Abstract
提供一种能在减少部件数量的同时不需要高精度的加工及组装技术,降低成本,并且长期使用性能也不会降低的倾斜铰链。其由一体地安装固定在笔记本电脑等机器主体上的轴座;一体地安装固定在显示器等开闭部件上的轴;与该轴一体形成的,可自由转动地收纳在上述轴座上形成的筒体内的凸缘部;通过上述凸缘部一体地设置在上述轴上的阻力板;拧入上述轴座上形成的母螺纹部的固定螺丝;上述筒体、上述凸缘部和上述固定螺丝的前端面包围的密封空间内填充的粘性流体构成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可自由开闭地连结笔记本电脑等机器主体和显示器等开闭部件的倾斜铰链,特别涉及一种通过施加力矩能得到上述开闭部件的顺利开闭动作的倾斜铰链。
背景技术
历来的倾斜铰链,有一种是在上述两部件间以重叠状态设置多枚碟形弹簧,通过弹簧使这些碟形弹簧相互压接,通过其摩擦,让开闭部件在相对于机器主体的任意角度保持倾斜。(例如,参照专利文献1)
但是,上述历来的倾斜铰链,因使用多个碟形弹簧、弹簧,不仅部件数量多,而且对于弹簧造成的碟形弹簧的压接调整需要精度高的加工及组装的技术,此外,长期使用,有碟形弹簧磨损等的缺点。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明要解决的课题是,提供一种能在减少部件数量的同时不需要高精度的加工及组装技术,降低成本,并且长期使用性能也不会降低的倾斜铰链。
解决课题的方案
本发明的倾斜铰链的特征在于,由一体地安装固定在笔记本电脑等机器主体上的轴座;一体地安装固定在显示器等开闭部件上的轴;与该轴一体形成的,可自由转动地收纳在上述轴座上形成的筒体内的凸缘部;通过上述凸缘部一体地设置在上述轴上的阻力板;拧入上述轴座上形成的母螺纹部的固定螺丝;上述筒体、上述凸缘部和上述固定螺丝的前端面包围的密封空间内填充的粘性流体构成。其特征还在于,在上述固定螺丝的前端面和上述阻力板之间弹性地插入有碟形弹簧。其特征还在于,上述粘性流体为油。
发明效果
本发明的倾斜铰链,不仅能减少部件数量,还不需要高精度的加工及组装技术,并且长期使用性能也不会降低。

具体实施方式
本发明实施的最佳状态
图1及图2是表示本发明的倾斜铰链的一个实施例的附图,1是轴座,2是轴,2a是凸缘部,2b是阻力板,3是碟形弹簧,4是固定螺丝,5是油等的粘性流体。
上述轴座1,一体地安装固定在笔记本电脑等机器主体(图中未表示)上。
上述轴2,一体地安装固定在显示器等开闭部件(图中未表示)上。
上述凸缘部2a,与上述轴2一体形成,可自由转动地收纳在上述轴座1上形成的筒体1a内。
上述阻力板2b,通过上述凸缘部2a与上述轴2一体形成,该轴2及凸缘部2a一体转动。
上述固定螺丝4,拧入上述轴座1上形成的母螺纹部1b。该固定螺丝4的前端面和上述阻力板2b之间,弹性地插入有碟形弹簧3。通过该碟形弹簧3,上述轴2的轴向的位置被固定。
上述筒体1a、上述凸缘部2a和上述固定螺丝4的前端面包围的密封空间S内,填充油等粘性流体5。该粘性流体5被上述固定螺丝加压。
本实施例的倾斜铰链,由于具有以上的构成,因此在开闭显示器等开闭装置,转动轴2时,与此一起转动的阻力板2b,受到在上述密封空间S内被加压的粘性流体5的阻力,结果,轴2一边受力矩阻力一边转动。开闭部件的开闭停止时,上述阻力板2b由于粘性流体5而保持在那个位置。
Claims (3)
1.一种倾斜铰链,其特征在于,由一体地安装固定在笔记本电脑等机器主体上的轴座;一体地安装固定在显示器等开闭部件上的轴;与该轴一体形成的,可自由转动地收纳在上述轴座上形成的筒体内的凸缘部;通过上述凸缘部一体地设置在上述轴上的阻力板;拧入上述轴座上形成的母螺纹部的固定螺丝;上述筒体、上述凸缘部和上述固定螺丝的前端面包围的密封空间内填充的粘性流体构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的倾斜铰链,其特征在于,将碟形弹簧弹性地插入上述固定螺丝的前端面和上述阻力板之间。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的倾斜铰链,其特征在于,上述粘性流体为油。
