一种可密闭循环加热烧水壶,其特征该烧水壶由壶体、附加于壶体外底的加热圈、壶嘴和壶提手组成。所述加热圈具有壶内段,该壶内段为从盘状加热圈中心穿透壶底并直立于壶中的直管。所述加热圈还具有进水口,该进水口由壶底外穿透壶底以使得烧水时壶中底部冷水能从进水口进入加热圈的壶底段。该壶还有一个可被无毒弹性胶塞密闭的壶嘴,水沸腾时该胶塞可被蒸汽弹出或用手开启。

技术领域:
本发明属节能减排,降低温室效应的新技术、新产品。
背景技术:
传统的烧水壶加热的原理是:燃料燃烧产生的热加热壶底,壶底再加热壶中的冷水。因传统烧水壶的壶底面积小,所以热交换率低,很多热量跑掉,因此浪费燃料。
发明内容:
本发明的技术关键有三:其一是将传统烧水壶的外壶底附加一个加热圈,该圈立体受热,受热面积明显增加,热交换率明显高于传统烧水壶。其二是传统烧水壶壶底层水被加热后上升和中、上层混合,故三层水温几乎相等。而本节能壶是加热圈水加热后被顶到壶内并滞留在最上层,上层比中、下层水温高得多,这样一直是最冷的水进入加热圈进行热交换,显然比传统烧水壶混合后的温水进行热交换的效率要高得多。其三是传统烧水壶在沸腾前产生的热蒸汽从壶嘴和壶盖处逸出,并带走一些热量,这势必延长沸腾所需时间,浪费燃料。而节能壶用无毒弹性胶塞密闭壶嘴(沸腾时胶塞被蒸汽弹出或用手开启)这就克服了传统烧水壶的这一缺陷,从而又节省了燃料。

烧水时(B)段的水最先被加热,并顺着(C)段上升,从管端(D)返入壶内水的最上层,同时壶底的冷水又从进水口(A)进入(B)段内。这样循环往复,壶内总是温度最低的水接触火焰被加热。因火焰与加热圈内水的温差大.热交换率高,故节省燃料。附有加热圈的烧水壶比没有加热圈的传统烧水壶吸热面积大增,故也节省燃料。壶嘴密闭,沸腾前壶内蒸汽及热量不会像传统壶从壶嘴和壶盖逸出,故又节省燃料。
具体实施方式:
用0.5mm厚度的镀锌铁皮做两个形状.容积完全相同的烧水壶,其中一个用2cm内径的紫铜管做加热圈,制成本发明的节能壶。在同一远红外线煤气灶上烧水,结果如下表:

实际应用证明:在相同的火焰(等量的燃料:煤、柴、油、气等)下烧水,节能壶的三种节能技术比传统烧水壶节省燃料40%左右,节省烧水时间40%左右。

1、一种可密闭循环加热烧水壶,其特征该烧水壶由壶体、附加于壶体外底的加热圈、壶嘴和壶提手组成。其中所述壶体为0.5mm厚度的镀锌铁皮制成;所述加热圈为内径为2cm的环绕成盘状的紫铜管制成,所述加热圈具有壶内段,该壶内段为从盘状加热圈中心穿透壶底并直立于壶中的直管,所述加热圈还具有进水口,该进水口由壶底外穿透壶底以使得烧水时壶中底部冷水能从进水口进入加热圈的壶底段,盘中心和进水口穿透壶底处做密封不漏水处理;该壶还有一个可被无毒弹性胶塞密闭的壶嘴,水沸腾时该胶塞可被蒸汽弹出或用手开启。
