一种有害废气的净化方法及其专用装置技术领域本发明是用于除去气流中含有的醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯等有机物的净化方法和 相关处理装置技术领域。背景技术含醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯等有机废气,产生于化学、制药、喷漆、污水处理站等 各种生产过程。这些污染物不仅对人体有害,有些还是致癌物质,而且大量排放还对局 部区域环境产生了严重的影响。但是由于这些气体或具有化学结构较稳定,不易降解的 特点,或阈值较低,给净化处理带来很大的困难。一般地,釆用吸收法是去除醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯等低浓度水溶性有机物的主要 方法之一,但此方法的主要问题是吸收容量有限,吸收液容易饱和。吸收后的溶液须进 一步处理,如果直接送回废水池,被吸收处理后的产物又会挥发出来,将会导致二次污 染的产生。如何在提高吸收效率的同时,又避免二次污染物的产生是该技术工业应用过 程中急需解决的问题。处理有机废气的其他方法有冷凝法、燃烧法(包括催化燃烧法)和吸附法等。但 上述方法都有各自无法避免的缺点,其中冷凝法主要用于高浓度有机物的去除;燃烧法 (包括催化燃烧法)能有效地分解有害气体,但系统对运行条件要求较高, 一般要求在 20(TC以上运行、投资和运转费高。特别是对含硫和含氯的废气,易造成催化剂中毒; 吸附法对低浓度的有机污染物脱除效率较高,但吸附剂需再生,无法达到分解有害气体 的目的,常需和燃烧法等方法连用,另外处理大气量时吸附剂用量大,体积庞大。发明内容本发明所要解决的首要技术问题是针对现有背景技术而提供一种有害废气的净化 方法,它是采用吸收结合电催化氧化的方法,用于从气流中除去醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或 酯有害气态污染物,将这些气态污染物转化为化学稳定的物质,并使吸收液得到再生, 恢复吸收能力,从而达到气体净化和避免二次污染产生目的。本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种在上述方法中使用的结构合理简单、容易操作使用、处理效率高的专用装置。本发明解决上述首要技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种有害废气的净化方法,其 特征在于是把待处理含醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯有机物有害气体的气体导入吸收塔,其 中有害气体被吸收液吸收后进入电催化氧化反应器,在电催化氧化反应器内对吸收液进 行电催化氧化反应,使吸收产物进一步氧化转化为化学稳定的物质,使吸收液得到再生, 恢复吸收能力,处理过的气体得到净化;所述的吸收液是循环使用;所述的吸收塔的下 部还通过旁通管和阀门与电催化氧化反应器的顶部连通。有益的是,上述的吸收与电催化氧化是一连续过程的两个操作单元步骤,吸收液是 循环使用。吸收液经循环泵打回吸收塔循环使用,从而提高了吸收效率,达到气体净化 的目的,同时也避免了二次污染的产生。 主要的电化学反应过程如下: H20 ——► HO +H++e-2H++02+2e——► H202 2H202 ——► 2H02. +2H++e-CmHnOiSxCly + (4m+8x+n-21)OH • ——► mC02+(2ra+4x+n-l)H20+xS042-+ yCl-CmHnOiSxCly + (2m+4x+n/2-l)H202 ——►mCO- (2m+4x+n-l)H20+ xSO, + yCl.本发明采用的吸收装置为通用的气液吸收设备如喷淋塔、填料塔、旋流板塔或筛板 塔等,吸收液一般为氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液,质量百分比浓度一般为0.5—30%。本发明的电催化氧化反应器的结构一般为长方型,电极形状一般为网状或板状电 极,阳极材料为通常的钛基带有金属氧化物涂层如Ir02、 Ru02、 Pb02或Sn02等,这几种阳极材料的实际使用效果大体相当,阴极材料为钛或钢质材料。有关电极材料可参看冯玉 杰等编《电化学在环境工程中的应用》(化学工业出版社,2002)。电催化氧化反应器的 供电方式包括直流和脉冲,直流供电电压一般为O. 5-30V,脉冲供电电压一般为O. 5-40V, 脉冲重复频率一般为20-2000Hz,电流密度50- 300A/m2。电极板间距一般为1-30厘米, 电极板间距越宽,槽电压越高。本发明中的有害气体为含醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯有机物的几种或任意组合起来的 气体。本发明解决上述另一个技术问题所釆用的技术方案为: 一种上述有害废气的净化方 法中的专用装置,其特征在于吸收塔与电催化氧化反应器组成连续操作的废气处理装 置。有益的是,所述的吸收塔下部设置有进气口,吸收塔的顶部设置有出气口,吸收塔 的底部装有循环槽,循环槽的下部出液口通过循环泵、管道和阀门与吸收塔顶部中的进 液口相连接,吸收塔的下部还通过回液管与电催化氧化反应器的顶部连通,电催化氧化反应器下部的连通管接到吸收塔底部的循环槽,电催化氧化反应器下部还设置有排液口 和阀门,该装置容易安装使用,操作方便,处理效率高。所述的吸收塔的下部还通过旁 通管和阀门与电催化氧化反应器的顶部连通。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用气液吸收和电催化氧化相结合的方式, 使醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯等有机物被循环吸收液吸收后,在电催化氧化反应器内,使 吸收产物进一步氧化转化为化学稳定的物质,使吸收液得到再生,防止了可逆反应和二 次污染的产生,提高了吸收效率,从而达到气体净化的目的,而专用装置结构合理简单、 容易操作使用、处理效率高。附图说明图1为专用装置吸收一电催化氧化系统结构示意图; 图2A为电催化氧化反应器的结构示意图; 图2B为图2A的A-A截面图; 图3A为电催化氧化反应器的结构示意图。 图3B为图3A的A-A截面图。具体实施方式以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。本发明所述的吸收一电催化氧化系统结构示意图如图1所示。其中标号:1循环泵; 2循环槽;3液位计;4力卩液口; 5进气口 ; 6吸收塔;7吸收塔进液口; 8净化气出气口; 9旁通管;10回液管;ll电催化氧化反应器;12连通管;13排液口。该专用装置结构是吸收塔6下部设置有进气口 5,吸收塔的顶部设置有出气口 8, 吸收塔6的底部装有循环槽2,循环槽2的下部出液口通过循环泵1、管道和阀门与吸 收塔6顶部中的进液口 7相连接,吸收塔6的下部还通过回液管10与电催化氧化反应 器11的顶部连通,电催化氧化反应器11下部的连通管12接到吸收塔底部的循环槽2, 电催化氧化反应器11下部还设置有排液口 13和阀门。吸收塔6的下部还通过旁通管9和阀门与电催化氧化反应器11的顶部连通。处理工艺流程是待处理废气由进气口 5进入吸收塔6内与喷淋液接触,进行吸收反 应,处理后的废气从塔顶出气口 8排出。吸收液通过塔底部的回液管10进入电催化氧 化反应器11进行电化学反应,然后通过连通管12进入循环槽2后,经循环泵1打回吸 收塔。本发明所述的电催化氧化反应器的结构示意图如图2和3所示,其中图2为网状电极 电催化反应器,由多组电极单元叠加组成。其部件标号为:T 出液管;2,网状电极板;3'电极接线柱;4'进液管;5'旁通管;6'排液口。图3为板状电极电催化反应器结构,由多组平板电极单元组成。其部件标号为:1"出液管;2"电极接线柱; 3"进液管;4"旁通管;5"、 7"电极板;6"水流分布板;8"排液口。 下面结合具体实施例对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。实施例l:实验装置系统流程如图l所示,电催化氧化反应器采用图2所示。反应器结构尺寸为400画X400mmX1200腿,由6组网状电极单元叠加组成,极板间距离为 50咖。网状阳极材料为Ru02/Ti,网状阴极材料为不锈钢材料。电极网尺寸均为380mm X380咖,厚3腿,电极网孔均为5咖X5mm。吸收塔为填料塔,塔径为①500咖,填料层 高度为2500mm。模拟废气由塔底部进气口通入,经过吸收反应区后,由上部排出。实验条件为:电源参数:直流电压10V,电流60A气体流量:500m7h,气体温度:25'C循环泵流量:10m7h,氢氧化钠溶液,浓度2%实验结果如表l所示。 表l有害物去除效果有害物 进口浓度 (mg/ra3) 出口浓度 (mg/m3) 去除率 (%) <table>table see original document page 6</column></row>

Claims (8)
1. 一种有害废气的净化方法,其特征在于是把待处理含醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或酯有机物有害气体的气体导入吸收塔,其中有害气体被吸收液吸收后进入电催化氧化反应器,在电催化氧化反应器内对吸收液进行电催化氧化反应,使吸收产物进一步氧化转化为化学稳定的物质,使吸收液得到再生,恢复吸收能力,处理过的气体得到净化;所述的吸收液是循环使用;所述的吸收塔的下部还通过旁通管和阀门与电催化氧化反应器的顶部连通。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的净化方法,其特征在于所述的吸收与电催化氧化是一连续 过程的两个操作单元步骤。
3、 根据权利要求2所述的净化方法,其特征在于所述的吸收塔的吸收液采用碱性 溶液氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液,质量百分比浓度为0. 5-30%。
4、 根据权利要求3所述的净化方法,其特征在于所述的吸收塔为通用的气液吸收设 备喷淋塔、填料塔、旋流板塔或筛板塔。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在所述的电催化氧化反应器的固定电极为丝网 状或板状电极,阳极材料为钛基带有金属氧化物涂层,金属氧化物为Ir02、 Ru02、 Pb02 或Sn02,阴极材料为钛或钢质材料。
6、 根据权利要求5所述.的方法,其特征在于所述的电催化氧化反应器的供电方式包括 直流和脉冲。
7、 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于所述的有害气体含醇、醚、醛、酚、酮或 酯有机物的几种。
8、 一种权利要求l有害废气的净化方法中的专用装置,其特征在于吸收塔与电催化氧 化反应器组成连续操作的废气处理装置,所述的吸收塔下部设置有进气口,吸收塔的顶 部设置有出气口,吸收塔的底部装有循环槽,循环槽的下部出液口通过循环泵、管道和 阀门与吸收塔顶部中的进液口相连接,吸收塔的下部还通过回液管与电催化氧化反应器的顶部连通,电催化氧化反应器下部的连通管接到吸收塔底部的循环槽,电催化氧化反 应器下部还设置有排液口和阀门;所述的吸收塔的下部还通过旁通管和阀门与电催化氧 化反应器的顶部连通。
