Abstract

技术领域
[01]本发明涉及一种机械化牙科器械,尤其是牙病内科疗法器械。
背景技术
[02]一般来说,机械化牙科器械由一工作部分和一柄构成,所述柄布置在与所述工作部分相对的端部。牙科器械的所述柄配有一转动驱动装置,其直接与位于一手持件头部上游的一转动驱动装置啮合在手持件头部上的安装位置,例如尤其是如本申请人提交的FR 2 759 574所述。
[03]这种牙科器械一般局部地用塑料在工作部分上用复层模制而成。这种实施方法的主要缺陷是,在大力矩作用下,齿轮齿的阻力会引起所述齿折断或者过早磨损。
发明内容

[05]为此,本发明涉及一种机械化牙科器械,其由一工作部分和一柄组成,所述柄布置在与所述工作部分相对的端部,牙科器械的所述柄配有一第一转动驱动装置,其在一手持件头部上的安装位置能够直接与位于所述手持件头部上游的一第二转动驱动装置啮合,其特征在于,所述第一转动驱动装置由一扁平金属构件形成,所述扁平金属构件嵌装在所述工作部分的轴上而导致与所述轴相连,所述金属构件具有至少一开口,其成形为在所述轴上用复层模制阶段,可以使形成柄的塑料流通,从而确保所述第一驱动装置转动地连接在轴上,所述开口由实施在所述工作部分的轴上的扁平部和所述第一转动驱动装置的中央孔相结合形成。
[06]根据一实施例,所述开口形成为,布置在工作部分的轴上的扁平部与驱动装置的中央孔相配合,可以使轴穿过所述中央孔。

具体实施方式
[15]图1示出牙病内科疗法机械化牙科器械1。这种器械通常由一工作部分2和一柄3构成,所述柄3布置在与所述工作部分2相对的端部,其在下文中指“轴”2a。
[16]牙科器械1的所述柄3配有一齿轮式转动驱动装置4,其在手持件头部上的安装位置直接与位于一手持件头部上游的一转动驱动装置啮合。

[19]根据图2所示的一实施例,工作部分2的轴2a具有扁平部6,因此,在金属构件定位以后,可以用复层模制所述柄,使塑料包含穿过开口5的扁平部6,从而确保转动连接。
[20]应该指出,金属部分4最好由一平片件形成,然后冲切齿,形成驱动装置,从而确保相对于传统解决方案降低成本,如图3所示。
[21]此外,必须由一圆锥齿轮副确保转动驱动时,齿轮齿变形为相对于其心部增高或降低。
[22]根据图4所示的本发明第二实施例,工作部分2即牙科工具穿过牙科器械1的柄3。
[23]图5和6示出牙科器械1的实施例,示出柄3上部处一凸起7。所述凸起在两侧围绕驱动装置的金属构件4,如图5所示,或者仅仅在其下部围绕金属构件4,如图6所示。这种凸起确保引受作用力和/或电流。

Claims (6)
1.机械化牙科器械,其由一工作部分(2)和一柄(3)组成,所述柄布置在与所述工作部分相对的端部,
所述牙科器械的所述柄(3)配有一第一转动驱动装置(4),所述第一转动驱动装置(4)在一手持件的头部上的安装位置能够直接与位于所述手持件头部上游的一第二转动驱动装置啮合,
其特征在于,所述第一转动驱动装置(4)由一扁平金属构件形成,所述扁平金属构件嵌装在所述工作部分(2)的轴(2a)上而导致与所述轴(2a)相连,
所述金属构件具有至少一开口(5),所述开口(5)构造成:在所述轴(2a)上的复层模制阶段,允许形成所述柄(3)的塑料材料流通,且从而确保所述第一转动驱动装置转动地连接在所述轴(2a)上,
所述开口(5)由实施在所述工作部分(2)的轴(2a)上的扁平部(6)和所述第一转动驱动装置(4)的中央孔相结合形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述第一转动驱动装置(4)从一平片件形成,其齿通过切割、然后在需要时弯曲而成。
3.根据前述权利要求1所述的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述工作部分(2)从这端到那端地穿过所述柄(3)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述柄(3)上部的凸起(7)引受一电流。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机械化牙科器械,其特征在于,所述柄(3)上部的凸起(7)引受一作用力。
