背景技术
更年期综合征是指妇女在绝经前后的一段时期内出现月经紊乱、烘热汗出、五心烦热、头晕耳鸣、心悸失眠、烦燥易怒、腰骨酸楚、皮肤麻木刺痒或有蚁爬感、记忆力下降、浮肿便溏、甚或情志异常等与绝经有关的症状，称为更年期综合征。是因为女性绝经前后性腺发生退行性改变(包括绝经前因手术切除双侧卵巢或放射治疗后破坏双侧卵巢)，使下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴之间的平衡制约关系紊乱，进而导致机体植物神经功能紊乱、性功能障碍的病理改变所致。更年期综合征是妇科常见病，其发病率为85％左右，其中60％的病人有潮红潮热感，70％～80％左右的妇女有月经不调，并伴有不同程度植物神经系统功能紊乱为主的症状，有的症状持续时间较短，可以自我控制，有些则反复出现症状长达5～10余年。更年期综合征属于“经断前后诸症”的范畴。依其临床表现的侧重不同，将其归属于中医学的“心悸”、“失眠”、“眩晕”、“头痛”、“脏躁”、“浮肿”、“崩漏”、“月经过多”等范畴进行辩证施治。治疗重在调补肾阴肾阳。肾阴虚者滋肾益阴，肾阳虚者温肾扶阳，使其在新的基础上达到相对的平衡。对月经紊乱者，如经量不多，无经频表现者可不必调周，控制月经量，待其自然绝止。中医在临床上分症型辨证治疗，取得很好效果。发明一种既安全又有效的中药制剂，具有重大意义。

夜交藤 1.0～4份 浮小麦 1.0～4 份丹参 1.0～4份
淫羊藿 0.1～2份 仙茅 0.1～2份 黄柏 0.1～2份。

丹参 药性苦，微寒。归心、心包、肝经。具有活血祛瘀，调经止痛，除烦安神，凉血消痈的功效。可治疗妇女月经不调，痛经，经闭，产后瘀滞腹痛，心腹疼痛，癥瘕积聚，热痹肿痛，跌打损伤，热入营血，烦燥不安，心烦失眠，痈疮肿毒等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第647页)。
淫羊藿 药性辛、甘，温。归肾、肝经。具有补肾壮阳，强筋健骨，祛风除湿的功效。可治疗阳痿遗精，虚冷不育，尿频失禁，肾虚喘咳，腰膝酸软，风湿痹痛，半身不遂，四肢不仁等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第3152页)。
仙茅 味辛，性温，小毒。归肾、肝经。具有温肾壮阳，祛寒除湿的功效。可治疗阳痿精冷，小便失禁，脘腹冷痛，腰膝酸痛，筋骨软弱，下肢拘挛等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学 编著上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第932页)。
黄柏 药性苦，寒。归肾、膀胱、大肠经。具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒的功效。可治疗湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸，梦遗、淋浊、带下，骨蒸劳热，痿躃，以及口舌生疮，目赤肿痛，痈疽疮毒，皮肤湿疹等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第2823页)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则，用生地黄、麦门冬和知母为君药；用何首乌、玄参、泽泻、夜交藤、浮小麦和丹参为臣药；用仙茅、黄柏和淫羊藿为佐使药。诸药相合，共具滋阴降火，养心安神的功效。治疗更年期综合征具有疗效确切，无毒副作用，服用方便，价格低廉的特点。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明，有如下优点：
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药品管理法的规定，利用各味中药的综合作用治疗更年期综合征，对人体无毒无害。经动物急、慢性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应，其主要脏器也无明显的改变，药物安全可靠。
2、本发明药中富含蛋白质，葡萄糖，葡萄糖醛酸，挥发油，果胶，果糖，有机酸，卵磷脂，维生素，氨基酸，还含皂甙，植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素，利于人体吸收，增强体质。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗更年期综合征，对更年期综合征的预防也有很好的作用，治疗更年期综合征具有疗效确切，无毒副作用，服用方便，价格低廉的特点。
为表明本发明药物对治疗更年期综合征的治疗效果，经临床试验结果如下；治疗更年期综合征患者28例。服用实施例汤剂，每次1袋，一日二至三次，饭前半小时服用。两个月为一个疗程，连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈16例占57.14％，好转9例占32.14％，未愈3例占10.71％，总有效率达89.28％。经三个疗程治疗后，病人无任何不良反应，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例 汤剂 按下述重量称取原料药：
生地黄 3份 麦门冬 3份 知母 3份
何首乌 2份 玄参 2份 泽泻 2份
夜交藤 2份 浮小麦 2份 丹参 2份
淫羊藿 1份 仙茅 1份 黄柏 1份。
制备方法是取上述原料药洗净去杂，晾干，粉碎成颗粒，加水浸泡1小时，置多功能提取罐中加水煎煮二次，第一次加总药材10倍量的水，煎煮1.5～2小时，取煎液，滤过。第二次加总药材7倍量的水，煎煮1～1.2小时，取两次煎液，滤过，热封袋中，105℃高温灭菌，包装即得。本发明制成的治疗更年期综合征的汤剂为塑封袋装，每袋210ml，口服，一次一袋，每日二至三次。两个月为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗更年期综合征的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的：
生地黄1.5～6份 麦门冬1.5～6份 知母1.5～6份
何首乌1.0～4份 玄参 1.0～4份 泽泻1.0～4份
夜交藤1.0～4份 浮小麦1.0～4份 丹参1.0～4份
淫羊藿0.1～2份 仙 茅0.1～2份 黄柏0.1～2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗更年期综合征的中药组合物，其中各原料药的重量配比是：
生地黄2.5～3.5份 麦门冬2.5～3.5份 知母2.5～3.5份
何首乌1.5～2.5份 玄 参1.5～2.5份 泽泻1.5～2.5份
夜交藤1.5～2.5份 浮小麦1.5～2.5份 丹参1.5～2.5份
淫羊藿0.5～1.5份 仙 茅0.5～1.5份 黄柏0.5～1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗更年期综合征的中药组合物，其中各原料药的重量配比是：
生地黄3份 麦门冬3份 知母3份
何首乌2份 玄 参2份 泽泻2份
夜交藤2份 浮小麦2份 丹参2份
