轴30不由电动机20来转动。所述的部件24-30形成由蜗轮传动机构和主轴传动机构构成的两级传动装置。所述的布置代表了现有技术发展水平。
主轴螺母28具有主要部分32,该主要部分32在其圆周上支承蜗轮26。在这个范围内,主轴螺母28与现有技术没有不同。然而仍然有差别:在主要部分32的两个轴向末端处都设有轴向插座34,所述插座具有显著小于主要部分32的外径的外径。轴向插座34牢固地连接至主要部分32;在图1所示的具体实施例中,它与主要部分32形成一体。如同可从图4中看到的,也参见图1,主要部分以已知的方式具有内螺纹36,该内螺纹36与主轴30的螺纹相配合。每个轴向插座34都具有内螺纹38,该内螺纹38也与主轴30协作且与其螺纹圈相配合。轴向插座34构造成沿径向是弹性的,也就是说它们可以或多或少地推到主轴30上。设置了以环形弹簧的形式存在的弹性部件40,所述弹性部件形成围绕相应相关的轴向插座34的环绕夹具,这可以从示出第二示例性实施例的图2-4以及从图1中看到。该弹性部件40邻接轴向插座34,且将该轴向插座34的至少局部部分推到主轴上,从而内螺纹38与主轴32的螺纹圈尽可能地以零间隙配合。它围绕轴向插座34形成了几乎完全环绕的夹具,还包围了主轴30。
部件24-28以及主轴30的一些部分设置于传动箱42内,该传动箱在图1中以剖视图示出。它具有相反的开口44,用于通过主轴30。在这些开口44的部分中有附加的保护部件46,该保护部件46以非常小的间隙但自由地局部包围主轴30,且保护主轴不经受尘土。它们具有圆柱形的内壁,内壁的内径对应于主轴30的齿顶圆直径再加上0.1-0.3毫米。需要的时候,保护部件46在其内壁上设有清洁装置,例如植有纤维。
如同可从图1中看到的,保护部件46的外侧是未受保护的部分48、50,这里可自由地接近主轴30,且也可在图1中自由地看到主轴30。每个未受保护部分48、50的轴向长度小于保护部件46的轴向长度。选定这种布置,从而图1所示的主轴的位置处于中心位置。假如沿一个转动方向致动电动机20,则它沿一个方向传动主轴30,假设它沿图1中的箭头52向左传动主轴30。该移动只能一直到牢固地连接至主轴30的固定部分54撞击相邻保护部件46的自由端之处。在这种条件下,未受保护的部分48移动到保护部件46内,如同可从图1中看到的,但它没有接触主轴螺母28。
假如使电动机20的转动方向反向,则沿另一方向发生同样的过程,现在同样连接至主轴30的握持部分56邻接左侧保护部件46的末端,从而移动停止。在这种条件下,在图1中未受保护的部分50还没有移动得足够远以与主轴螺母28接触。
因此,主轴螺母28大体只与受保护的螺纹部分接触。这些受保护部分不会被尘土、泥土或其它颗粒污染,而会保持清洁。已知在长时间使用的特定机动车中,它们可开放地接近的传动部件日益经受污染。这只发生在未受保护的部分48、50上,它们与致动器的功能不相关。
如图1所示,两个保护部件46由托架58保持在所示的位置,该托架58基本构造成U形,且形成围绕传动箱42的顶部的环绕夹具。为此,它们具有供由金属丝制成的弹性托架58的侧向臂配合的凹槽60。
图2-4所示的第二示例性实施例并没有完全示出,这些图只示出了主轴螺母28和主轴30的组合,以及图4还示出了保护部件46。与第一示例性实施例不同的是,轴向插座34现在具有凹陷62,该凹陷62还可构造成狭槽、湾部、孔或槽口。因此增大了轴向插座34的径向弹性。主轴螺母28可由金属或至少部分地由金属制成。
如图4所示,轴向插座34很薄,无论如何都显著地薄于主要部分32。这里,在主轴30的螺纹圈和蜗轮26之间有充分弹性的材料。在该部分,主轴螺母像现有技术的主轴螺母28一样构造,也就是说它可吸收撞击力。在两个根据相同远离构建的轴向插座34中,壁很薄且处于1-3mm的范围,还采取了适当的措施,例如选定的材料、设置的凹陷62等等,从而轴向插座34可至少部分地充分变形以使其内螺纹38完全啮合主轴30的螺纹圈而不允许发生轴向间隙。螺纹具有倾斜的腹面,例如梯形配合。
在图2-4所示的结构中,主轴螺母28的螺纹是连续的,且由相同的加工步骤制成,更具体地说是在注射成型过程中。在图1中,两个保护部件46基本根据相同的原理来构建,且更具体地说具有相同的轴向长度。该轴向长度对应于主轴螺母28的轴向长度的约65%,且是主轴螺母28的轴向长度的40-80%。
具体如图2-4所示,轴向插座34具有圆柱形中间件63,该中间件63从主要部分32开始且外部66从该中间件63向外延伸。该外部66实施了补偿间隙的功能。中间件63比外部66稍厚。该中间件63尤其适于接纳邻接传动箱42的轴承64。
如图4所示,每个保护部件46具有邻接面68,它通过该邻接面68接触传动箱。该邻接面由其圆柱体轴线穿过主轴螺母28的中心且平行于输出轴22或垂直于输出轴而延伸的圆柱体、或者由其中心处于主轴螺母28中心的球体来限定。因此构造的且匹配邻接面68的局部圆柱体外表面或球表面设置在传动箱22上。主轴30可与保护部件46一起绕该圆柱体轴线或绕球心在一定枢转范围内枢转。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于机动车、更具体地说用于机动车座椅的致动器,具有:
-电动机(20),具有输出轴(22);
-传动箱,连接至所述输出轴(22)且包括主轴螺母(28);
-主轴(30),与所述主轴螺母(28)啮合;
其特征在于,所述主轴螺母(28)包括主要部分(32)和至少一个轴向插座(34),所述轴向插座(34)a)牢固地连接至所述主要部分(32),更具体地说与所述主要部分(32)形成一体,b)包括与所述主轴(30)协作的内螺纹(38),c)构造成是径向弹性的,且设置了弹性部件(40),所述弹性部件(40)配装在所述轴向插座(34)上且将所述轴向插座(34)的所述内螺纹(38)推动成与所述主轴(30)啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述主要部分(32)包括根据与所述内螺纹(38)相同的原理来构造的内螺纹(36)。
3.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述弹性部件(40)是至少部分环形的。

5.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,设有至少一个轴承(64),所述轴承(64)邻接所述轴向插座(34)的圆周且更具体地说侧向配装在所述主要部分(32)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,在所述轴向插座(34)中设有至少一个凹陷(62),更具体地说是轴向凹陷。
7.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述主要部分(32)具有内螺纹(36),且所述内螺纹(38)连续地且没有中断地连接至所述内螺纹(36)。
8.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述轴向插座(34)在所述轴向比所述主要部分(32)长或短。
9.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,所述主轴(30)包括主轴螺纹,且所述内螺纹(38)和所述主轴螺纹是匹配的,从而当将所述内螺纹(38)推入所述主轴螺纹时,在所述一个螺纹的螺纹齿顶(thread peak)与所述另一个螺纹的螺纹齿谷(thread valley)邻接之前,所述螺纹腹面(thread flank)首先邻接。
