Abstract
本发明涉及一种水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置。根据现有的水产养殖池塘水体不流动,水质恶化,且产量低,效益差,其废水不容易收集、净化、处理,污染环境造成,破坏生态平衡的缺点。本发明在养殖池外围设置净化池,用进排水装置把养殖池及净化池连接起来。提供一种节约能源,增效增产,形成完美的生物链,适用范围广泛,实现了可持续发展及最大的经济效益,实现养殖废水的零排放,无污染,可持续发展的的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置。

水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置

本发明涉及一种水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置。 背景技术
现有的水产养殖池塘为一塘死水,水体不流动,水质易于恶化,且产量低,效 益差,如果增设增氧机,池塘需限定形状,水在机械作用下能运动,但养殖的废水 不容易收集、净化、处理,易对环境造成污染,不利于可持续发展及生态平衡。 发明内容
本发明针对上述的不足,提供一种不受池塘形状限制,实现养殖废水的零排放, 无污染,可持续发展的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置。
在养殖池外围设置净化池,用进排水装置把养殖池及净化池连接起来,进排水 装置由沉淀池连接集水井,集水井通过水泵连接集流槽,集流槽通过射流管连接养 殖池,排水装置由产品污物排出管连接防逃池,通过栏网栅进入产品收获池,净化 池通过栏网栅连接沉淀池。
为了更好的效果,养殖池设置为2个以上,以多排或单排排形式排列。 在净化池内位于养殖池中心线与池壁之间设置水位控制闸。 在净化池内设置分隔网。 在沉淀池底部设置阀门。
本发明的优点在于:1、水体流动不受池塘形状限制,适用于任何形状的池塘, 因地制宜,普通池塘改造容易;2、本发明的水体流动的控制中心是水泵,能使整 个不同形状的池塘含净化池及养殖池各处均产生相应适宜长久的流动,养殖生态环 境大为改善,增加池水的溶解氧,能有效地消除池水上下层之间温度、盐度、PH、 溶解氧的"分层"现象。水产动物不易生病,生长快速,产品的质量和数量大幅度 提高,传统的养殖方法是无法达到此效果的;3节约能源, 一台水泵替代了多台增
氧机,节约了能源,降低了成本,且养殖产量高;4、在净化池内根据需要及养殖
优化原则,前段种植蔬菜花果,放养水生漂浮植物,中部投放杂食性水生动物,末
段培育水产苗种等,使每个区域既是生产区,又是净化区,达到增效增产的目的;5、通过层层净化,沉淀池底排出污泥入沼气池生产沼气,沼渣作有机肥料,沼气作 能源,无污染,使整个设置形成一个完美的生物链,实现了可持续发展及最大的经 济效益。6、适用范围广泛,沿海及内陆养殖环境均可。 附图说明

参见所有图,沉淀池50的水入集水井60经水泵11提升至集流槽70过进水闸 12入射流管71向养殖池IO冲水,由于水位差的重(冲)力作用,使池水定向环 流不息。污物和残饵便自动汇集于池中心,由产品、污物排出管15排入防逃池80, 若养殖池IO水生动物流入此池,即用捞网捞入养殖池即可。产品、污物过栏网栅 14入产品收获池90,关闭本级闸门12和13,打开栏网栅,在产品收获池90用移 动式轴流泵抽提池水,即可在此收获产品,池水抽尽,产品收完。此时,其余两级 或多级池的水体流动均不受任何影响。
见图l,养殖池设置为单排三个,池水的流动是多级串联的,净化池被分隔网 43分成三段,前段水面用泡沫板,无土栽培蔬菜花果等,中段水面放养水生漂浮 植物,如水葫芦,水花生、浮萍等,前段和中段放养少量底层杂食性水生动物,如 斑点叉尾鮰、罗非鱼、鲫鱼、福寿螺等。末段水中置小网箱培育水产苗种,连续不 断为养殖池10提供优质种源,多茬养殖。末段的水流过栏网栅14入沉淀池50。 如此周而复始,循环反复。在养殖池内设置水位控制闸16,水位控制闸16起双重 作用:打开部分闸门,水从闸底流过,由于下口小冲力大,可冲走污泥,关闭闸门, 水从上口溢流,保持前池水位。每级控制闸16均保持适宜的水位差。沉淀池50底 部污泥由阀门12控制,从排污管51排入沼气池生产沼气或直接用作农田肥料。
若是沿陆地特大养殖池塘,可根据图1作两路布置,形成环形流水。
Claims (5)
1、一种水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置,包括养殖池(10),其特征在于:在养殖池(10)外围设置净化池(40),用进排水装置把养殖池(10)及净化池(40)连接起来,进排水装置由沉淀池(50)连接集水井(60),集水井(60)通过水泵(11)连接集流槽(70),集流槽(70)通过射流管(71)连接养殖池(10),排水装置由产品污物排出管(15)连接防逃池(80),产品、污物通过栏网栅(14)进入产品收获池(90),净化池(40)通过栏网栅(14)连接沉淀池(50)。
2、 如权利要求1所述的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置,其特征在于:养殖池 (10)设置为2个以上,以多排或单排排形式排列。
3、 如权利要求2所述的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置,其特征在于:在净化 池(40)内位于养殖池(10)中心线与池壁之间设置水位控制闸(16)。
4、 如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置,其特征在于: 在净化池(40)内设置分隔网(")。
5、 如权利要求1所述的水产养殖池塘生态循环流水装置,其特征在于:在沉 淀池(50)底部设置阀门(12)。
