Abstract

本发明公开了一种焊接吊环时吊环中心容易对准其底部的顶尖,焊接质量好,工艺简单,且易于实现自动化生产的大输液PP瓶焊接吊环的方法,其工艺步骤为:1)先将吊环焊于未吹塑前的瓶坯底部的顶尖上,2)然后将瓶坯加热,再将瓶坯吹塑成型为大输液PP瓶。

技术领域
本发明属于PP瓶大输液领域,具体涉及到一种大输液PP瓶焊吊环方式的改进。
背景技术
目前大输液PP瓶焊吊环的方式是:先将图5所示的瓶坯加热,再吹塑成型如图1所示,然后将吊环焊于瓶子底部的顶尖上,如图4所示。用此方法焊吊环有以下缺点:瓶子在吹塑成型过程中难免有小部分底部顶尖不居中、甚至有歪斜的现象,所以难以实现自动化操作;有的瓶子底部顶尖歪斜严重得甚至无法安放吊环,造成瓶子报废;同时由于瓶子的刚性不好,熔焊施压时易发生弹性变形,影响焊接质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种焊接吊环时吊环中心容易对准其底部的顶尖,焊接质量好,工艺简单,且易于实现自动化生产的大输液PP瓶焊接吊环的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案。
本发明大输液PP瓶焊接吊环的方法,其特征在于其工艺步骤为:
1)先将吊环焊于未吹塑前的瓶坯底部的顶尖上,
2)然后将瓶坯加热,再将瓶坯吹塑成型为大输液PP瓶。
与现有技术相比,本发明改变以往焊吊环的方式,在瓶坯未吹塑成型前焊吊环。瓶坯是用注塑模具定型的,形体规范,很容易用设备实现自动化整理,并将其底部顶尖对准吊环中心,另外由于瓶坯的刚性好,吊环焊接的质量有保证。

具体实施方式
本发明的大输液PP瓶焊接吊环的方法,其工艺步骤为:先将图2、3所示的吊环2焊于未吹塑前的瓶坯3(见图5)底部的顶尖上,成如图6所示,因用注塑模具定型的瓶坯3的形体规范,吊环2中心容易对准其底部的顶尖,另外由于瓶坯3的刚性较好,焊接的质量也好;然后将焊有吊环2的瓶坯3加热,再将瓶坯3吹塑成型为焊有吊环2的大输液PP瓶1,成如图4所示。

1.一种大输液PP瓶焊接吊环的方法,其特征在于其工艺步骤为:
1)先将吊环焊于未吹塑前的瓶坯底部的顶尖上,
2)然后将瓶坯加热,再将瓶坯吹塑成型为大输液PP瓶。
