Abstract

本发明提供了一种一体化LED照明灯具，其散热效果非常好。本发明的一体化LED照明灯具，包括LED光源和散热体，所述LED光源设置在安装面上，所述的安装面在散热体上，与散热体成一整体。本发明采用一体化的散热设计，避免了将散热体和LED光源的安装面分开，从而减少了多个接触面之间的接触热阻，增加了热传导效率，散热效果非常好。

一体化LED照明灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及照明散热技术，尤其涉及一种LED照明灯具的散热。
技术背景
传统灯具大多采用高压钠灯、汞灯或者卤素灯等作为光源，其灯具灯头设计封闭，散热性能差，如直接与LED光源结合使用，将严重影响LED光源的使用寿命。而目前存在的各种LED灯具，大多没有摆脱传统灯具的束缚，存在散热性能不佳等问题。CN1821651和CN2842182都公开一种LED路灯，采用的是分块或分条形的散热方式，均达不到良好的散热效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种一体化LED照明灯具，其散热效果非常好。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一体化LED照明灯具，包括LED光源和散热体，所述LED光源设置在安装面上，所述安装面在散热体上，与散热体成一整体，所述安装面是安装面阵列，所述安装面阵列是中部为平面、平面四周至少有一侧有锯齿状安装斜面或锯齿状安装曲面。
本发明的有益效果是：采用一体化的散热设计，避免了将散热体和LED光源的安装面分开，从而减少了多个接触面之间的接触热阻，增加了热传导效率，散热效果非常好。

具体实施方式
本发明的一体化LED照明灯具，包括LED光源3和散热体1，所述LED光源3设置在安装面2上，所述的安装面2在散热体1上，与散热体1成一整体，即散热体1和安装面2采用一体化制作而成。
上述散热体1和安装面2采用机械加工或者铸造等方法一体化加工形成一个整体，其材料可以采用导热性能好的铝或铜。这种一体化的结构避免了将散热体1和LED光源3的安装面2分开，从而减少了多个接触面之间的接触热阻，增加了热传导效率，散热能力更好。
上述安装面2可以采用安装面阵列；所述安装面阵列可以采用中部为平面、平面四周至少有一侧有安装面阵列，且安装面阵列为安装斜面阵列或安装曲面阵列。例如：可以采用中部为平面、平面两侧为安装斜面阵列的安装面，如图1所示；也可采用中部为平面、平面四周为安装斜面阵列的安装面，如图2所示。
上述安装斜面阵列最好采用锯齿状安装斜面，如图1和图2所示。
上述散热体1安装在支撑框架6上，如图3所示。
LED光源3可以通过导热硅胶和连接螺钉固定在散热体1上的锯齿状安装斜面上，可获得从LED光源3到散热体1的良好的散热效果。锯齿状安装斜面可以根据LED光源3的安装需要进行设计，可以是平面，如图4所示；也可以是曲面，如图5所示。
散热体1的整体外形形状可以根据需要，采用长方体形、球形、椭球形或其他形状，如图1所示的长方体形，如图6所示的椭球形。散热体1可以采用散热片的形式，散热片可以采用规则的直齿排列，如图3和图4所示，也可以采用曲面形状，如图5所示，还可以采用其他形状。其中直齿排列方式容易加工实现，散热面积大小容易计算，而曲面形状的散热片造型美观，符合一些特殊场合的审美需要。
本发明的散热体1与支撑框架6采用独立的两大部份，支撑框架6可以采用长方形或圆弧形，如图3和图7所示，还可以采用其它造型，以实现灯具外观的多样化，满足不同的装饰和搭配需要。
支撑框架6采用散热性能好的金属材料制成，增加了散热表面积，能辅助安装在支撑框架6上的散热体1散热。
支撑框架6上还设置有挡雨外壳8，挡雨外壳8可保护恒流驱动器9等部件，挡雨外壳8可采用活页4安装在支撑框架6上，挡雨外壳8的安装位置不能挡住散热体1，避免影响散热能力，本发明盖上挡雨外壳8后的俯视图如图7所示，揭开挡雨外壳8后的俯视图如图8所示。
透明灯罩5安装在散热体1上，可以用密封胶或者用内嵌的密封条密封，透明灯罩5可保护LED光源3并使灯具外形美观。散热体1、LED光源3组成一个整体通过螺钉或扣件安装在支撑框架6上。支撑框架6通过安装孔10与灯杆连接在一起。
虽然本发明参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述，但是，本专业普通技术人员应当了解，在权利要求书的范围内，可作形式和细节上的各种各样的变化。

Claims (6)

1、一体化LED照明灯具，包括LED光源(3)和散热体(1)，所述LED光源(3)设置在安装面(2)上，其特征在于：所述安装面(2)在散热体(1)上，与散热体(1)成一整体，所述安装面(2)是安装面阵列，所述安装面阵列是中部为平面、平面四周至少有一侧有锯齿状安装斜面或锯齿状安装曲面。
2、如权利要求1所述的一体化LED照明灯具，其特征在于：所述散热体(1)安装在支撑框架(6)上。
3、如权利要求2所述的一体化LED照明灯具，其特征在于：所述支撑框架(6)上设置有挡雨外壳(8)。
4、如权利要求2所述的一体化LED照明灯具，其特征在于：所述支撑框架(6)上安装有恒流驱动器(9)。
5、如权利要求1所述的一体化LED照明灯具，其特征在于：所述散热体(1)是散热片。
6、如权利要求1所述的一体化LED照明灯具，其特征在于：其特征在于：所述散热体(1)由铝或铜制成。
