Abstract

Description

干燥筒
本发明涉及一种具有支承体和由热流体加热的外壳层的干燥筒,其用于在制备和/或调质纸幅面、纸板幅面、织物幅面或其它纤维幅面的机器中干燥纸幅面、纸板幅面、织物幅面或其它纤维幅面。
长期已来己知具有这种干燥筒的干燥装置,其中由干燥网支承的纤维幅面缠绕干燥筒。通过纤维幅面与热的外壳表面接触被加热,特别是从该干燥筒脱开后进行蒸发。
该干燥装置由于其干燥筒的有限干燥速率以致需要比较大的空间。
所述干燥速率主要与外壳厚度有关,并因此与该干燥筒的导热阻力有关。
另一方面,为保证足够的稳定性,几米的长度和大于1米的直径就需要较厚的筒外壳。
因此本发明的目的在于提高通过外壳层的热流。
根据本发明,该目的是通过在支承体和外壳层之间存在至少一个空腔实现的,所述热流体流过该空腔,并且该外壳层是如此薄,以致该材料的导热率和外壳层厚度的比值大于下列限值:对钢为3.2kW/m2K、对铝为30kW/m2K、对青铜合金为18kW/m2K、对铜为3.4kW/m2K和对镁为6.1kW/m2K。
所述支承体优选沿轴向伸展通过整个干燥筒,并为其提供足够的稳定性。这导致大大减轻外壳层的支承作用,以致该外壳层可设计得非常薄。
该外壳层基本上仅需自支承,并承受空腔中的流体的内压。依该干燥筒的结构和膨胀以及外壳层的支承得出该外壳层的最小厚度。
所述外壳层的厚度上限通过相应材料的所谓限值给出。
所述外壳层优选通过拉杆支承在支承体上。这一点可经支杆、隔板等实现,其中可采用固定连接或形状闭锁式连接。
如果所述支承体支承所述内壳层,该内壳层又通过连接部件如接片、薄片等与外壳层连接,并在外壳层和内壳层之间形成空腔,这种方式也是有利的。
特别是如果所述流体是蒸汽且在空腔中的压力优选为1.5-13bar时,外壳层的厚度为5-15mm可满足要求。
为改进蒸汽对外壳层的热传递,由于在外壳层的内侧形成冷凝液,所以对该内侧进行成型构造,优选使之呈纹槽形是有利的。
为产生尽可能大的热流,在拉杆或连接部件之外的所述比值超过相应的限值,和/或在外壳层的大于60%,优选大于75%的外壳表面积内,所述比值至少平均大于该相应的限值。
该经加热的干燥筒的优选应用除代替常用的干燥筒外,还用于纤维幅面的干燥装置中,在此情况下至少一条吸水带与纤维幅面一起缠绕该干燥筒,该纤维幅面与干燥筒相接触,并且另一外置密实带在该干燥筒的缠绕区内受到冷却。
在这类干燥装置中,所述纤维幅面在与加热的干燥筒接触时由加热该纤维幅面产生的蒸汽达到在缠绕干燥筒时围绕该纤维幅面的吸水带。在这些带中,蒸汽经冷凝并积储该冷凝液。
在完成缠绕后,这些带从纤维幅面脱开,经净化并再经干燥。
在这些带上,该密实带缠绕干燥筒并防止蒸汽逸出。该密实带大多经冷却,以通过增强朝向所述被加热的干燥筒的温度梯度以给定纤维带的蒸发方向,并增强该蒸汽的冷凝。
如果该纤维幅面由带,优选干燥网以至少10kN/m优选20kN/m的带张力压在干燥筒的外壳表面上,则对改善热传递是有利的。

本发明的干燥筒4的主要特征是尽可能薄的外壳层7,其由该干燥筒4的一个支承体8稳定。
在支承体8和外壳屋7之间存在多个其中流过热蒸汽的轴向空腔12。该蒸汽用于加热外壳层7,并由此加热与其接触的纤维幅面1。
为使通过外壳层7的热流最佳化,该与所用材料有关的外壳层7要尽可能薄。因为这里使用钢,所以导热系数`与外壳厚度s的比值大于3.2kW/m2K。因此外壳层7的厚度为4-18mm。
这时所述沿整个干燥筒4轴向长度延伸的支承体8补偿了稳定性损失。
空腔中的蒸汽压力为1.5-10bar,并呈轴向流过空腔12。蒸汽的提供和处置是通过干燥筒4的旋转接口实现的。
在外壳层7上形成冷凝。为可确保蒸汽向外壳层7的优良热传递,该外壳层7的内侧具有从冷凝液层突出的肋10。
在图1中该支承体8设计成厚板筒壳,其同时限定空腔12。
在支承体8和外壳层7之间存在沿周边分布设置的拉杆9,其保持该外壳层7耐受支承体8的空腔12中的蒸汽过压。
与此不同,图2中的空腔12由内壳层11和外壳层7限定。使用侧壁作为该壳层7,11间的稳定性连接部件6。内壳层11由支承体8支承。
图3示出所述干燥筒4在一个干燥装置中的优选应用,在该装置中,纤维幅面1与至少一条吸水带2和一条对外密实的带3一起缠绕干燥筒4。
所述密实带2在缠绕时由一个罩盖5用水冷却。
所述纤维幅面1在与干燥筒4的外壳层7接触时的加热导致在吸水带2中的液体的蒸发和冷凝。这一点还受到在干燥筒4和被冷却的带3之间的温度梯度的支持。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有支承体(8)和由热流体加热的外壳层(7)的干燥筒(4),其用于在制备和/或调质纸幅面、纸板幅面、织物幅面或其它纤维幅面(1)的机器中干燥纸幅面、纸板幅面、织物幅面或其它纤维幅面,其特征在于,在支承体(8)和外壳层(7)之间存在至少一个空腔(12),所述流体流过该空腔(12),并且该外壳层(7)是如此薄,以致该材料的导热率(λ)和外壳层(7)的厚度(s)的比值大于下列限值(G):对钢为3.2kW/m2K、对铝为30kW/m2K、对青铜合金为18kW/m2K、对铜为3.4kW/m2K和对镁为6.1kW/m2K。
2.按照权利要求1所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,所述外壳层(7)通过拉杆(9)支承在所述支承体(8)上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,所述支承体(8)支承一内壳层(11),该内壳层又通过连接部件如接片、薄片等与外壳层(7)连接,并在外壳层(7)和内壳层(11)之间形成空腔(12)。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,所述流体是蒸汽且在空腔(12)中的所述压力优选为1.5-13bar。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,所述外壳层(7)的内侧被成型构造,优选呈纹槽形。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,在所述拉杆(9)或连接部件(6)之外的所述比值(A)超过所述相应的限值(G)。
7.按照上述权利要求之一所述的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,在大于60%,优选大于75%的外壳层(7)的外壳面积内,所述比值(A)至少平均大于所述相应的限值(G)。
8.在一个用于纤维幅面(1)的干燥装置中应用按照上述权利要求之一所述的被加热的干燥筒(4),其中至少一条吸水带(2)与纤维幅面(1)一起缠绕该干燥筒(4),该纤维幅面(1)与干燥筒(4)相接触,其特征在于,另一外置密实带(3)被冷却。
9.按照上述权利要求之一所述在一个用于纤维幅面(1)的干燥装置中应用所述被加热的干燥筒(4),其特征在于,所述纤维幅面(1)由带,优选干燥网以至少10kN/m优选至少20kN/m的带张力压在干燥筒(4)的外壳表面上。
