电厂湿法烟气脱硫控制方法—、 技术领域本发明涉及一种电厂湿法(湿式)烟气脱硫(FGD)自动控制方法,具体地说是一种 电厂湿法烟气脱硫装置进行自动化控制的方法。 一、 背景技术我国是一个以煤炭为主要能源的国家,煤炭在我国一次能源的生产和消耗中, 一直 占70%以上。随着国民经济的发展,我国煤炭消耗量逐年增加。而我国大多数电厂燃用高 硫煤,每年向大气中排放的S0a高达1700-1800万吨,是导致我国二氧化硫排放量逐年增 加的主要原因之一,国际上早在八十年代就开始开发火电,厂锅炉脱硫控制技术,各国投 入实用的成熟的烟气脱硫(FGD)技术不下几十种,主要分为湿法、干法、半干法等几大 类。湿式烟气脱硫技术是火电厂釆用的脱硫主fO:艺,占脱硫装置总容量的90%以上。湿 式石灰石烟气脱硫工艺具有脱硫效率高,吸收剂利用率高,对煤种适应性强,尤其适用 于高硫煤,工艺成熟,运行可靠性高等优势。根据国家环境保护总局、国家经贸委、科学技术部环发(2002) 26号文,200MW以 上大容量机组及燃煤含硫量大于1.5%的机组建设烟气脱硫装置时,宜优先考虑采用湿式 石灰石一石膏工艺,脱硫效率应保证在90%以上。因此,我国大容量发电机组和高硫煤地 区,湿式石灰石烟气脱硫技术将是目前和今后的主导脱硫工艺。国内现阶段应用的湿式 石灰石烟气脱硫技术,皆为国外引进技术,目前还没有国内拥有自主知识产权的烟气脱 硫技术应用于200MW以上大型机组烟气脱硫装置及适合中国煤种质量变化范围大进行脱 硫的控制方法。现有的湿式石灰石烟气脱硫技术由吸收剂制备系统、烟气系统、吸收氧化系统、石 裔脱水及废水处理系统等部分组成。湿式石灰石烟气脱硫时:烟气从烟气进口、经除尘 器和锅炉引风机后的烟道引出,经增压风机和烟气换热器从塔下部进入吸收塔内,喷淋 器的吸收浆液与烟气逆流接触混合,烟气中的SOs与浆液中的碳酸钙以及鼓入的氧化空气 进行化学反应被脱除,最终反应产物为石裔。脱硫后的烟气经除雾器除去带出的细小液 滴,经烟气换热器加热升温后排入烟囱。吸收烟气后成为脱硫石膏浆,脱硫石膏浆经脱 水装置脱水后回收。脱硫石裔浆脱水稀浆可经返回入口可以能降低物料的消耗。现有对 控制湿式石灰石烟气脱硫时基本是一种引进的控制方法和运行软件。因此,用于200MW以上大型机组烟气脱硫进行脱硫的控制是极为重要的任务。三、发明内容本发明的目的是:提供一种对电厂湿式烟气脱硫(FGD)装置进行自动化控制的方法。 该方法可以使火电厂烟气脱硫装置从监测到控制全部实现自动化,关键的工艺控制有自身的特点,能根据各个工况进行自动优化,是一种适应中国煤种质量变化范围大而进行的脱硫控制,使FGD系统处于最佳运行状态,提高F(;D系统的利用率和安全性,降低运 行成本。全面提高了烟气脱硫装置的运行管理水平。本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:根据湿法烟气脱硫系统存在多变量、 大惯性、大滞后的特点,将整个湿法烟气脱硫系统按工艺分成若干子系统,在对各子系 统进行自动化控制的同时,再将若干子系统进行有机地结合,最终实现对整个烟气脱硫 系统自动化控制的目的。电厂湿法烟气脱硫控制方法:1)、烟气系统控制包括"FGD投入允许","烟气系统故障","F(;I)保护动作"三歩措施,2) 、吸收塔控制O).SO.,脱除效率的控制 ,调整吸收塔循环泵的运行台数来调整吸收塔循环浆液量,控制液气比在一定的范围 内,液气比变化,吸收塔脱硫效率也迅速跟着变化;通过得出进口烟气量及出口SO:浓度 和循泵运行数量的关系曲线,将此关系输入DCS,使控制系统可自动判断所需循泵运行数 量;(2) 吸收塔桨液的pH值控制或FGD性能控制;(3) 吸收塔浆液液位和密度控制3) 、浆液制备系统石灰石粉通过粉仓下部的变频控制旋转给料阀将石灰石粉计量的送入浆液箱,同时 打开滤液水至浆液箱入口门;通过浆液箱搅拌器充分混合后制成30%含固量的石灰石浆 液,然后通过浆液泵送至吸收塔;4) 、工艺水系统控制工艺水(1)参与制浆、(2)吸收塔内除雾、(3)冲洗管道5) 、石膏脱水通过石裔浆液排放闭环控制,决定浆液是返回吸收塔还是排到石膏脱 水系统;烟气系统中升压风机前设压力信号和温度信号,压力信号主要作为调节升压风机导 叶开度用,温度信号用来指示FGD入口烟温;在烟气换热器(;GH原烟气进口设了温度信 号,控制入口温度不得超过160'C,与GGH净烟气出口温度信号一起监视(;(;H运行状况即 换热性能;进口压力信号与出口压力信号一起监视吸收塔工作状况。烟气系统控制设"1:(;1) 投入允许","烟气系统故障","FGD保护动作"三步措施来保证机组和F(;D系统的安全, 将FGD投入允许限定在进口的原烟气的标准设定在烟尘浓度小于300呢/Nm'; FGD进口的 原烟气温度在90'C〜155'C之间;升压风机动叶角度调节是根据烟气流量作为前馈信号, 以FGD入口压力作为反馈信号进行微调,将升压一动叶调节角度关系输入DCS,在DCS 中形成升压一动叶调节角度关系曲线。升压风机动叶闭环调节根据此曲线调节动叶角度,以达到预期的调节目的。调整吸收塔循环泵的运行台数来调整吸收塔循环桨液量,控制 液气比在一定的范围内,液气比变化,吸收塔脱硫效率也迅速跟着变化;通过得出进口 烟气量及出口 SO:.浓度和循泵运行数量的关系曲线,将此关系输入DCS,使控制系统可^ 动判断所需循泵运行数量;同时引入了吸收塔浆液PH值这一重要参数,即当锅炉负荷基 本不变,循环泵数目一定时,通过改变pH值(实际值)来保持脱硫效率。根据吸收塔石灰石浆液供应量、石裔浆排出量及烟气进入量等因素的变化造成吸收 塔的液位波动,采用调节除雾气器冲洗时间间隔,实现液位的稳定。本发明的特点是:提供了一种对电厂湿式烟气脱硫(FGD)装置进行自动化控制的方 法。使火电厂烟气脱硫装置从监测到控制全部实现自动化,能根据各个工况进行自动优 化,是一种适应中国煤种质量变化范围大而进行的脱硫控制,使FGD系统处于最佳运行状态,提高了FGD系统的利用率和安全性。 -四、 附图说明图1升压一动叶调节框图图2吸收塔供浆流量调节框图 图3吸收塔液位调节框图五、 具体实施方式下面以300MW火电厂湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)控制为例来对本发明作进一步说明。 1、烟气系统的控制烟气系统的基本控制要求是保证机组的安全。烟气自引风机出来,通过烟道到达FGD 系统的原烟道。原烟道挡板门上设有差压信号,用来监视密封风压力是否大于烟气压力, 以判断FGD原烟道区域(原烟气挡板门后)是否可以进行检修。热烟气通过原烟道,到达升压风机。升压风机前设压力信号和温度信号。压力信号主要作为调节升压风机导叶 开度用,温度信号用来指示FGD入口烟温。烟气经升压风机升压后送达烟气换热器((;GH)。 升压风机出口处设有压力测点用来监视升压风机运行状况。在GGH原烟气进口设了温度 信号,该信号主要有两个作用, 一是用来保护GGH (入口温度不得超过16(rC),另一作用是与(;GH净烟气出口温度信号一起监视GGH运行状况(换热性能)。烟气经过(;(;H温度降低后到达吸收塔。GGH出口设有温度和压力信号,温度信号主要是保护吸收塔用,另外 它与吸收塔出口烟气温度(GGH净烟气入口处) 一起用来监视吸收塔工作状况。进口压力 信号与出口压力信号一起监视吸收塔工作状况。原烟气经过吸收塔的入口向上流动穿过 喷淋层,在此,烟气被冷却饱和,烟气中的S02被吸收。经过喷淋洗涤的净烟气经过除 雾器脱除烟气中携带的浆液雾滴后进入GGH的冷端,离开GGH后被加热,被加热的冷烟气通过烟道进入烟囱。在烟囱两侧设有旁路挡板门,烟气可以通过旁路挡板门的开关1()0% 经旁路烟道被旁路掉。脱硫系统也可通过旁路挡板门与旁路烟道分离。控制升压风机系 统的关键在于调节升压风机的动叶角度。为了让未经脱硫的锅炉尾部烟气从旁路烟道进入FGD系统,让脱硫后的净烟气进入烟囱,必须通过调节升压风机的动叶的角度,使烟 气可以克服FGI)系统的阻力,顺利到达烟囱。升压风机动叶角度调节是根据烟气流量作 为前馈信号,通过FGD进出口压差信号细调升压风机的动叶角度保证进出口的烟气 压差为零。同时还应保证进出口压力即旁路挡板门两端压力应低于密封风压力。烟气系统控制主要设"FGD投入允许","烟气系统故障","F(;1)保护动作"三步措施 来保证机组和FGD系统的安全。"FGD投入允许"是指FGD投入前烟气系统所需具备的条件,主要包括:(1) 锅炉无MFT信号;(2) 锅炉煤层工作正常;(3) FGD进口的原烟气烟尘浓度小于300mg/Nm';(4) FGD进口的原烟气温度须在9(TC〜155'C之间。. 只有上述条件同时满足才允许烟气进入FGD系统。"烟气系统故障"是指FGD在运行过程中出现某种情况对机组安全构成威胁时紧急打 开旁路挡板门使烟气通过旁路挡板门直接进入烟囱,然后联停FGD系统中的相关设备, 停运F(;D,导致"烟气系统故障"的主要情况有:(1) FGD在运行过程中原烟气挡板门突然关闭;(2) FGD在运行过程中净烟气挡板门突然关闭;(3) 升压风机停转(3) FGD在运行过程中GGH转子停转;(4) 四台循环浆泵中投入运行的数量少于一台。 上述情况只要有其中一种情况存在就发出"烟气系统故障"信号。"FGD保护动作"是指FGD在运行过程中烟气系统出现某种情况对FGD设备的运行安 全构成一定影响,需紧急停运FGD系统,同时打开旁路挡板门。主要包括-(1) 锅炉电除尘电场出现异常;(2) 锅炉煤层工作不正常;(3) 锅炉投油;(4) 锅炉出现MFT信号;(5) FGD进口的原烟气烟尘浓度大于300mg/Nm';(6) FGD进口的原烟气温度小于85'C或大于160'C。 上述情况只要有其中一种情况存在就发出"FGD保护动作"信号。另外作为FGD系统中旁路设备的旁路挡板门的开关也是需要着重考量,在本系统中, 除了上面提到的"烟气系统故障"、"FGD保护动作"、"升压风机的停转"会联开旁路门外, 操作台上设置旁路挡板快开硬手操按钮,从而最大限度的保护机组安全。旁路挡板门的 关允许条件主要包括:(1) 原烟气挡板门和净烟气挡板门均打开;(2) GGH转子运行正常; (:0升压风机运行正常;(4) 循环浆泵的运行台数大于两台;(5) '卞(;D投入允许"。 上述条件必须同时满足才允许关闭旁路挡板门。本发明对烟气系统控制的关键在于调节升压风机的动叶角度。为了让未经脱硫的锅 炉尾部烟气从原烟道进入FGD系统,让脱硫后的净烟气进入烟囱,必须通过调节升压风 机的动叶的角度,使烟气可以克服FGD系统的阻力,顺利到达烟囱。升压风机动叶角度 调节是根据烟气流量作为前馈信号,以FGD入口压力作为反馈信号进行微调,保持FGf) 入口压力稳定,同时还应保证进出口压力即旁路挡板门两端压力应低于密封风压力。将 升压一动叶调节角度关系输入DCS,在DCS中形成升压一动叶调节角度关系曲线。升压风机动叶闭环调节根据此曲线调节动叶角度,以达到预期的调节目的。 吸收塔压降B计算方式:— /A、 一 273. 15 (P+101325)B-2026+(^)2X1181 Q=QaX (273. 15+T) X <table>2、吸收塔系统吸收塔利用湿式石灰石就地强制氧化工艺去除烟气中的二氧化硫(S02),并形成可做 墙板及其它建筑材料的副产品-石膏。由引风机排出的热烟气将通过增压风机,并经过气气热交换器的热端进入湿式吸收塔进行脱硫。脱硫后的烟气经过吸收塔出口至G(;H的冷端后经烟道排入烟闺。吸收塔主要包括四层逆流喷淋装置(3用1备),和一套两级除雾器。在满负荷烟气流量和设计含硫量的情况下,只有三(3)层喷淋层工作,第四层备用。在满负荷烟气 流量和最大含硫量的情况下,可通过人工判断决定是否启动第四层喷淋层,从而达到%%的脱硫率。烟气中的S02按下列主化学反应式被浆液吸收:S02 +2CaC〔)3+l/2H20=CaC03/CaS03 • 1/2H20 +C02 (1) S02+CaC03/CaS03 • l/2H20+02+7/2H20=2CaS04 • 2H20 + C02 (2) 烟气穿过数层石灰石浆液逆流喷淋层后,再连续流经两级除雾器除去所含浆液雾滴。在一级除雾器的上面和下面各布置一层清洗喷嘴。清洗水的喷淋将带走一级除雾器顺流面和逆流面上的固体颗粒。烟气经过一级除雾器后,进入二级除雾器。二级除雾器下部也布置一层清洗喷淋层。穿过二级除雾器后,经洗涤和净'化的烟气流出吸收塔,经过气气加热器升温至80'C左右,排入出口烟道和烟囱。吸收塔浆液和喷淋到吸收塔中的除雾器清洗水流入吸收塔底部浆液罐。吸收塔浆液罐上的4台侧进式搅拌器使桨液罐中的固体颗粒保持悬浮状态。吸收塔再循环泵的作用是将吸收塔浆液罐中的浆液经喷嘴循环,并为产生颗粒细小,反应活性高的浆液雾滴提供能量。吸收塔浆液的pH值是由吸收塔中新制备的石灰石浆液的增加量决定的。而加入吸收塔的新制备石灰石浆液的量的大小将取决于预计的锅炉负荷,S02含量以及实际的吸收塔浆液的pH值。热的进口烟气穿过吸收塔时,蒸发并带走了吸收塔中的水分。另外,脱硫反应生成 了固体产物。上述两个过程导致吸收塔浆液的固体浓度增大。该浆液密度通过主要通过 补充过滤水以及除雾器清洗水的增加来控制。位于石裔浆液回流管道中的密度仪将随时 反映吸收塔浆液的密度。实际的浓度值与设计值比较后决定了过滤水补水量。脱硫反应的产物与新加入的石灰石浆液和密度调节水在吸收塔浆液罐中形成一种新 的浆液。吸收塔浆液罐的液位由泵入石裔脱水系统的浆液的排量来控制。石膏浆液由石 膏浆液排出泵泵入脱水旋流器中。吸收塔液位在正常工况时应保持在一定范围之内,维 持液位应处理好吸收塔进与出的平衡。烟气中本身含的氧量不足以氧化反应生成的亚硫酸钙。因此,需提供强制氧化系统 为吸收塔浆液提供氧化空气。氧化系统将把脱硫反应中生成的半水亚硫酸钙 (CaS03 • 1/2H20)氧化为2水硫酸钙(CaS04 • 2H20)即通常所指的石膏。氧化风机将为这 一过程提供氧化空气。2、吸收塔系统控制吸收塔系统主要包括以下几个控制回路: (1)吸收塔PH及S02脱除效率的控制SO,脱除效率通常是F(;D系统首先要考虑的控制量。当机组负荷或者燃煤含硫量变化 的时候,控制系统也必须满足S02脱除率不低于95M的要求。鉴于此,本发明所采取的控 制策略是通过调整吸收塔循环泵的运行台数来调整吸收塔循环浆液量,从而提高或者降 低液气比。通过这种方法保持液气比在一定的范围内。液气比变化,吸收塔脱硫效率也 迅速跟着变化。 一套FGD有4台循泵,3用1备。通过调试,得出进口烟气量及出口 SO, 浓度和循环泵运行数量的关系曲线,将此关系输入DCS,使控制系统可自动判断所需循泵 运行数量(经过人工确认)。但是,如果仅仅采用这种控制策略,为达到一定脱硫效率往 往会造成石灰石浆液还没有充分被反应便排至脱水系统。因此,引入了吸收塔浆液PH值 这一重要参数,即当锅炉负荷基本不变,循环泵数目一定时,通过改变pH值(实际值) 来保持脱硫效率。具体调节方案是在一定的条件下CaCO:,流量的理论值为需脱除的S(X,量 乘以CaC():,与SO:,的摩尔比重,需脱除的S02量为原烟气的S()2量乘以预计的S02脱除率, 通过测量原烟气的体积流量和原烟气的S02含量可得到原烟气的S0,量。由于CaCO:,流量的调节影响着吸收塔反应池中浆液的pH值,为保证脱硫性能,应将 该pH值保持在某一设定范围内,当pH值降低,所需的CaCO:,流量应按某一修正系数增加。 故应测量吸收塔反应池中浆液的实际pH值,两个安装在石膏排出泵排出管道中在线pii 值探头用来测量吸收塔浆液的pH值,将它与pH设定值进行比较,通过pH值控制器产生 一修正系数,对所需的CaCO:,流量进行修正。实际供给吸收塔的CaCO.,流量为实际测得的 石灰石桨流量乘以石灰石浆浓度和石灰石中CaCO:,的纯度系数。将经pH值修正后的所需 CaCO:,流量与实际的CaCO:,流量进行比较,通过一比例积分控制器控制石灰石浆调节阀的 开度。与控制吸收塔浆液循环量不同的是,吸收塔浆液pH值的控制是一个连续控制过程, 它可以使石灰石浆液得到更充分的利用。湿式脱硫系统中最重要的控制参数就是吸收塔浆液的pH值,因此pH值的控制也被 称作为FGD性能控制。该回路的合理设计将使石灰石得以最大限度的利用,并可提供随 负荷变化而调节系统的灵活性。吸收塔浆液的pH值必须控制在一定范围内,pH值的设计值(5.4-5.5)通过性能实 验和FGD系统的操作经验得到的。如果pH值过高,低物料利用率将会导致吸收塔和除雾 器生锈或者堵塞,影响副产品品质,增加物料消耗。如果pH值过低,脱硫效率达不到要 求。吸收塔浆液的pH值是通过两个装设在石膏浆液回流管道中的在线pH值探头测得的。 控制系统选择其一作为控制参数(选小的)。若该值超出上限或下限,系统将会报警。另外,若两个读值之差超出设定范围,系统也会报警。测得的实际pH值将用来与设计值进行比较,若实际值超出设计范围,则将两者的差值进行整定后作为调节石灰石浆液给料量的反馈信号,调节石灰石浆液给料控制阀。但是,由于吸收塔中浆液量很大,改变给料量引起pH值变化会非常慢,而且这种控制也是 非线性的。因此引入锅炉负荷信号和F(;D进口 S02含量信号作为石灰石浆液给料量调节的 前馈(预示)信号。这个前馈信号的加入使这控制也成为线性的闭环控制,大大提高了 FGD的控制水平。另外,FGD出口S02含量也将作为反馈信号,监视S():,脱除效率,从而改 变石灰石浆液给料量。(2) 吸收塔浆液液位和密度控制为了优化FGD系统的运行及保持整套系统的水平衡,我们认为吸收塔液位控制是非 常重要且必要的。 一是可以防止泵空转,二是保证一定的液位就可以通过调节反应池浆 液固体含量(浆液密度)来保持正确高效的过程化学反应。因此液位控制和浆液密度控 制是密切相关的,这里将它们放到一起讨论。吸收塔浆液池必须维持一定的液位,这样才能保证适当的固体停留时间,以及防止 吸收塔浆液泵的气蚀。在吸收塔上设置有溢流箱,为防止吸收塔溢流,设置了液位变送 器(3取2)对吸收塔液位连续检测,吸收塔石灰石浆液供应量、石膏浆排出量及烟气进 入量等因素的变化造成吸收塔的液位波动。根据测量的液位值,调节除雾气器冲洗时间 间隔,实现液位的稳定。用一只浓度计测量石膏浆排放泵出口衆液的浓度,该信号送至控制系统并与浓度控 制设定值进行比较来打开或失闭吸收塔浓度控制阀。通过阈门的开关来维持浓度为固体 悬浮物含量在17%与19%之间。该浓度控制是断续式的,当固体悬浮物含量达到19%时 打开浓度控制阀,当固体悬浮物含量降至17%时关闭该浓度控制阀。(3) 除雾器冲洗控制吸收塔的除雾器(ME)必须进行冲洗,以防浆液固体颗粒沉积在叶片上。除雾器的 冲洗是分段进行的,这样可以使冲洗后除雾器的携带水量最小,以及需要的泵流量最小。 冲洗控制系统根据设定的顺序开合控制阀门。但在循环间的停止时间是根据锅炉负荷功 能而变化。当锅炉负荷降低,循环间的停止时间将提高。这种自动方式,在维持冲洗的 最大量时,可提供最恰当的水平衡控制,这一点对除雾器的性能很重要。以下除雾器冲洗频率暂按设计煤种,100%工况考虑。频率可现场调试。 R1-—级除雾器下部阀门X时间-7X1 R2:—级除雾器上部阀门X时间-7X1 R3二二级除雾器下部阀门X时间-7X1R4二二级除雾器上部,根据实际工况需要进行。 3、石灰石制粉、制浆系统石灰石制备系统由l个石灰石料仓,2个石灰石粉仓,2台石灰石磨机,2套选粉系 统,4台旋转给料机(变频),以及2个石灰石浆液池等组成,石灰石浆液池备有一-搅拌器。颗粒石灰石进入石灰石制粉系统,经干磨系统后制成符合要求的石灰石粉。石灰石 粉经输送系统引至石灰粉仓。石灰石粉仓设有除尘装置以防卸料时粉尘飞扬。料仓筒体和锥形料斗用混凝土浇制,粉仓筒体是混凝土浇制,锥形斗则用碳钢制成。为增强石灰 石粉的流动性,每个料斗均装有气体流化装置在制粉、制浆系统中,与脱硫系统性能密切相关的是石灰石浆液的制备。旋转给料 阀是变频控制的。在工业水进水量恒定的情况下,调节旋转给料机的速度,从而控制加入石灰石浆液箱的石灰石粉量,以便产生含30%(±2%)左右的悬浮石灰石浆液。浆液浓度 在石灰石给料泵的排出口测量。石灰石制浆系统采用连续制浆,进口 S02浓度和烟气负荷决定进吸收塔的石灰石浆液 流量,该流量决定了浆液箱的液位变化,为保持浆液箱液位在一个比较平稳的位置,需 要对落粉量做出变化(改变频率),从而也就决定了滤液水的流量。然后再以石灰石浆液 回流管上的密度计信号和实际的液位变化作为反馈信号进行修正。4、 石裔脱水系统 ,通过石裔漿液排放闭环控制,可以决定浆液是返回吸收塔还是排到石裔脱水系统。 当石裔浆液在旋流站被预脱水后存储在石裔浆液罐内,由石裔浆液泵送至真空皮带 机进行脱水处理。石裔浆液排放闭环控制器是通过计算实际进入吸收塔的石灰石量得出 CaCO:,的量A,设定的石裔拔液密度和实际测得石膏浆液密度相减得到的差值进行比例一 积分运算得出B,通过设定一个系数C,使得AXBXC得到一个0〜10(W的值D:此值再 与一个锯齿波发生器输出的锯齿叠加得E, E再通过一个限值开关。当E大于限值时,输 出排放信号,当E小于限值时,输出关闭排放信号来实现对石裔浆液的闭环控制。当石裔浆液在旋流站被预脱水后经石裔浆液罐缓冲由石裔浆液泵送至真空皮带机进 行脱水处理,滤饼的厚度测量信号直接作用于控制器,厚度设定值与测量值进行比较, 由两者的比较结果调整真空皮带机的转速从而达到真空皮带机的正常运行。本发明在多个火电厂的烟气脱硫系统实施后,取得了理想的效果。提高电厂运行的 安全稳定性,增强企业效率;可以替代进口产品,节约外汇;优化设备运行,利于环境保护;提髙能源利用率,促进节能降耗。5、 工艺水系统水系统主要分两大部分,即冲洗水(工艺水)部分和冷却水(闭式循环水)部分。 主体工艺水送到脱硫岛工艺水箱。根据工业水箱液位控制器的反馈信号来控制工艺水入 口门的开、关。工艺水泵要供应下列系统:a. GGH、除雾器冲洗、b.氧化空气加湿、c.水管站、d.真空过滤。
