Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及中草药领域，尤其是涉及防治血瘀型冻伤效果十分理想的一种治疗血瘀型冻伤的内服中药。
背景技术：
冻伤是指人体受低温侵袭后发生的损伤。若受冻时间过长，动脉持续痉挛，会出现静脉瘀血，毛细血管扩张，渗透性增加，造成皮下组织水肿而发病。中医认为，冻伤是因为感受邪气，耗伤阴气以致气血运行不畅，气血瘀滞而成。血瘀型冻伤的症状表现为：冻伤患者伴有局部肿胀疼痛，面色晦暗，舌紫暗且有瘀点等明显症状。目前，国内外治疗血瘀型冻伤的方法较多，如西药治疗法，常用药有硝苯吡啶、冻疮灵等；如中药治疗法，常用药有创灼膏、樟脑膏、马勃膏等。但是，在治愈率、治疗手段、治疗费用等方面难以达到满意的效果。
经检索未发现有与本发明相同的配方。
发明内容：
本发明采用的治疗方法为中草药汤剂治疗法。
本发明的目的在于克服目前在治疗血瘀型冻伤上的不足之处，并提供一种取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉且治愈率较高的治疗血瘀型冻伤的中草药汤剂药物及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种治疗血瘀型冻伤的内服中药，其药物是由下述重量份的原料制成的：黄芪40-45克，丹参、红花、大枣各13-15克，赤芍、白芍、桂枝各8-10克，生姜、炙甘草各5-6克。
一种治疗血瘀型冻伤的内服中药，其药物的制备方法为：先将配比量黄芪、丹参、红花、大枣、赤芍、白芍、桂枝、生姜、炙甘草等中草药放入煎药器具内，加入符合生活饮用水标准的洁净水，加水量以超过药面2-3cm为度。入煎前将上述中草药浸泡半小时，使其充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出。然后，用武(猛)火煮沸再改用文(微)火煎熬。当煎熬15分钟左右停止，除去药渣，取汤剂即成。
本发明内服中药里：黄芪具有益卫固表、利水消肿作用；丹参具有祛瘀生新、活血调经作用；红花具有活血、祛瘀、通经作用；大枣具有补脾和胃、益气生津、调营卫作用；赤芍具有活血散瘀作用；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛作用；桂枝具有发汗解肌、温经通阳作用；生姜具有发表散寒作用；炙甘草具有补脾和胃、调和诸药作用。上述中草药经有机组合、辩证配伍和相互辅佐，增强了该药物补益气血、活血化瘀、温经通络的功效，从而达到治愈血瘀型冻伤的目的。
使用本发明的治疗血瘀型冻伤的内服中药治疗血瘀型冻伤有如下特点：取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉、见效快。
服用方法：
1、药量：每日一剂。将头煎、二煎两次煎成的汤剂混合后，分两次服用。
2、服药时间：上、下午各一次，在饭后两小时服药。
3、药温控制：温服。
禁忌事项：
治疗、服药期间禁忌食油炸粘腻、寒冷固硬、不易消化及有刺激性的食物。
具体实施方式：

治疗效果：
疗效标准：一种治疗血瘀型冻伤的内服中药治疗血瘀型冻伤之疗效判断主要依据于血瘀型冻伤症状是否消失。服药8天为1个疗程。具体疗效分以下三级：治愈——血瘀型冻伤症状全部消失；好转——血瘀型冻伤症状部分消失和减轻；无效——服药1个疗程后，血瘀型冻伤症状毫无消失。
效果：用该药物治疗血瘀型冻伤患者39例，治疗1个疗程，其中治愈33例，好转6例，治愈率为84％，有效率为100％。
典型病例：
陆某某，女，43岁，家庭主妇。2001年1月就诊。患者自述每到冬天双手双足就会被冻伤，疼痛且痒。诊查，患者面色晦暗，舌紫暗有瘀点，诊断为血瘀型冻伤。采用本发明内服中药，连服8剂，血瘀型冻伤症状全部消失。1个月后追访，未见复发。
