本发明涉及一种对金属管材端部实施压扁的装置。
背景技术
实验室对金属管材进行机械性能检测时，首先需要将金属管材的端部压扁，传统的金属管材压扁机包括：机架，机架内设置有油箱，油箱内设置有油泵，油泵通过连轴器与设置在油箱上的电机相连接，在机架的上面设置有油缸，油缸与通过活塞杆与上模板相连接，上模板的下方设置有下模板。但是，这种金属管材压扁机在对管材金属挤压时，受力不均匀，使两端压扁头不在同一水平线上，造成机械性能检验结果不稳定，工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种受力均匀、工作效率高的金属管材压扁机。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种金属管材压扁机，包括：机架，机架内设置油箱，油箱内设置有油泵，油泵通过连轴器与设置在油箱上的电机相连接，在机架的上面设置有油缸，所述的机架上平行设置有两个油缸，油缸与通过活塞杆分别与上模板相连接，上模板的下方设置有下模板，油泵的出油口通过管道分别与两油缸的进油口相通。
本发明的优点是：可以对金属管材两端同时进行挤压，使金属管材在被挤压的过程中受力均匀，保证机械性能检验结果稳定，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：一种金属管材压扁机，包括：机架1，机架1内设置有油箱2，油箱2内设置有油泵3，油泵3通过连轴器4与设置在油箱2上的电机5相连接，在机架1的上面设置有油缸6，所述的机架1上平行设置有两个油缸6，油缸6与通过活塞杆7分别与上模板8相连接，上模板8的下方设置有下模板9，油泵3的出油口10通过管道分别与两油缸6的进油口11相通。
上述结构的金属管材压扁机的工作过程是：首先将端部需要压扁的金属管材放在上压模8和下压模9之间，通过电器按钮启动电机5，电机5带动设置在油箱2内的油泵3工作，油泵3的出油口10通过管道分别与两油缸6的进油口11相通，两个油缸6同时推动活塞杆7和与活塞杆7相连接的上模板8向下运动对金属管材进行挤压，由于两个气缸6以及上压模8和下压模9都是平行设置，在同时挤压的过程中可以保证金属管材的端部受力均匀，使两端压扁头在同一水平线上。

1.一种金属管材压扁机，包括：机架(1)，机架(1)内设置有油箱(2)，油箱(2)内设置有油泵(3)，油泵(3)通过连轴器(4)与设置在油箱(2)上的电机(5)相连接，在机架(1)的上面设置有油缸(6)，其特征在于：所述的机架(1)上平行设置有两个油缸(6)，油缸(6)与通过活塞杆(7)分别与上模板(8)相连接，上模板(8)的下方设置有下模板(9)，油泵(3)的出油口(10)通过管道分别与两油缸(6)的进油口(11)相通。
