技术领域
本发明涉及一种盘式刹车,用于带杆式把手的机动车辆,诸如包括两轮和三轮摩托、三和四轮面包车等等在内的机动车辆。更为具体地说,本发明涉及一种盘式刹车,用于通过由一对滑动销柱或类似零件在盘轴线方向上导引一夹钳体而产生刹车作用。
背景技术
一种用于带杆式把手的机动车辆的盘式刹车在比如日本专利申请第14937/1985号中有所阐述,其中试图通过把一对夹钳支架整体地模制于一作为一车轮悬挂装置的前叉的基壳来而提高支承刚性。
上述各夹钳支架分别位于一基壳的转进盘一侧上和转出盘一侧上,而转进盘一侧上的夹钳支架制有一U形凹槽。转出盘一侧上的夹钳支架设有一臂部,在盘轴线方向上跨在盘转子的外部周边并从基壳伸出;一滑动销柱支承部,在臂部的一侧上;以及一对转矩接收部,从臂部的底和前两端处悬置在盘转子的两侧上。夹钳支架转出盘一侧通过在转进盘一侧上夹钳支架凹槽内活动地配装一凸起件并使滑动稍柱穿过转出盘一侧上的滑动销柱支承部而在盘轴线的方向上可活动地支承。其次,各摩擦垫的转出盘两侧在盘转子的相应两侧上。
在以上配置情况下,虽然夹钳体的支承刚性提高了,各夹钳支架的结构变复杂了。由于臂部和转出盘一侧上夹钳支架转矩接收部的前端是L形的,所以各夹钳支架和基壳难以模制在一起。其次,由于臂部前端一侧上转矩接收部的支承刚性低于臂部底侧的支承刚性,所以有可能招致初始刹车力上升迟滞和刹车力损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种盘式刹车,用于带杆式把手的机动车辆,通过以简单结构提高各夹钳支架的刚性以及改进来自各摩擦垫的转矩接收刚性,不仅在初始刹车力上升,而且在刹车效率方面,都是很优越的。
本发明的上述目的可以通过一种用于带杆式把手的机动车辆的盘式刹车来予以实现,其中一夹钳体的作用部分和反作用部分分别设置在一盘转子的两侧部;夹钳体利用各夹钳支架和各滑动销柱以一车轮悬挂装置可活动地支承在盘轴线的方向上;以及一对摩擦垫彼此相对设置,而盘转子在作用部分与反作用部分之间卡持在一对摩擦垫中间,因此此盘式刹车的特征在于,各夹钳支架做成是板状的和与车轮悬挂装置成一体地设置;一转矩承受件平行于盘轴线而从夹钳支架伸出;夹钳体的作用部分一侧经由滑动销柱以夹钳支架予以支承;这对摩擦垫的转进盘两侧由一设置在作用部分与反作用部分之间的吊架销柱卡持在悬挂状态之下;设置在主动部件一侧上的摩擦垫转出盘一侧以夹钳支架予以支承;一叉状的转矩传递臂制成在设置在反作用部分一侧上摩擦垫的转出盘一侧上;以及转矩承受件由转矩传递臂卡持在遮盖状态下。
按照本发明,上述目的也可以通过一种用于带杆式把手的机动车辆的盘式刹车而予以实现,它包括:
一盘转子;
一板状夹钳支架,和机动车辆的车轮悬挂装置成一体地设置;
一滑动销柱,装在夹钳支架上并平行于盘转子的轴线方向而伸展;
一夹钳体,通过夹钳支架和滑动销柱在盘转子轴线方向上可活动地支承的车轮悬挂装置上,夹钳具有一主动部件和一反作用部分,盘转子在盘转子的轴线方向夹置在二者之间;
一第一摩擦垫,设置在盘转子的作用部分一侧上;
一第二摩擦垫,设置在盘转子的反作用部分一侧上;
一吊架销柱,设置在作用部分与反作用部分之间,用于在一悬置状态下支承第一和第二摩擦垫的转进盘两侧;
一转矩承受件,平行于盘转子的轴线方向从夹钳支架伸出;
其中夹钳体的作用部分一侧通过滑动销柱以夹钳支架予以支承;
第一和第二摩擦垫的转出盘两侧以夹钳支架予以支承,以及
一转矩传递臂制成在第二摩擦垫转出盘一侧上,并在其端部配有一叉状部件与转矩承受件啮合。
在上述根据本发明的盘式刹车中,最好是夹钳支架包括和车轮悬挂装置成一体地设置的第一和第二夹钳支架,而滑动销柱包括第一和第二滑动销柱,分别装在第一和第二夹钳支架上并平行于盘转子的轴线方向而伸展。

具体实施方式
现在将参照各图作出本发明示范性应用于一两轮摩托的前轮的说明。
盘式刹车1与一前轮(未示出)一起由轴3可枢转地支承在构成一车轮悬挂装置的前叉基壳2上。盘式刹车1配有盘转子4,在摩托行进期间成一体地与前轮在箭头A方向上旋转。盘式刹车1还配有销柱滑动式夹钳体7,由一对夹钳支架2a和2b在盘轴线方向上可滑动地予以支承,此对支架经由盘转子4一侧部中的滑动销柱5和6在盘轴线方向上成一体地设置于基壳2。盘式刹车1另外配有一对摩擦垫8和9,设置得彼此对置而把盘4夹置于二者之间,并且还在中间装有夹钳体7的一作用部分7a和一反作用部分7b。
夹钳体7制有作用部分7a和反作用部分7b,设置在盘转子4的两个侧部上,以及桥接部分7c,用于通过跨盘转子4的外部周边而联接主动和从动两部分7a和7b。在作用部分7a上,并列地设置端部封闭的两圆柱形孔眼10和10,而它们各自的转子一侧是敞开的,并且在反作用部分7b上,制成推力挡爪。各活塞11分别液密地和可动地配装到圆柱形孔眼10和10里面,而液压腔12在每一活塞11与圆柱形孔眼10之间截分出来。吊架销柱13的两导向臂7e和7e伸出在作用部分7a和反作用部分7b的转进盘一侧(一般所谓前缘一侧)上,而用于配装滑动销柱5和6的两臂7g和7h在延伸的状况下设置在作用部分7a的转出盘一侧(一般所谓后缘一侧)上和盘的内部周边一侧上。

一如图1之中所示,转出盘一侧上的滑动销柱5主要包括转轴部5a、用于把转轴部5a配装于夹钳支架2a的公螺丝5b,以及沿周边设置在二者之间的凸缘5c。公螺丝5b从夹钳支架2a作用部分一侧穿过通孔2c,以致使凸缘5c接触于夹钳支架2a的作用部分一侧。从通孔2c伸向反作用部分一侧的公螺丝5b拧进套筒螺帽15,而后夹钳支架2a由套筒螺帽15的凸缘15a和滑动销柱5的凸缘5c夹紧,从而滑动销柱5平行作用部分一侧上的盘轴线地伸向夹钳支架2a。
套筒螺帽15是一等同于根据本发明的一转矩承受件的端部封闭的圆筒形金属帽形螺帽,凸缘15a则成在敞开一侧上,而状为一用于旋转用途的通孔的六角形孔眼15b制成在底壁上。当套筒螺帽15和滑动销柱5的公螺丝拧在一起时,套筒螺帽15顺随滑动销柱5平行夹钳支架2a反作用部分一侧上的盘轴线地伸出。
一如图4之中所示,盘内部周边一侧上的滑动销柱6主要包括插进配装臂7h的通孔7j的转轴部6、用于把转轴部6a配装于夹钳支架2b的公螺丝6b,以及制成在公螺丝6b与转轴部6a之间的六角形螺帽6c。公螺丝6b从作用部分一侧拧进夹钳支架2b的母孔眼2e,而使螺帽6c接触于夹钳支架2b的作用部分一侧,从而滑动销柱6平行夹钳支架2a作用部分一侧上的盘轴线地伸出。

作用部分一侧上的摩擦垫子8通过使吊架销柱13穿过转进盘一侧上的吊架销柱穿孔8c而保持在悬挂状态下,而夹钳支架2a的转矩接收台阶部分2d由转矩传递臂8e支承在转出盘一侧上,以致摩擦垫8可活动地设置在活塞11与盘转子4的一侧之间盘轴线的方向上。
反作用部分一侧上的摩擦垫9同样通过使吊架销柱13穿过转进盘一侧上的吊架销柱穿孔9c而保持在悬挂状态下,以及套筒螺帽15的半个周边保持在遮盖状态下,同时叉件9f在转出盘一侧上转矩传递臂9e的前端处,以致摩擦垫9可活动地设置在推力挡爪7d与盘转子4另一侧之间盘轴线的方向上。
注意如图3所示,转矩传递臂9e的叉状件9f与套筒螺帽15的半个周边啮合,从而防止摩擦垫9围绕吊架销柱13转动。

当使衬里7a和8a可滑动地接触于盘转子4时,自摩擦垫7和8产生刹车转矩,而从作用部分一侧上摩擦垫8得出的刹车转矩从背部面板8b的转矩传递臂8e经由转矩接收台阶部分2d传递给夹钳支架2a。自反作用部分一侧上摩擦垫9得出的刹车转矩从转矩传递臂9e前端处的叉件9f进入套筒螺帽15并传递给夹钳支架2a。
由于设在夹钳体7转出盘一侧上的夹钳支架2a与基壳2制成一体并同样位于与摩擦垫8背部面板8b的平面相同的平面之内(亦即,夹钳支架2a齐平与摩擦垫8的背部面板8b),所以,确保夹钳支架2a具有很大的承载刚度,以致夹钳支架2a可活动地良好地支承来自作用部分一侧的摩擦垫8的直接刹车转矩。
其次,由于作为用于接收自反作用部分一侧得出的转矩的构件,套筒螺帽15从具有如此增大了刚性的夹钳支架2a平行于盘轴线而伸出,套筒螺帽15可活动地支承自反作用部分一侧上摩擦垫得出的刹车转矩而不弯曲到显著地步。特别是,由于转矩传递臂9e的叉件9f从内部和从外部把套筒螺帽15卡持在盘径向上的遮盖状态之中,所以在刹车操作期间摩擦垫9受到约制而不抬起,这样会尽可能多地制止刹车转矩的损失。

1. 一种盘式刹车,用于带有杆式把手的机动车辆,包括:
一盘转子(4);
一板状夹钳支架(2a),与机动车辆的一车轮悬挂装置(2)成一体地设置;
一滑动销柱(5),装在所述夹钳支架(2a)上并平行于盘转子(4)的轴线方向而伸展;
一夹钳(7),通过夹钳支架(2a)和滑动销柱(5)在盘转子(4)的轴线方向上可活动地支承在车轮悬挂装置上,所述夹钳(7)具有一作用部分(7a)和一反作用部分(7b),所述盘转子(4)在盘转子的轴线方向上夹置在二者之间;
一第一摩擦垫(8),设置在所述盘转子(4)的作用部分一侧上;
一第二摩擦垫(9),设置在所述盘转子(4)的反作用部分一侧上;
一吊架销柱(13),设置在作用部分与反作用部分之间用于在一悬挂状态下支承第一和第二摩擦垫的转进盘两侧;
一转矩承受件(15),平行于盘转子(4)的轴线方向从所述夹钳支架(2a)伸出;
其中夹钳体的作用部分一侧通过滑动销柱由夹钳支架支承;
第一和第二摩擦垫(8,9)的转出盘两侧是由夹钳支架(2a)予以支承的,以及
一转矩传递臂(9e)制成在第二摩擦垫(9)的转出盘一侧上并在其端部处设有一叉状部分与所述转矩承受件(15)啮合。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的盘式刹车,其中所述夹钳支架包括第一和第二夹钳支架(2a,2b),成一体地配有车轮悬挂装置(2),而所述滑动销柱包括第一和第二滑动销柱(5,6),分别装在所述第一和第二夹钳支架(2a,2b)上并平行于盘转子(4)的轴线方向而伸展,
其中夹钳(7)通过第一和第二夹钳支架(2a,2b)以及第一和第二滑动销柱(5,6)而在盘转子(4)的轴线方向上可活动地支承在车轮悬挂装置上,以及
转矩承受件(15)平行于盘转子(4)的轴线方向从所述第一夹钳支架(2a)伸出,夹钳体的作用部分一侧通过第一和第二滑动销柱由第一和第二夹钳支架予以支承,而第一和第二摩擦垫(8,9)的转出盘两侧由第一夹钳支架(2a)予以支承。
3. 按照权利要求1所述的盘式刹车,其中转矩传递臂(9e)的所述叉状部分啮合大约所述转矩承受件(15)周边的一半。
4. 按照权利要求1所述的盘式刹车,其中所述夹钳支架(2a)配置得齐平于第一摩擦垫(8)的背部面板(8b)。
5. 按照权利要求2所述的盘式刹车,其中所述第一夹钳支架(2a)配置得齐平于第一摩擦垫(8)的背部面板(8b)。
6. 按照权利要求2所述的盘式刹车,其中所述第一夹钳支架(2a)和所述第二夹钳支架(2b)配置得齐平于第一摩擦垫(8)的背部面板(8b)。
7. 按照权利要求1所述的盘式刹车,其中所述转矩传递臂(9e)的所述叉状部分与所述转矩承受件(15)外周边表面的至少一部分啮合,从而防止第二摩擦垫(9)围绕吊架销柱13旋转。
8. 按照权利要求7所述的盘式刹车,其中所述转矩传递臂(9e)的所述叉状部分与所述转矩承受件(15)外周边表面的大约一半啮合。
