Abstract

本发明涉及可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区,其特征在于:它由具有按钮功能的键区、上述键区的下端两侧以针状向下突起并其中间相水平连接的弹性维持部、固定在上述弹性维持部并其下端面向下延长形成半圆形状的接触部、具有与上述接触部接触的多个切尖点并配置在PCB上面的金属区构成。本发明它因使用者手指的压力不同而使键区和金属区之间可多端接触并具有快捷而缜密的操作性,适用于如游戏手机等的对键区特性要求特别高的移动通讯终端,以快或慢、短或长等多种按键方式使按钮操作缜密而多样化,并起到使具有动作游戏或多媒体功能的移动通讯终端的使用环境极大化的作用。

可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区
技术领域
本发明涉及的是移动通讯终端专用键区,尤其是涉及因使用者手指的压力不同而使键区和金属区之间可多端接触并具有快捷而缜密的操作性的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区。
背景技术
通常,功能转换键区(Key Switch Pad)使用在电话机,为输入文字与符号或通过操作产生电子信号而使用的主要部件。
功能转换键区配置在印刷电路板(PCB)上的圆顶薄板(Dome Sheet)(通常以金属弹片形成)上部,功能转换键区按下圆顶薄片使其变形,因此与PCB通电部间断接触并处在开/关的状态,从而把电子信号发送到移动站调制解调器(MSM),使用户使用游戏或选择各种菜单以及其它内容。
例如,如图1所示,按下键端10时,其底面形成的突起12接触圆顶薄片14和PCB上的切点16,从而产生呼出信号。
但是,上述现有的大部分功能转换键区仅仅局限在于通过开/关功能产生呼出信号,因此,在终端上通过具有这种结构的功能转换键区玩游戏时,在需要调节强/弱或光标移动的快/慢,或甚至需要更缜密调整的情况下,就无法作出快捷的反应,从而其操作具有局限性。
如上所述,已有的基于圆顶薄片结构的功能转换键区,其特征在于只表示连接或未连接的状态,因此,体现缜密的操作时,如模拟积动作,具有相当的困难。
发明内容
本发明的研究目的在于克服上述现有技术的技术局限性,即提供一种可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区,使输入命令或进行操作的键区部与圆顶薄片之间的接触部以其物理特性改变接触部位,根据其接触部与PCB上的金属区接触的状态产生多种电子信号,从而使模拟积动作的体现成为可能。
为解决上述技术课题,本发明提供一种可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区,其特征在于:它由具有按钮功能的键区、上述键区的下端两侧以针状向下突起并其中间相互水平连接的弹性维持部、固定在上述弹性维持部并其下端面向下延长形成半圆形状的接触部、具有与上述接触部接触的多个切尖点并配置在PCB上面的金属区构成。
如上所述,本发明适用于如游戏手机等的对键区特性要求特别高的移动通讯终端,以快或慢、短或长等多种按键方式使按钮操作缜密而多样化,并起到使具有动作游戏或多媒体功能的移动通讯终端的使用环境极大化的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步详细说明本发明。
图2是本发明的功能转换键区的示意分解截面图,图3是本发明的功能转换键区的示意动作状态图。
如图所示,键区100受到使用者手指的下压力,其下端面形成具有大约三角形形状截面的两个弹性维持部110以平面相连接,连接在上述弹性维持部110的面上且形成向下突起的接触部120。
此时,为给使用者带来点击的感觉,上述弹性维持部110以具有相当弹性的胶料形成为宜,特别是其下端设成针状使对应下压力的弹性恢复力成比例为宜。
另外,上述接触部120其下端截面为半圆状,使用含有碳成分的材料或添加传导性的材料或完全以传导性材料使其具有伸缩性为宜。
此外,随着上述键区100的键入,与上述接触部120接触的PCB(300)形成多数切点(未图示),根据其切点的接触状态各产生不同的呼出信号,其PCB(300)上面设置金属区200。
上述金属区200具有对应于上述PCB(300)上多数切点的多个切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)。上述切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)以圆中心为基准具有其直径逐渐变大的同心圆形状为宜。根据上述接触部120的被压状态,上述金属区200的切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)选择性接触上述PCB(300)上的切点并各产生不同的信号。
下面结合图3说明本发明的动作关系。
图3的(a)是使用者强有力地按下键区100时的示意图。强的下压力导致弹性维持部110的剧烈变形,与此同时形成强的弹性恢复力。
而且,这样的强压力提供快速的恢复力,因此接触部120在很短的时间内接触PCB(300)上的金属区(200),特别是图2中说明的多数切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)。
因此,为处理短时间内快速移动或动作游戏中的快捷动作,此操作使PCB(300)上的切点与控制部连接。
另外,切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)可以根据其接触的部位和数量设定其动作特性,当然,也可以根据接触时间设定其动作特性。
图3的(b)是使用者以较小的力按下键区100时的示意图。弱的下压力不能导致弹性维持部110的剧烈变形,同时其弹性恢复力也小。这时,接触部120与PCB(300)上的金属区200能维持长时间的接触状态。
当然,接触的是图2中说明的多数切尖点(210a,210b,210c,210d)中其一部分。
因此,这样的操作可在需要长时间维持的操作或动作时适当地设定,适合于多种形态的游戏或内容。

Claims (2)

1、一种可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区,其特征在于,包括:具有按钮功能的键区,上述键区的下端两侧以针状向下突起并其中间相互水平连接的弹性维持部,固定在与上述弹胜维持部并其下端面向下延长形成半圆形状的接触部;具有与上述接触部接触的多个切尖点并配置在印刷电路板上面的金属区,上述金属区的切尖点以相同的中心为基准形成其直径逐渐变大的同心圆形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可多端操作的移动通讯终端专用功能转换键区,其特征在于:上述接触部以 添加传导性物质或传导性材料具有伸缩性。
