本发明是涉及一种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,主要包括进出水段,所述进出水段的吸入室和压出室由内外二个同心圆构成,内圆腔体作为吸入室,外圆腔体作为压出室,其中吸入室通过封闭的流道与进口管相连通,而压出室则直接与出口管连接;泵轴的一端从吸入室穿过与电机轴相连接,另一端与叶轮连接;泵轴与吸入室的连接处设有密封装置。本发明有益的效果是:从根本上解决了背景技术中存在的机械密封位于高压区内、需承受叶轮所产生的全部压力的问题。从而降低了对密封承受高压的结构要求,提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泵部件制造领域,主要是一种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段。
背景技术
目前现有的泵的进出水段或泵体上都不带密封安装结构,密封都是装在与进出水段或泵体相配合的泵盖上,即位于叶轮的背面部位。密封处于进出水段或泵体的压出室高压区。其不足之处:一是密封需承受叶轮所产生的高压,使密封所承受的比压增大,使用寿命缩短。二是密封的使用工况受到限制,不能用于高压结构或超高压结构。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术的缺点,而提供一种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,主要包括进出水段,所述进出水段的吸入室和压出室由内外二个同心圆构成,内圆腔体作为吸入室,外圆腔体作为压出室,其中吸入室通过封闭的流道与进口管相连通,而压出室则直接与出口管连接;泵轴的一端从吸入室穿过与电机轴相连接,另一端与叶轮连接;泵轴与吸入室的连接处设有密封装置。
本发明有益的效果是:从根本上解决了背景技术中存在的机械密封位于高压区内、需承受叶轮所产生的全部压力的问题。从而降低了对密封承受高压的结构要求,提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和2所示,这种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,主要包括进出水段2,所述进出水段2的吸入室3和压出室6由设置在同一平面上的内外二个同心圆构成,内圆腔体作为吸入室3,外圆腔体作为压出室6,其中吸入室3通过封闭的流道与进口管1相连通,而压出室6则直接与出口管7连接;泵轴5的一端从吸入室的中心3穿过与电机轴相连接,另一端与叶轮8连接;泵轴5与吸入室3的连接处设有密封装置4。
安装过程:图1的上边为电机侧,下边为泵内过流零件侧,把进出水段2安装在电机支架上,然后安装叶轮8和导叶等水力部件。再把机械密封装置4从进出水段2的背面、电机支架处装入泵轴5,泵轴5与电机轴采用联轴器连接。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1、一种带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,包括吸入室(3)和压出室(6),其特征是:所述进出水段(2)的吸入室(3)和压出室(6)由内外二个同心圆构成,内圆腔体作为吸入室(3),外圆腔体作为压出室(6),其中吸入室(3)通过封闭的流道与进口管(1)相连通,而压出室(6)则直接与出口管(7)连接;泵轴(5)的一端从吸入室(3)穿过与电机轴相连接,另一端与叶轮(8)连接;泵轴(5)与吸入室(3)的连接处设有密封装置(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,其特征是:所述的吸入室(3)和压出室(6)设置在同一平面上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,其特征是:所述的泵轴(5)从吸入室(3)的中心穿过。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带便拆式机械密封结构的泵进出水段,其特征是:所述进出水段(2)安装在电机支架上。
