Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机的排气门机构,其中所述内燃机在每个内燃机气缸中具有至少一个排气门,所述机构包括主摇臂和次摇臂,其中所述主摇臂,用于每个气缸,其安装在摇臂轴上,通过具有用于每个摇臂的凸轮元件的凸轮轴的驱动而用于排气门的正常操作,所述次摇臂设置在主摇臂上且安装在摇臂轴上,用于激活排气制动功能,所述激活是通过施加液压到活塞气缸上而实现,所述活塞气缸作用在两个摇臂之间且通过凸轮轴的凸轮元件中之一的元件的作用而产生动作。
背景技术
根据前述的气门机构,例如,已在国际申请WO03/031778中被在先披露,其可与特殊类型的凸轮轴一起使用,以提高内燃机的制动效果,其中所述凸轮轴具有排气凸轮,而所述排气凸轮具有额外的凸轮凸角。例如,能够使用更高的气门升程高度,其在内燃机制动时在气缸内提供更有效的气体交换。该气门机构还能承受更大的力,这意味着可在排气门上施加更高的压差,从而使得在制动效果方面显著增加。
当将前述公开的气门机构的排气门开启,用于主要提升(正常内燃机功能)时,该功能只由主摇臂来实现。在该顺序过程中,次摇臂可位于两个外端位置之间的任何所希望的位置上,其可处于一个极端的位置上以靠在它的凸轮元件上,并且可处于另一极端位置处以伴随主摇臂。该间隔角约为10℃,当次摇臂或抵靠其凸轮元件或抵靠主摇臂时,可对气门机构产生不希望的磨损或损害。另一个问题是次摇臂在有效内燃机制动时受到单向负载,这减少了其支承点处的油膜厚度,同样,这也能够造成磨损。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是对前述内容所示出的气门机构进行改进,从而可避免上述提到的问题。
根据本发明,为实现该目的,提供了一种用于内燃机的排气门机构,所述内燃机在每个内燃机气缸中具有至少一个排气门,所述机构包括主摇臂和次摇臂,其中用于每个气缸的所述主摇臂安装在摇臂轴上,通过具有用于每个摇臂的凸轮元件的凸轮轴的驱动而用于排气门的正常操作,所述次摇臂设置在所述主摇臂上且安装在所述摇臂轴上,用于激活排气制动功能,所述激活是通过向活塞气缸施加液压来实现的,所述激活作用在所述主摇臂和次摇臂之间且通过所述凸轮轴的其中一个所述凸轮元件的作用而产生,其中弹簧装置如此设置从而通过以下方式在内燃机上的固定点和所述次摇臂之间起作用,所述方式为所述次摇臂在弹簧力的作用下与凸轮元件之一相接合,其特征在于,所述弹簧装置在位于次摇臂的支承轴和次摇臂与凸轮元件之一的接触点之间的位置处作用在所述次摇臂上。即如此布置一种弹簧装置,使其以如下方式作用在内燃机的固定点和次摇臂之间,即,使次摇臂可在弹簧力的作用下与凸轮轴的凸轮元件相接合。
根据本发明,避免了在正常内燃机工作过程中次摇臂产生不希望的运动。同样,通过简单装置可增加在次摇臂支承点处的油膜厚度。

具体实施方式
图1示意地示出了用于操作内燃机11内的排气门的气门机构10。机构10相应于国际申请WO03/031778中图2至图4中所示出的机构,该机构包括主摇臂12,所述主摇臂12以能在摇臂轴13上摇摆的方式安装。凸轮推杆滚柱14可旋转地安装在主摇臂12的一个端部上。凸轮推杆滚柱14与凸轮轴16上示意示出的凸轮元件15相接合。凸轮元件15的基圆用“a”标示且其顶部半径用“b”标示。在机构的端部17处,主摇臂12由双动活塞气缸装置18操纵,其中所述端部17与具有凸轮推杆滚柱14的端部相对,所述双动活塞气缸装置18包括形成在摇臂的端部17上的两个气缸空间19(示出其中一个的竖直截面),所述两个气缸空间19具有容纳在气缸空间内的各自的活塞20、21。
活塞20设置有活塞销22,所述活塞销22具有伸入到轭架24的导向件23内的球形端。在操作过程中,轭架24在示意性所代表的气门弹簧26的作用下压靠在两个排气门杆25上。将活塞21设置成在相反方向上动作,且活塞21设置有容纳调节螺钉28的球形端的导向件27,所述调节螺钉28安装在次摇臂29的一个端部上,对于次摇臂的简要描述,将在下面加以说明。对于更详细的描述,所作的参考是前面所提到的文件WO03/031778的内容。
除了气门弹簧25外,还存在另一个弹簧30,其目的在于将轭架24保持在位,从而使得在此类气门机构中通常存在的自由间隙产生于轴25的端部和轭架24的下侧之间。
次摇臂29安装在摇臂轴13上。凸轮推杆滚柱31可旋转地安装在次摇臂29上与调节螺钉28相对的端部上。凸轮推杆滚柱31与凸轮轴16上示意示出的凸轮元件32相接合。凸轮元件32的基圆用“c”标示,且其顶部半径用“d”标示。
在内燃机正常操作过程中,活塞20、21位于其止端位置。过渡到制动操作是由于气门关闭,且在与气缸空间19相通的液压回路中的压力增大。因此,图中所示的活塞20向下移动,用于将气门自由间隙调节到零,同时,图中所示的活塞21向上移动到上端位置并抵靠在气缸空间19的示出截面内的止动环上。现在,凸轮元件32上的凸轮凸角就可以通过次摇臂激活主摇臂,从而依照以前所公开的制动操作的技术激活排气门。
为了防止次摇臂29在当其不起作用时仍以非受控方式移动,所以将绕成螺旋状的压缩弹簧33安装在根据图1的内燃机内的固定点34处。所述弹簧在介于其支承轴和凸轮推杆滚柱31与凸轮元件32的接触点之间的大致中间位置处作用在次摇臂29上,从而所述摇臂包括在其不起作用的状态中在弹簧力的作用下与凸轮元件相接触。因凸轮轴的旋转,次摇臂29通过凸轮元件32受到来自下方的交替负载,且通过压缩弹簧33受到相反方向上的交替负载,所以所述摇臂轴承将受到反向的负载,所述反向负载使在次摇臂的轴套和摇臂轴之间的油膜增加。这意味着机构磨损可显著地被减小。
图2示出了本发明的另一个形式,其中,绕成螺旋状的压缩弹簧由板簧35所替代,所述板簧35利用螺钉36固定在内燃机上。原则上,板簧35与次摇臂相接合点与卷簧33的情形相同。
本发明不应被认为受到上述实施例的限制,而是许多可能的另外的变化和修改均在后附的专利权利要求的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于内燃机(11)的排气门机构,所述内燃机在每个内燃机气缸中具有至少一个排气门,所述机构(10)包括主摇臂(12)和次摇臂(29),其中用于每个气缸的所述主摇臂(12)安装在摇臂轴(13)上,通过具有用于每个摇臂的凸轮元件(15,32)的凸轮轴(16)的驱动而用于排气门的正常操作,所述次摇臂(29)设置在所述主摇臂上且安装在所述摇臂轴上,用于激活排气制动功能,所述激活是通过向活塞气缸(19-21)施加液压来实现的,所述激活作用在所述主摇臂和所述次摇臂之间且通过所述凸轮轴的其中一个所述凸轮元件(32)的作用而产生,其中弹簧装置(33;35)如此设置从而通过以下方式在内燃机上的固定点(34)和所述次摇臂(29)之间起作用,所述方式为所述次摇臂(29)在弹簧力的作用下与凸轮元件之一(32)相接合,其特征在于,所述弹簧装置(33;35)在位于次摇臂的支承轴和次摇臂与凸轮元件之一(32)的接触点之间的位置处作用在所述次摇臂(29)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的排气门机构,其特征在于,所述弹簧装置(33;35)在介于所述支承轴和所述接触点之间的大致中间位置处作用在所述次摇臂(29)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的排气门机构,其特征在于,所述接触点包括凸轮推杆滚柱(31)。
